The Meru house is a special experience, the architecture is very nice and unique. The rooms are very tidy and clean and the staff is very welcoming.

Awsome! One of the most incredible place we ever stayed although it is more a guest house than a hotel. Everything was perfect.

Room we had was clean and had air conditioning. Comfortable bed, only downside was the bed was against the wall, not great for a double.
Staff were lovely and very helpful.

Good hotel in a good location. Quiet location off the main road. Room was spacious, with a fan but no AC. Shower was hot and good water pressure. Room was clean. Breakfast Buffet was good as well.

Great hotel in the heart of Arusha! Only stayed one night there but the room was spacious & comfortable, shower had hot water and the restaurant made some amazing Indian food! 🙌🏼

Since the first day we arrived the hotel attendants were very friendly and helpful. The environment was peaceful and the food was very delicious.

While it is a budget accommodation, they offer everything you need with large comfortable room, mineral water, AC.

Our safari tour company booked us at the Charity Hotel for 2 nights before and after our tour.

We stay on this hotel with different locations but we are really love the both place. The one in Karatu was 100% perfect, food, service, rooms even atmosphere out side.

For the few days of my stay at the hotel, I received exceptional service. The rooms were great. What I loved most was how well we were served at the restaurant, top notch 💯.

I always book this place during my trips to Arusha, its now my 5th time here.

Arusha Giraffe Lodge is always a friendly experience. I have stayed there several times. The Management and staff are very helpful and accommodating. The price is reasonable and the food is great.

We recently had our strategic planning 2026 meeting at the resort and we loved everything about it. The rooms were even very spacious and Well ventilated.

Comfortable rooms with a great meeting space/restaurant downstairs. Close to Clocktower, banks/forex and other tourist services. My go-to place in Arusha town.

My friends and I needed a place to rest after a long day from Moshi to Kikuletwa Springs then Arusha. Almost everybody was short of Tanzanian Currency, it was getting late but we were lucky.

The Food, Staff, Lodge and just about everything is 10 out of 10. Spent 4 night there and cound not fault a thing.

They cultivate their own vegetables, that’s really nice.

Great view, welcoming staff, limited breakfast options, cold showers and a bit loud surroundings but nothing unacceptable. Poor Wi-Fi.

I had a very good experience at Tellamande Lodge. The staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived.

A beautiful discovery, a spacious and really cool setting. I recommend with your eyes closed.

Such a convenient location, right in the middle of town and next to the bus stand.
Wifi is great, and the staff can make arrangements for airport shuttle/spa treatments/connect with your guides etc.
