Thiefs and scammers The staff from the lodge stole all of our cash out of our rooms and where bad at it. Really bad criminals and did not cover their track's at all. Our guide Zal is a criminal and tried to scam us multiple time by gather friends to "help us" driving us to people's homes and telling us the road is closed and we have to pay to get to the real road. They are all in on it and criminals. DON'T COME HERE and stay away from the guide Zal she will try to rob you blind. There will be consequences for the lodge and Zal.

Awesome Sunday family lunch — beautiful gardens and excellent service.

What a picturesque and absolutely special place. We woke up every morning to a gorgeous, modern suite situated in the middle of a large coffee plantation. And we ended each evening with amazing dinners and baths filled with roses. What makes this place special is the ever-accommodating an stridently staff who truly pay attention to every detail! It’s luxe but approachable, private and secluded but right outside of bustling Arusha streets.

Very satisfied. Excellent food. Charming rooms (cabins). Updated bathroom.

Lovely lodge, location is one of the best in Arusha amongst coffee plantations. The coffee tour, they can improve, I think it should be more detailed and professional.

Nice middle of the range lodge. Friendly and polite staff. Serves safari tourists. Nothing around to see except banana trees and some old town.

Fine accommodation close to the Airport and main road to Arusha City Centre, The food is great and the coffee lives up to the name. The vast coffee plantation landscape offers cool environment. Ideal stop over before or after vists to Northen Nationa Parks.

CUP OF COFFEE☕ straight from the farm … in this beautiful scenic contemporary African touch. You'd wish to try every coffee option on the menu. It's my first time here, I only stopped for a cup of cuppa… I very much enjoyed the coffee, loved the scenery, well dressed professional staff, gift shop with nice African pieces… Am definitely coming back for a stay.

We stopped here as a stopover between parks on a safari package that we were on. I don't know if it's because the coffee was fresh since after all it was probably roasted that day, or if like a lot of countries they just keep the best coffee for themselves. But this was by far the best cup of coffee I've ever had in my life and I'll try a lot of coffee.

Love this coffee☕❤! I am going to Google it and try to see if they sell it in the US. It's so smooth, strong Not bitter but gets you going in the morning. What a Wonderful way to start your day, but I also have the Beautiful memories of Africa when I drink my coffee ❤❤❤

Food, taste and ambience … Pure luxury.

Excellent place to spend an afternoon in Arusha. Went for lunch, coffee tour and Shanga workshop tour. From the moment we stepped out of the car the service was fantastic. Had delicious sandwiches for lunch on incredible bread. Coffee tour guide was extremely knowledgable and accommodating. If you have a day to kill before/after your adventure, this is a slow-paced, yet stimulating, way to spend it.

Beautiful five star luxury hotel surrounded by coffee plants. Close to Arusha airstrip. Quite, nice and comfortable. Must to stay whilst visiting or transit in Arusha. Very good Restaurant, bar and coffee shop too.

I profoundly greatly after being to the coffee lodge with my clients they are actually appreciate everyone especially staffs over there And they have talked positivity of that lodge Keep on the be best as you’re.

I go here quite regularly to eat in their restaurant. Food is good, service is good, but the menu hasn't changed in the 18 months I've been here. That might be ok if you're staying as a hotel guest, just passing through; but the menu is a little tired after all this time.

Arusha Coffee Lodge is the tourists lodge and it is very beautiful with 30 Rooms (plantation room and plantation suite) and most popular facilities are massage, swimming pool, free Wi-Fi, Bar 24/7 and free parking.

Very good place. Swimming pool, restaurant and has two shops super craft. And a café are all within the loge.

Beautiful place, great consumer service. But the prices of food and items are for tourists, so extremely high. They could be more reasonable on that.

A place to relax after a long safari. Coffee is now flowering but you are sure a special and fresh cup of coffee. Enjoy and spoil your self with steak night.

They hold great events, care for community and offer good food and drinks.

The rooms were nice. Breakfast was ok except I ordered the beef brisket and chapatii and the chapatii was hard as a rock… didnt even ear it. Staff were nice and friendly. Clean place and nice overall but I would consider other places first.

Great food! We stayed after a very long day of travel, it was the perfect first night location as it's quiet, shower/bathroom is great and there's not a ton to do so you don't feel bad going to sleep.

Coffee Lodge is a very nice hotel, and a great place to overnight before and after a Tanzanian Safari. Staff were always cheerful, friendly and helpful (takeaway large coffee on the morning I was leaving for the airport and had overslept was a life saver! ). The resident monkeys must be permanently amped from eating coffee beans. A highlight of the place is the attached workshop and souvenir shop for local handicapped folk. Great idea.

Great for pork ribs, fresh air, nice outdoor sitting. 4 stars cause of slow service. Otherwise it's awesome, they have a playground for kids too.

The door in and out of the Northern National Parks. Less than five minutes to Arusha Air Strip. Excellent and exceptional services.

I wish if I could have more stars to rate for you.! but let me give you a standard rate of 5 stars you deserve it. This place is ever non of enjoying.

It was the 5 and final lodging and I was only there for 1 night. The dinner server barely talked to us and at every other lodge we have ordered starter entree and dessert at the same time, so we did it this time too. We didn't get our dessert until we asked two other people for it and it still took time to get to us. The next morning while we were giving another server our order, our drink order was given to us by another server. Once the drink server left the entree server tried to take my order again. This place is in the city and is nice but the staff needs more training. All the other servers at the more rural areas were way better trained on server etiquette.

Had an awesome Easter brunch, with live music, Easter egg hunt for children! Fabulous food, warm friendly staff, beautiful setting Recommend the Coffee Lodge, 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful place to stay and the management & staff are warm and friendly, cannot do enough for you. I was lucky enough to have John as a butler, he is so good you don't have think for yourself it's all done! The food and wine are to die for, buffet style lunchtimes and waiter service for the evenings.

We only spent one night here before starting the Safari, beautiful and so peaceful place with nice huts The food also very delicious, the staff are great people and very helpful! strongly recommended in case you need relaxation and noise free.
