Bern Hotels near Einstein-Haus

Good location not too far from the main attractions and in a quiet residential area. We took a quick uber to get to where we had to go. Room was large and spacious, clean.

I worked for Marriott for over 15 years so I consider myself a bit of a hotel snob… if I’m any kind of snob.

They deserve their 5 star.
From the service to the rooms to the location of the hotel. They deserve their 5 star.
Staff are some of the friendliest most helpful I have ever seen.

This was one of the best stays that I’ve ever had a hotel in Switzerland or anywhere.

This was one of several hotels in which we stayed on a recent, long trip around Europe and it was the best, hitting a sweet spot of location, comfort, and service.

Loved the stay here. The rooms are spacious, warm and inviting with high ceiling. Amenities like coffee machine, warm towels in the washroom, and adjustable light brightness in the room are top notch.

Outstanding service and fabulous views from a corner suite on the 5th floor. Perfect location to visit old Bern. The staff couldn’t have been better.

Magical place, it seems to be in a fairy tale. Everything was perfect. It is always a pleasure to stay there.

The hotel was in a great location, very lovely staff and overall a fantastic place to the stay.

Hotel well located 5 minutes and 1 tram stop away from old town, tram stop just in front of the hotel. Room size are big enough for my family of 3 with a very comfortable sofa bed.

We stayed at the Hotel Belle Epoque the first few days of September this year. We found the hotel met our needs in every way.

Great Bern Hotel in an amazing location. Very traditional hotel, but they have really thought about modern touches. The rooms are very well equipped, beds are really comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at this conveniently located hotel with a very nice team of people, Laura welcomed us in and made us feel at home, we highly recommend this place.

I absolutely recommend Albert & Frida!

Stayed at Hotel Savoy Berne three nights. The room (overlooking an indoor garden) was excellent! Very spacious, comfortable, quiet and with plenty of amenities.

Very clean hotel with comfy bed and modern bathroom. Excellent location for exploring old town. Breakfast options were limited but okay for a short stay. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

The Hotel NH Bern The Bristol is very convenient and located only 5-10 minutes away from the Main Rail Station Bern. Very convenient to catch various trams and buses.

We had a very pleasant overnight stay at the NH Hotel in Bristol. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and kindly assisted by Orlando and Costa.

Highly recommend this hotel!
1. The room facilities are very new.
2. The bed is very soft and comfortable, and we slept really well.
3. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area and is very clean.

Amazing location. Easy to reach. Rooms were super spacious. Loved the shared spaces. What an amazing kitchen. The terrace was the highlight of the stay. Highly recommend.

This hotel is in a fantastic location. Everything you want to do is within walking distance.

The hotel is situated right at the edge of the Old Town, within a short walking distance to the railway station and with the famous Zytglogge Clock Tower just right round the corner.

Budget friendly accommodations in a residential area near a bus stop and easy access to train depot. Our basic dorm like room had a private bath and shower.

Overall a good experience but the building is very old and not perfectly renovated, also our toilet and shower was shared and outside the room, so be prepared.

The room is tastefully done. The beauty is their separate toilet and bathroom. If you are not traveling alone, this will shave morning preparation time as both can be used simultaneously.

Great location. Hotel was right in front of a tram stop which goes directly to Bern Hbf. Rooms and service were alright. Front desk were helpful with requests.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming, beautiful, old world style hotel. Don’t miss the incredible jazz club downstairs with talented performers and a devoted friendly crowd.

Absolutely lovely hotel, warm and friendly staff, we enjoyed a delicious dinner in the dining room, and the highlight was Marians Jazz Club. Do not miss a chance to go to Marians!

The location was so close to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops and the rose garden. You can walk to old town in 15 minutes or take the bus. Service was fantastic.

Everything about our stay was outstanding! Service was exceptional and very friendly.

Perfect location steps from the Bern train station, walking distance to everything, rooms were spotlessly clean and large for this area, and despite the lively neighborhood, it was quite quiet.

Great staff. Only one person was managing the entire hotel. But, the room was big. Washroom even bigger. And location was awesome. Hardly 3 mins walk from Bern railway station.

Great location. Access to public transportation. Very good customer service. Friendly staff. We stayed with our daughter in their family room. Great choice. We totally recommend Kreuz Bern.

Cool hotel in a great location, right in the heart of Bern. We got a room facing the back so noise was not a problem. The roof deck isn't fancy but wow, those views!

I enjoyed the stay. Everone was really nice and welcoming. Everything was clean and tidy. The location is also great.

Excellent stay at Bern Backpackers Hostel/Hote Glocke! Despite being a hostel, it exceeded our expectations.

We had a wonderful stay here. The Landlady is very friendly and made us feel like at home. The rooms are very clean. The position is near the center of the city and the embassies.

The room was great, the breakfast was delicious and the B&B was beautiful. The host was very kind! Highly recommend staying here when visiting Bern.

Exceptional. The host greeted me when I arrived. Very kind and helpful. The bed was comfy, kitchen well stocked if needed (good pod coffee), peaceful balcony and garden.

Simply one of the best accommodations I've found online.

This was my second stay at Bern Youth Hostel, and it confirmed exactly how I felt the first time, I absolutely love this place!
The location is simply outstanding.

Very good value for money. Good location, clean rooms, friendly reception, quiet, breakfast included, beautiful outdoor seating :) All recommendations!

Thank you, Valerie. The beautiful place to stay in the beautiful location in the beautiful city of Bern (exactly in the heart of the old town).

The Host was super and all of our expectations were met. Easy in, easy out. But it would have been nice for full disclosure that a music academy was next door.

Good hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast included in the stay was decent with a good variety (cereal, eggs, cold meat, cheese, different types of bread, croissants, juice & coffee).

Very nice apartment and friendly hosts. Excellent breakfast. Location is a mixed bag: beautiful view of the river and bridge, but be forewarned that in tourist season there is zero privacy.

Arguably Switzerland’s smallest hotel, conveniently located next to Bern’s Bear Park.
