Apartamentos Las Floritas Apartment

Had a privately owned apartment which was beautiful. Place it's self is a little tired but in a great location and the Chinese restaurant next door is fabulous.

Really nice place. Lovely pool and basic but adequate accommodation. Yes there are cockroaches around in fact you'll see them running around in the street on Tenerife as they live in the palm trees. Don't leave any food including crumbs out and you shouldn't have a problem. There was a very big can of roach spray provided under the sink so I can't complain about the roaches as we took precautions and only saw a couple during our entire weeks stay. Really handy location at the top of Americas away from the noise. Would suit families, just take bug precautions.

Brilliant hotel just a shame bar man couldn't or wouldn't smile but hotel in perfect location for the amenities of americas staff brilliant except barman.

Clean and tidy great pool and location. Let down by nice but miserable staff. But I would gladly return.

Lovely appartment complex. It's basic but what do you expect with it being soooo cheap. Clean complex. Big Rooms which were cleaned daily along with towels. No onsite restaurant. Has a pool bar for drinks and snacks during the day. Just remember it's NOT a hotel. It's an apartment complex to serve self catering. Ignore the bad reviews.

Nice and well cared for apartments, swimming pool for young and old.

A nice apartment complex with swimming pools everywhere, a calm atmosphere and good but simple apartments. Mine did not have air conditioning but in April a through draft was enough to keep a comfortable temperature. The location is well situated and reasonably priced. There is a small convenience store inside and bars and restaurants within an easy walk. There is a taxi stand beside the Columbus Hotel.

I was considering to rent an apartment for 15 days for my hobbies but when I read that they charge 1€ per hour of television I've stayed KO. We're all crazy? And what is worse is that do not warn, if you do not read the opinions you get there and you find that gift.

Well… we stayed here as a family 20thfeb for a week. We've stayed here fair few times over the years before I had children and after always been a lovely clean place to stay. Hence why I took the children. Not this time very disappointing won't be staying again. We were given a appartment above the whiskey jar and main road was noisy. Bed linen and towels weren't changed more than once but other times they have been? what's that all about? then when I had to shower my children in a shower that had hot water for 1min then turned to freezing cold. Wasnt happy. Went to reception told the man he said there should be 30litres of warm water I'll send someone in tomorrow so they came and did nothing as they told me noubt wrong with it. Had shower next night was still the same in the end we had to use communial shower. It's abit run down shame as we've had good stays prior to this one. Time to move on… no more las floritas for us.

Stayed here last 4 years 6 weejs per stay and love it so well located. We have a private rent which is beautiful, but the flat that belong to Las Floritas are really shabby n tired. The life guard us a waste of space and just props the bar up all day. Dont worry about the brothel next door the girls DO NOT trouble residents so not a problem. Already booked next years 6 weeks.

We booked a private apartment. It was beautiful. The owner was so nice. Would go here again. Not that much room around the pool but the location is good. Not far to walk to go into the busy strip.

You get what you pay for I've stayed here 6 times now different times of the year never had a problem it's clean and well sufficient for a self catering holiday.

After reading reviews I wasn't too sure what to expect but for the price it was good. We stayed on the ground floor, maids came in everyday minus one, towels changed regular. There was the odd cockroach beside kitchen unit but we bought the spray for 2 euro from the 24hr shop a few doors down left of the hotel. Hence we didn't cook in the kitchen. 1 euro for sunbeds but as soon as you leave them unattended they get took away. Pool open til 9pm with onsite lifeguard shallow and deep pools so great for all ages. First on the right of hotel there is a bar called whiskey jar cheap beer great entertainment every night and so friendly and welcoming. We also frequented Las rosas for breakfast and dinner which is right of hotel down the hill and on the left. So for the price of apartment it is what you make of it… also sirens are heard during the day but not annoying just because hospital is close by! We will be back.

Stayed here with 6 friend's. We all liked the location. Staff all friendly. We found it quiet when we got back from the nightlife. It was late though. Out at 10am back well after midnight. X.

Cheap and standard accommodation, appartments not the cleanest but pool is brilliant and it's central. Staff believe customer is always Wrong.

Additions to pay extra for. The television. 1euro per hour steam iron 17 EUR week Wi-Fi 3euro hr. Sunbed 2euro per day it goes on and on this place sure wants brits to pay. And rid you of your holiday cash. Not to be recommended.

You get what you pay for. Pool is nice and cold, staff are polite. Handy shop in complex.

Average apartments. Clean, spacious. Only downside if you have family. They place you on top floor above bar and main road so a bit noisy and no lifts : (

Best quality for the money that we payed. Amazing place for someone that wants to explore more and not to spend time in the room.

Nice big apartments cleaning let's it down only 5 days a week if you know b4 no problem but they don't tell you only changed towels once and linen not at all in the heat not good enough there 7 days. Bar opened when it wanted staff moody shame as in gr8 location.

Very nice apartments at good price range. Power sockets are technically EU, but not every device's plug will fit. There's a well equipped kitchen part and daily cleaning service is thorough. Most guests are British.

Very clean, good atmosphere among the staff and the tourists. It's an older complex but does everything I needed for a great relaxing holiday. Would go again.

Wicked family holiday had a mint time.

Went last October very clean lovely staff going back this year but more of us.

The private apartments are well kept and the pool is OK. The apartments rented directly from the property are very old.

Horror charge you on poolside hammocks coin-operated TV etc. Do not come more and a microwave with padlock.

Stayed in these apartments a few times great value very clean what I like is no matter what apartment u are in you have part of the swimming pool outside.

Stayed here in july for 7 days. Cheap, very spacious and a good mix of people of all ages. Already booked to go back in October. **UPDATE** I went back in October and it was just as good as July. A lot more relaxed atmosphere and the staff were very quick and efficient when dealing with our leaky fridge.

Super holiday I like everrything the way it is.
