It's a nice hotel. The location is great: and the waterfront is not far away, and the shops are all nearby. Very tasty food. True Wi-Fi is weak, normally catches only next to the front desk.

Poor service, bad food, very abandoned facilities with floor tiles raised by many areas d the hallways. Honestly, I do not know how it is listed with four stars, but you have Q pay as a four star, does not reach one, X do not speak D cleaning, did not change the covers d the pillows or cleaned the bathroom in a week Q I was there. Come on, total disappointment.

I've been in this hotel for almost a one month and there is more negative than positive impression. First of all, don't pay for Wi-Fi internet in your rooms (yeah, only free internet is in hotel hall) because it won't work good, especially if there is more guess in hotel. Food is good if you stay here for maximum 7 days, anything above that and you will realize that there is no versatility and quality of meat is not good. Mattress are so bad! And I changed mine but nothing changed in my sleep. They are so soft that is unhealthy to sleep at it. My friends also have the same problem. Personnel of hotel is nice and polite. There is nice pool in the top of hotel. Hotel is a part of a bigger Zentral complex so you have there market, laundry, sport market, gym. City and beach is near.

Unfortunately There are a few shops, but there is a cinema and a bar where you can also eat.

Playa last Americas, massive building with the name with few shops around it seemed a popular place staff was very nice and friendly.

I take a good feel for my stay at the hotel, although it is true that I went to the area to work and what I expected from it was a good bed, which I had, plus its good location. The staff were very friendly and the staff were very friendly and helpful. While it is true that my impression was positive, it gives the impression that the hotel has been somewhat old. That added to that it has not much less the best facilities in the area (in the middle of a place where other hotels have been updated as the old Noelia, now Tigotán), make them half a 3.
Room: Wonderful. I was given a great room. The only thing is that the TV is only tuned to foreign channels and we are in Tenerife. That didn't seem right. In fact I did not use it in the two days for that Reason.
Restaurant — Right. No More. Breakfast is English type and for what there was good but not by far the one of a 4 star.
Rest and pool area — Regular. The ice water and the old jacuzzi, no pressure and cold. It's worth it to go to the beach that is nearby.
Facilities — The hotel has been somewhat old. It is the aspect that gives and one thing ratifies it: there is no Wi-Fi general free nor is there quality in the Hall. Are we really almost 2020? It doesn't make any sense. That's just why I think they lose points. While it is true that they are not the ideal place to go on vacation, at least if one goes to work they should give facilities and update Themselves.

Centrally located. Centre Pdla can be reached on foot. Bus stop outside the door, from there via Los Christianos ' bus station it goes everywhere.
To the stand a bit far on foot but not impossible.
Hotel is quiet, without children. Hotel had its own underground garage, which is now owned by the supermarket and has to be paid quite expensive for a long time. Prices are around €90 per night.

The person has the welcome which is called Betty, not at all amiable.
I had been waiting at the counter for many minutes, she deliberately did not see me and look after people arrived well after me, horrible!

Hello everyone! The hotel is ten minutes from the beach. Everything is nearby and the fitness club, and the shop, and the hospital, and the perfect place for sunbathing (on the roof), excellent food…

Magical place I have already been and I keep coming back for friendliness and kindness I have been like at home! It was a very nice and friendly staff.

No tea & coffeee making facilities in rooms no drinking glasses in rooms. Not 4* more 2* very clean though beds comfortable. Meals awful even breakfast.

Hotel held very well. Interiors all in solid oak wood. Perfect cleaning. The TV has no Italian channels.

Very average in all manners. Nothing that impresses in any way. The staff was a bit confused about most things. Such as Wi-Fi, where or when to pay for breakfast, ordering a taxi, deposits on rented items and so forth. The check in desk was a mess to be honest. She took two phonecalls while we were talking to her.

Hotel served for the disabled. Good Hotel in good location is close to the beach.

Check-in and check-out was easy and friendly, the reception area is spacious and welcoming. The room and the bed were really big, and there was a lot of furniture to put your stuff in and on. There are a nice pool and a jacuzzi on top of the hotel building which are free to use. You can also get a bath towels for a deposit of €20 at the reception. The only downside we had where a pinching bathroom door and slightly muffy smell in the bathroom. For the price of €89 this hotel is a very good option.

The treatment we received was very good and the location is good. The rooftop pool is great. The only thing we did not like was the furniture in the room (furniture a little old-fashioned, but in good condition). Personally we have been very comfortable in this hotel.

Nice large rooms and a firm bed. Poor UK TV. Could only find 2 news channels in English. We only stayed one night so did not use pool which is on 7th floor as it was rather breezy and limited sun beds available. Breakfast was very good (€8). With a wide range of hot and cold options. Fresh fruit etc. The Spanish gentleman on reception was very helpful and obliging despite being kept very busy.

Nice location, quiet, attentive and knowledgeable staff the Buffett does not have the opulence of other hotels but the food is good and digestible. I like it.

Good hotel. It has a shopping centre in the bottom with a cineplex.

Quiet location, ideal for a film with a partner, a coffee or a meal, good location, in front of the stop bus and with quick access. Has tickets for the street behind too, the space is large.

Hotel very close to the beach. Good catering service. I recommend it.

Giant room Even if the mattresses should be renewed. Buffet meals that vary slightly from one day to the next. Very capable of accommodating people with disabilities.

+ staff is friendly + room cleaned daily — no free Wi-Fi in the room (free Wi-Fi in reception only) and Wi-Fi not working all the times, suuuuper slow — tap water not enough for everyone (several times a day when not coming any water) — breakfast not worth the price (cold bacon, cold eggs etc). Coffee is though OK and fresh fruit — furniture dated — room smells “old” when AC not turned on — room is quite dark although all lights turned on — the hotel needs some maintenance work, since lots of worn out materials.

Nice cinemas. Plan pull/jacket, car air conditioning very efficient.

Very quiet site and the room was fine in general, ideal if you want to spend a couple of days at a good price.

No balcony, no bar, no booklet to tell how things work, discovery learning is how you find out or by repeated visits to reception. Kettle is provided but no milk, tea, coffee or biscuits. Selection of food at meal times is good all areas are clean and in reasonable condition. The "free" Wi-Fi only applies to the main reception hall, the Wi-Fi in the room costs €8:50 per day.

Beautiful place to stay. Close to everything you need. 15 minute drive from the airport a 20 minute walk to the beach. The staff at the front desk are extremely helpful. The apartment has Tv, hairdryer and fresh soaps and other toiletries.

The location os beautiful, there are Gym, restaurant and stores.

+ The hotel was clean. + The rooms are quiet. + Rooms have AC & TV. + Has a pool on the roof. + Has handicap features (even in the pool). — Have to pay for Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi is free at the reception hall. — Furniture, carpets are very old — Lights in the room do not offer enough light. — The room has windows curtains that you need to open each time you enter the room with a button that you have to keep pressed for 1 min +. — Breakfast was very low, not that many things to eat.

Fantastic location with bars, beach, restuarants and shops all within 10mins walking distance. Room was decent l, best bit was the shutters as it makes the room totally dark even when we woke up at 10am next day!

It's cozy, but half the numbers go to any street.

Four x proportion quality/price. Hotel in the middle of everything. Close to everything. Clean and quiet rooms. Low quality food. Restaurant aimed x the most to a north European clientele. I would return.

Just visited for a look round prior to deciding on a hotel to stay at. The entrance looks great but the pool is very small and dated. Cheap and cheerful.

This hotel is in a good position for the shops and beach. While there is a fridge, kettle, cups and spoons there are no complementary tea and coffee on arrival. The breakfast is good and plentiful but it has been on the cold side when we have gone for breakfast between 8.30 and 9.00. If you need an iron you pay a refundable 20€ deposit. Reception staff have been friendly and helpful as are the staff in the restaurant. If you want to watch any English programmes on TV, forget it as there's only BBC World Service available. Rooms are adequate but have no balcony and you can only have a shower as no bath plug is provided. As you take the key out of the electric the shutter automatically comes down. Coming back into the room you have to wait 4 minutes for the water to come back on. The roof top pool is on the small side but the views from up there are amazing. However, there is no bar up there to get either an alcoholic or non alcoholic drink, there are however drinks machines. The only Wi-Fi available is in the hotel lobby. We are here over the Easter period so I can't say what facilities are available in peak season. I would say more 3.5 stars than 4.

I only used the gym facilities installed in the basement of the hotel. I found a very good well equipped gym and good facilities. The hotel is in the heart of Playa de Las Américas, nearly of everything you could need there.

I have never booked a room, but I often go to the Central Centre Cinema. The Hotel seems very quiet.

Is really near a lot of interesting and entertaining places.

The hotel is not, but it has a shopping center tucked underneath, in addition to theaters of Christians are also there underneath.

Rested at this hotel with my husband in November ' 13, the hotel is very nice, the weather was perfect. Was delighted, yet dream to be on Tenerife, except that the prices are not the same of course.

I've stayed at the hotel and I liked the following: it Is relatively new, the rooms are well soundproofed, and with the blind down, you can have total darkness. The air conditioning is good. I also has been convenient to get around since the elevator arrives quickly all sides. The staff is polite and correct. The swimming pool, which is on the roof, is well and has views. I haven't liked: The breakfast is rather sparse, could be improved a lot. The room key (card) fails with ease and you need to go to reception to re-encode. In the year about 2016, you have to pay for Wi-Fi! A service that is already as running water, this hotel is not included in the price if not charged separately, and at exorbitant prices. At check in I have photocopied the ID card and credit card, something that I think is not covered in any regulations and that I have to check if the data Protection Act allows it or not. The check out time is 11:00 The fridge of the mini bar is completely empty, it doesn't have a bottle of water.

Having a great time here. Poeple are very nice everywhere, from the kitchen to te reception. Big rooms and nice views from the rooftop pool. It's a spanish 4 stars so don't expect to much, but it's really really good comsred to other hotels that we visited. I recommend and plus it has a central position and a realy nice fitness eith american's top standards.

Great place all tho the bar wasn't open. The pool was cold, and the doors to the sauna wouldn't lock so people would just walk in.

Xmas NYE 2010 we stayed at the so-called 4 star Zentral Center Hotel. The reception was very unfriendly and sometimes down right rude. The check in was really over formal and seemingly these people could not give a dam if you stay there at all. We tried not to let this bother us as we maintained the view that it was just somewhere to sleep at night. Some of the reception staff where more than stand off-ish and barely made eye contact with me when we came to check out. Only one member of staff had any smiles or was warm and we made sure we thanked her before we left. I only wish we got her name so that we could name check her. If you are traveling from the UK don't ruin your holiday. Stay somewhere else.
