Price value was good! It’s a big accommodation and a full kitchen.
The common areas are big and good to hang out in. Bedrooms are okay, but lacks AC in all the rooms. Mosquito nets were okay but not good enough as we had mosquitoes in the rooms at night.
They provide laundry service which is $10 a basket. It was returned slightly damp and very wrinkly. So in my opinion quite pricy for low quality service.
The pool is quite small and shared between the 4 accommodations so felt a bit weird using it.
Location wise it was a bit off from Arusha. Close to the airport (Arusha Airport) the road is dirt road and neighbourhood may not have been the best as the staff reminded us many times to not wait outside the gate for our taxis. So walking around the area was not something we were advised to do.
We left a phone charger at the nightstand and were told there was no charger left when we told them about a missing charger. (Mistake was on our side to forget it ofc. )
But they claimed the cleaner did not find it and that there never was a charger to be found, even though we could describe exactly where it was located and the colour of it.

Highly recommend! Absolutely lovely place to stay, that is exactly like the photos.
Location — Conveniently located close to Arusha airport (5 minute drive) and only 10 minutes drive from both Sable Square which has lovely coffee shops, and the Cultural Heritage Center.
Facilities — In the apartment we stayed in, there was a kitchen area to cook, living area with Netflix and YouTube, outdoor balcony, 2 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. There is also an outdoor pool and sunbeds. Everything we needed was provided including water, tea, hairdryer, toiletries. Wi-Fi is strong and works well.
Food — Although there is no restaurant on site or breakfast provided, they provide a list of close restaurants to choose from which is helpful. If you'd like to cook your own food, you can visit the supermarket in Sable Square or next to the Cultural centre. We ordered pizza delivery which was no problem, and lovely to sit and watch Netflix as a family after a busy few days on Safari.
Families — It is absolutely perfect for families.
