Lovely hotel. Smart, modern decor. Excellent breakfast. Great location. One downside footsteps thunder through the ceiling when they walk around.

Very chic place, loved the decor. great location — was just at the edge of the old city which allowed us to travel the city by foot and close enough to a public parking 5 min away.

Review of cream tea Scones best compared to Länggass Tea and Marta, tea very good too, so is service — only ambiance is very run-of-the mill modern without any charm. Next time I will take salty version with clotted cream instead of chives sour cream mix, or take the sweet version. Twelve SFr for two fresh scones and small pot of tea that can be replenished with hot water are very reasonable for Bern.

This is a pretty new hotel. We stayed with our three kids and it was the best hotel experience we ever had. Best part is that it’s just 2 mins walk from Bern main train station. All the hotel staff were so nice and polite. It’s really neat and clean. The amenities were so modern and they refilled the minibar with free bottles of water and soda every single day.

Very near the train station and easy walk to all the various points of interest. Also near a large shopping center and a supermarket. Room is clean & decent sized. Helpfully staffs with free bicycle rental.

In the very centern of the city, everething is around it. Very helpful staff, very clean and tidy. Rooms are very good new furniture. Great experience.

Loved this hotel. Newly renovated with Modern decor. Close to the train station, sits in the middle of most attractions in Bern. Surrounded by establishments. Near everything.

Top Modern & very cozy. Cool, super compiled, recommended wine list for connoisseurs. Special, delicious soft drinks selection, fine snack menu. We just felt completely comfortable.

In the center of town but very quiet, pleasant and calls to linger… Beautiful ambiance, I fülte to the Bristol. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I felt very comfortable at the "the Bristol" from the very first moment and I am very happy that Bern finally has a hotel without this widespread, unbearable "stink" for me. I like the concept extremely well. Very nice design, high-quality appearance, super practical at the same time with a high feel good factor.

The rooms are very clean, well maintained and decorated with special charm. The beds are excellent!
The location is ideally located in the heart of the city of Bern; 1 minute walk from the federal House, 3 minutes on foot from the train station but still very quiet the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I'll go back there!

Clean and modern. If you have trouble climbing into a tub you will be in trouble. Ask for walk in shower, side of tubs are very high.
It is very noisy if your room faces the street.
The hotel is located within walking distance of many shops and restaurants.

Everything is prefect except overpriced laundry room usage fee. It costs $10. Which is acceptable but not reasonable. Usually hotels charge from free to $3. Everything else are good. Nice breakfast, large room.

Very helpful staff. They landed us electric bikes. It was great. The bed was comfortable and it was right in the middle of the city. The price was alright considering the Swiss out of this world prices.
