This hotel is near all of the major tourist sites in Bern. The rooms are very comfortable and mostly soundproofed! We could barely hear any activity from the street below. The breakfast spread is adequate, and has a number of items from which to choose.

We stayed here in early June 2018. Excellent hotel and location in Bern. This is not luxurious hotel but very clean, comfortable, modern, and practical. Excellent and informative service at the front desk. I’ve got the room on 4th floor which is quite spacious with street view window and excellent noise shield. Easy walk with luggage to train station.

Great location, clean rooms, centralized amenities (coffee, tea) work great. Wifi is good. Parking is public, nearby and convenient (no valet). It's fantastic to be in walking distance of many places and restaurants. Breakfast is good. We had two hotel rooms and one was quite small, thus depending on building location. The 4th floor was warm in May, but we were able to set the cooling unit to the warmer temperatures (estimating the outdoor temp) and then it began to cool the room. This was initially counter intuitive. No shampoo and conditioner if you're someone used to US hotels.

Location was quite good. We were placed in a top floor room where it was quite cramped. The street noise was absolutely horrible. Extremely awkward shower and the bathroom sink didn't drain very well.

Great 3 star hotel in Central Bern. Very convenient for travel. Fully satisfied for quality price. Recommended.

A modern and clean hotel in the centre of Bern. Good International brakfast and very kind areas to have tea and so on reading a book or watching the television.

Wonderful place for meetings and workshops. Near train station and yet in the middle of Bern.

Was only in the restaurant and conference room. Restaurant very accommodating and nicely decorated. Room OK, ambiance should be refreshed at times v. A. UG would have needed it.

There are 4 church meeting in the building. They offer services in German, French, English and Arabic.

Very good hotel in the centre of Bern. All the sights of the city are in walking distance, the same goes for the train station. Service was very good and helpful, the breakfast extensive and provided with local specialties (we various cheese varieties). Coffee, however, is only "normal", no latte macchiato etc. Hotel is obviously newly refurbished, room was in very clear, modern furnishing style and clean. Absolutely recommended.

An excellent location in Bern. The hotel is very modern and new inside but in a traditional part of Bern and its exterior is traditional in keeping with the area. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The rooms are small, modern, but very nice indeed and spotless clean. Breakfast is served on the first floor restaurant and again it is modern, clean and the food is a good European buffet breakfast with plenty of hot and cold food options.

Central location in Bern, good price.

We have room booking during Christmas, and there is very good public transport. The room and housekeeper is very good. There have the good facilities in this hotel. I will visit them again when I go to berne.

This hotel suites Japanese. Facilities are so clean, tidy and useful.

Recently renovated. It is clean and tidy. Located in the city center with friendly staff that are very helpful. Breakfast is not great.

Easy and quick to sleep. Polite to customers of all kinds. Is being renovated at the moment, however… The reception is next door in the Bärenhöfli restaurant and there is also a detour to the lift. All in all it is centrally located and yet has no excessively high cost of quality.

Perfect location in the old town. Everything within a few minutes walking distance. Friendly staff. Rooms on the 5th floor a bit small but modern. Breakfast is okay. If you are on a city trip, go for it.

Good Hotel in downtown Bern.

Horrible hot in the room. The air-cold system didn't work perfectly.

Walking distance to the station and the Federal palace. Renovations still going on are making this hotel modern.

Hotel catastrophic, air conditioning that does not work, noise in the street all night hence impossibility of worker the window, to avoid at all costs.

My room was noisy from early morning, and would need a refurbishing soon. The gym opens too late. On the other hand, people is nice, and the location is excellent.

It will be useful to warn the customers if there are important work in the House and to adapt in this case the prices.

I was extremely comfortable at Hotel Kruez Bern. The staff was very attentive and helped us navigate the city, and our room was kept very clean. The rooftop has a beautiful room and it is in a great location. Highly recommended.

Meeting rooms are ok, unfortunately, there are quite a lot of ambient noise.

Positions, I have always enjoyed your very professional Services with a smile! Your Breakfast Buffet is one of the best I have ever enjoyed in all my travels. Every Employee is friendly & willing to go the extra — mile. Christina (Rooms) helped me on arrival to cope with your WI — FI in my room & with a tablet I had never used before — she was also ready to help me out with a few other problems & I would very much recommend her for whatever recognition you have in your Establishment. I would also like to thank you for the delicious breakfast prepared by your night auditor when I had to leave at 5 am for the Airport on October 16 th. 2015. I will recommend your Hotel anytime — I had a wonderful stay with you.

The Hotel is very central, very well located and it is beautiful. The staff is correct and attentive. The hotel rooms lack air conditioning, and in the month of August, at 12 of the night in addition to a lot of heat, there was much noise of people who were of the party, so with the window open had micho and noise with the window closed a lot of heat. Impossible to sleep. I asked for another room or a fan and it was impossible to get it. So we slept little because at 7 in the morning, the traffic returned us to wake up. If you are going to Berne (worth) in the summer, do not choose this hotel.

Great. In the middle of Bern. I made many photos from our two windows. Free ticket for public transport, including transport to the airport. Surprising breakfast — high quality swiss products. The whole hotel looks like created by a talented and original designer.

In the absolute centre. Everything is walking distance from the Hotel. Friendly, courteous staff. Clean Rooms.

Stayed here the day and evening of Swiss National Day 2013, and it was a good base. Convenient short walk to train station. Walked in. No reservation. Small fee for Wi-Fi. Very very clean. Decor is spartan, but fine. Elevators worked well. Breakfast was quite good, not exceptional, but better than many. Staff were pleasant. Very near many good restaurants. We were pleased with our stay at a reasonable price. It is, however, like any downtown hotel, quite noisy on National Day with all the fireworks.

In the downtown but bed is bad.

Gave me the feeling of being in a dorm but overall was ok. Could have paid less for similar settings.
