Tenerife Hotels

Just back from a great holiday in Cleopatra Palace. My sister & I enjoyed 7 days at this hotel. Location is superb and we used the beach opposite hotel.

The hotel staff were polite and friendly from day one with welcome champagne and drinks. They had a nice small bed for my little one, along with some kiddy toileteries to make her feel special.

Sitting waiting to be picked up after another truly amazing stay at this beautiful hotel. Rooms awesome, staff always smiling, breakfasts tremendous.

The best hotel in Tenerife by far, should have a loyalties card for us returning customers 😍

Just back from a week's all inclusive stay. Thought I'd give an honest review with Pros and cons.
I'll start with the cons.

We booked The Bitácora as a last-minute break and, to be honest, only after booking did my wife read some of the reviews, which left us a little concerned.

Four of us girls had a fantastic 10 day holiday in the UP!
I shared a room and paid extra for an XL upgrade, which cost us €15 each per night.

Amazing stay at this hotel, EXTREMELY friendly staff who were very helpful, getting a glass of procesco at the booking in time, very clean rooms, nice thick doors so couldnt hear outside, clean

By far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed, nothing short of fab u lous 😍

One of the few places we have been to where every member of staff was genuine and welcoming and pleasant and helpful.

The hotel is faultless. Greeted with a glass of champagne on arrival and a simple check in procedure. Had a room on level 4 with a large balcony and plunge pool.

Lovely hotel although it’s looking a bit dated now. Ideal location for the strip and beach. Plenty of sun beds available that you didn’t have to get up at the crack of dawn to aquire one.

My husband and I were there in January for 55 wedding anniversary. Can't fault anything. Great room excellent staff. Great food. Great location.

Great stay! had nicest staff would do anything to help you. Lovely rooms and hotel in general pool area fab too. Excellent with the kids entertainment team are fab too.

We are currently here and can honestly say I have never stayed anywhere like this! The staff are so hard working, the animation team are out of this world.

This place is awesome, I loved everything about.
And im a very picky person.
Rooms very clean, lots of space… amazing bathroom.

We paid for half board with the privilege and would recommend to others! The lounge was great, unlimited drinks and snacks and the terrace was lovely and quiet.

Amazing Stay.
Hotel is spotless.
Food Excellent no complaints, and the Japanese restaurant was a great experience.
Rooms were clean and tidy and cleaned daily.

I had a fantastic time with my partner at Las Palmeras. The hotel and grounds are to a high standard, and are a lovely place to spend time.

We recently stayed at H10 Hotel Las Palmeras and overall had a really enjoyable experience.

Lovely, clean and family friendly hotel for our family of 5 (3 kids ages 9, 6 and 1)
We stayed here for Christmas in December 2023 and had an amazing time.

Can’t fault this hotel. 11th time here in 9 years and have booked again for twice in 2025.
Staff great. Welcoming. Drinks good choice. Food is good standard for all inclusive.

The Alexandre Troya is an exceptional hotel.

We have used Hotel Troya many times over the years and just cannot fault our experience. All the staff are lovely, communicate well and always made us feel very welcome.

Great hotel absolutely loved our holiday.
Rooms were great, food lovely, splash park perfect for our daughter. Only issue I would say was the room we were in was VERY loud on a nighttime.

We have had a fab stay at the hotel. The hotel is clean and modern. The drinks were varied and branded spirits. The food was good with being able to find something for all the family.

Well, this hotel was excellent. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spotless (we had a joining door) clean towels daily if wanted.

Really fabulous hotel, spa is definitely worth a visit.

What a find. Lovely bungalows, clean, comfy and coukd play youtube etc. On the tv. Food was terrific, lots of choice and as much as 7 or 8 desserts daily. Dining rooms were spotless.

Had an amazing stay here, it was my first time. Everything was well maintained and exceptionally clean. Rooms were immaculate and the maid was respectful, kind and polite.

This is my third visit to Tenerife and last time we came this time as a family.

My partner and myself stayed in the Columbus aparthotel for two weeks in the last week I'm April till the first week in May. We stayed self catering but you can stay half board or full inclusive.

The hotel was in the center of Las Americas.
The hospitality of the staff is very good and the service from the staff is very good.

Was a bit dubious when arriving at this hotel with my friend due to reading quite a few negative reviews, however, very pleasantly surprised!

We really liked this adults-only hotel. Good location being just outside the main touristy areas but within easy walking distance of everything.

We had a really nice stay here in February. Nice welcoming and spacious reception area with a few tables and serves drinks 24 hours.

Just had a lovely week… rooms very clean infact the whole hotel is. Lovely friendly staff… In a lovely location. X thank you.

Nice pool and the view from apartment. I use self-catering and kitchen needs more stuff like bowls etc realy basic assortment. Rooms are quite big but needs refreshments.

Stayed here for a wk in January, a great hotel with friendly staff, especially Tommy and the team at the pool bar. Heated swimming pool was perfect. Rooms were clean and tidy.

Just come back from 3 nights here and it was brilliant!
Room was spacious, well maintained, clean and safe.
Pools were lovely, one heated one not heated. Lots of beds and lots of sun!

Had best experience here hotel was lovely and clean room was very spacious. No air con but they provided a free fan which worked fine or can pay to hire a AC unit for 80€ for week.

Location is perfect for a stay in las americas and los Cristianos.

We've been to Tenerife 10 times over the last few years, so it's safe to say we tried an assortment of hotels.

Very good value, rooms are a great size and everywhere is kept super clean. Slightly dated and some marks in places but fine for the price bracket of hotel. Pool is a nice size could be deeper.

This hotel is not the best I have been to but it makes up with with all the staff being very friendly & lovely. Any problems they're on it. The food is great & have lots to choose from daily.

We stayed at this hotel from the 3rd to the 10th februsry.
We couldn't fault the hotel at all.
