Lovely and clean Food is beautiful staff lovely and friendly 2 minutes walk to the beach plenty around it restaurants et cetera just a all-round lovely place will be back. We in 542 and sea view Quiet little spot lovely room highly recommended.

Room classic, a little bit old, gym room very old and very basic. But quiet hôtel, nice building, swimming pool ok, nice SPA.

The Alexandre club rooms (more expensive) are with bathtub so very difficult for people with reduced mobility. The bar service is very bad and slow unless you give big tips then you are in the privileged and again! and all-in cocktails are infectious.

Amazing hotel. Lovely facilities, spacious room and bathroom and if you forget the great variety of the buffet.

The staff is the most, 100% recommended, variety of meals, excellent service, we will return to closed eyes.

The place is fine, everything is very clean and quiet, but I have some problems for example the transparent glass bathroom door I do not like, the Wi-Fi is not very good, it fails a lot and to top it off the buffet pasta was bad and I spent the afternoon vomiting.

Great time there, the pools and the beach bar is great. The staff was very nice everywhere and special commendations to Julia y Alexandra 🥰😜

I have to say that the hotel on the subject of cleanliness is fantastic, all very clean and tidy,,,, very nice and clean rooms, the waitresses of the very friendly rooms,,, as for the other staff as regular,,,,, there was a gentleman in the pool bar very rude, for example I asked him for a cocktail, and he asked me to q wanted it,,,, told him I didn't know,,,, he recommended one to me,,,, and he said (I don't put any on you). We're a family of five. We arrived at the hotel without eating anything and were very hungry we asked at the pool bar 5 sandwich and my husband was told q if they saw us giving food to people on the street, they took away the all-inclusive,,, I think that was very out of place… And to top off the theme of cards and q everything you have to be asking for and give you proof,,,,, after confinement we have been in barios hotels,, (all with all included) we put the handle we consume what we want but with control,,,,,, here you feel as if they are watching you all the tempo.

An honest review of the Gala hotel. We were unlucky to be there during the lockdown due to Covid-19 (3 days in the hotel). Previous to the lockdown, we found that the reception staff were unhelpful. We arrived late (due to a delayed flight) 9.34pm to be exact, and were told that there was no food (which we had paid for) available as restaurant had closed at 9.30pm. Any other hotel would have at least provided sandwiches or even soup. The next thing was the bar staff (some are lovely! ) but there was one man who was very rude. I basically asked for two slices of lime for our Coronas, he sarcastically said well "we are no supermarket" then proceeded to be difficult & put a load of limes in a glass after I said two was all we wanted — he proceeded to then put oranges in the glass. This was ridiculous, arrogant and unnecessary. After all this was over two bits of lime. The cleaners are great, very friendly and the rooms were up to a great standard in terms of cleanliness. If you want to watch English TV, take your iPad. There was one channel (BBC). The food was standard, as someone with an allergy (dairy free) I did find that the food wasn't great for me, especially the lunch options. Breakfast was okay and dinner was okay. We didn't spend much time in the hotel until we were told we had to stay in due to the lockdown. The secretary of the hotel was totally out of order how she went about this situation.

Clean Really clean. Relaxing and lovely hotel with good amenities in a central location for a good night out and and quiet night out.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic staff! We had a fortnight here August 2019 and loved every moment. The animation team were so friendly with a varied array of activities. The restaurant had a wide variety of themed cuisine and Senior Julio on the grill is a total legend. That man needs a pay raise because he is a credit to your hotel! We will definitely come again. Thank you, Hotel Gala for a lovely stay in your beautiful country ❤️

Has some good points but lot of bad ones like advertises kids splash park with slide now only to be told it's not here anymore no soft play area bcos of refurbishment either nothing for my son to do he autistic so them 2 thing would of been ideal nothing for hi to do.

I was on New Year's week and had a really good time. Great food and great room cleanliness… The only flaw the water from half a liter 2.50 euros is a bit too expensive… X the rest all great.

Hotel nice, rooms clean, food average but not much choice for kids apart from chips & pizza. Pool area was nice and nice little kids area. Sack 95% of the staff in restaurant and we might return again. So rude and very slow.

I had a Great vacation at the Gala Hotel: Sandra from Housekeeping was lovely. We spent 7 nights at the hotel and she managed to meet us every morning, and used to recognize and greet us every day with a very friendly smile. Food and Beverage Staff is FANTASTIC! All the boys especially José from Tenerife and Juliana (sweet girl from Colombia) are ALL polite, friendly and hard workers! I work as Duty Manager in a hotel in London and I would love to have a team with amazing workers like them! The hotel is very clean and has several facilities such as pool, spa, fabulous entertainment every night and food is the ideal for International Guests. Thank you Hotel Gala!

A great service and treatment! Very good facilities and in the best area of Tenerife. Highlight the children's entertainment service, which they conquered with their tenderness and their games from day one to my little one. We will return without hesitation! Thank you!

Lovely place to stay. Me and my family have spent 10 days in the hotel and everything was superb. The food аnd the bar are really good and the staff who work in the hotel is absolutely brilliant. One of the guys in the bar and restaurant was outstanding I think his name was Graffigna. He made our visit very pleasant thank you for this. (if someone from the management readings this please consider a bonus he deserved one) I would definitely recommend this place.

We have just returned from a 1 week stay at the Gala. After reading some of the reviews I was slightly apprehensive however we found it to be great. The hotel is lovely and pool area is brilliant, plenty of sunbeds and lots of pool entertainment. The room we had was a brilliant size and we found the hotel staff helpful and polite. The food was a let down but it’s a buffet at the end of the day and they are catering for huge amounts of people.

Hotel rooms and food very good however it’s all let down by very rude staff in bars and restaurant
All inclusive stops dead at eleven, after which you have to pay. Pool towels and bed cushions must be paid for in an all inclusive package!
One bar in evening two very rude staff, you have to wait a while to get served one drink each, maximum two, disgrace you end up spending half the night queuing for a drink and we are not big drinkers
Despite Smirnoff being part of package staff continually try and give you cheap nasty stuff
In restaurant not enough staff so finding a clear, clean table is a bonus again staff not friendly maybe language barrier.
Now for the biggest surprise children’s pool not open until 11am not a minute before so we sit around for a couple of hours after breakfast with kids, never experienced this before
Hotel sell large floats which you blow up and then guess what can’t use them in pool don’t tell you this before you buy
Unfortunately will not come back to this hotel think twice about booking here it is not family friendly.

Hotel is lovely but not enough staff on the bar you can be stood there for 20 minutes to half an hour waiting only ever 1 bar open at 1 time day and night and everything shuts down at 11pm which lets this hotel down.

I'm not one to ever leave reviews… but dont go to this hotel. The staff are rude, the drinks and food is poor. Entertainment is shocking. The rooms are nothing like on the website. At the end of the holiday they charge you for stuff as nothing is explained when you get there. Not worth the money, more like a 2star hotel.

Cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff are superb, the food was excellent and with a wide range of choice. Every part of the hotel is spotlessly clean. The entertainment was also excellent. Will definitely be coming back. Absolutely superb hotel.

A really wonderful hotel. Enjoyed our holiday in December in Tenerife. Plenty to do and enjoy. Food lovely and pool area so relaxing with gorgeous views.

The hotel is not bad for as well as for a 4 degrees. The food is good, but — there are no Russian-speaking employees on re-section, it is almost impossible to explain at all! On the hotel's website hangs — we speak your language! The inenet is cut down three to four times, it is not always possible to enter passwords on a new one, the numbers in the morning are not removed — can fall in 14 — 15 hours when people are resting. The animation is weak. The hotel guide from "Join Up" sucks, like the whole company! Call the insurance yourself. Its function on arrival to get into the triple-price excursions, and then the grass does not grow. Communication through Weiber. For 11 days saw on the second day, all. Rezepshin refused to call from his phone to the insurance, to call a doctor. A man has a temperature of 40! That's how it is. We rate it "satisfactory"!

We have just had a beautiful holiday with friends and family in Tenerife staying at hotel Gala. The children loved the childrens games, activities and the splash pool and the adults enjoyed the deeper pool, time relaxing in the sun that can be captured from every angle, playing pingpong with a refreshment from the pool bar and even managed to pick up essentials for the beach from the little shop. The ladies had a much needed pamper morning in the lovely spa and we all had great intentions of going to the gym but sadly never got to it. The food was beautiful and the rooftop view of the sunset was the best way to finish the evening off. The pianist in reception on arrival was a nice welcome and there was a great variety of entertainment throughout the evening. But primarily the cleanliness was impeccable, the domestic staff worked very hard and they were all so friendly. The girls (reps / entertainment) worked long hours but not once did you see them looking anything but happy. Everyone was warm, welcoming and friendly.

Strategic location with view of the Atlantic sea on one side and on the other you can see the Teide volcano on the beach the air is pretty windy however when the sun comes out it's hot… Very pleasant the place of Hotel Veraresort Gala where you eat well enough and find everything and especially the Italian cuisine is not lacking…

A three star disguised as 4 ⃣ the truth is that you charge for everything, the Wi-Fi, drinks in the buffet, the complete minibar €25 and locked, do not have natural orange juice, you charge for the mats of hammocks, towels, the spa is not included. They also charge you for using the safe, water plastic small bottle €2…
In addition it is in an area of nocturnal atmosphere a little shady, not apt to go out for a walk with the children.
Not very well soundproofed.
Clean but needs reform.
The animation is decadent and sad…
The wind is a hell…
Of course I wouldn't go back.

It is a 3 star and not 4. When you get there you get a single key and not two. They charge you for everything and price of printer ink, Wi-Fi, mattress for sunbeds, bath towels, safe, room fridge locked, if you want something you have to pay the full content. The food Repeteitiva but hey, there is not a natural juice at breakfast, all boat and watery. The evening entertainment is pitiful and decadent. Area with night atmosphere not suitable for children. Not recommended.

They have remodeled it and are very good to go with children, 5 minutes from Siam Park. Keep in mind that they charge for beach towels, both deposit and for use… The Buffet has improved a lot.

Paid 1400 eur for the double room: half board, 2 persons, 8 nights in March 2018. Breakfast is as usuall, nothing special: scrambled eggs, bacon, tea, coffe, etc. Dinner is mediocre: very limited choice of food which was tasteless. Drinks e. G. Wine, sangria, water for additional fee. Free Wi-Fi is non existent. Late checkout: possible for the additional fee of 11 eur per hour. Rooms: typical but we had to live together with ants as our room was on the ground floor. Bathroom door was made of see-through glass — could be a bit uncomfortable if staying with e. G. Kids. I would not be staying again at this hotel and would not recommend to anyone. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Most Your staff obviously hate their jobs. They are ever so rude and unhelpful, especially around the pool. Paid all inclusive to be told I can only order two drinks. I must drink them and come back …
After the kids disco the children are expected to leave the room and enter what I can only describe as a zoo cage, to play on a few mats. No staff supervision here and parents expected to stand outside and watch their children through little windows. Perhaps family friendly for children over 8. Elderly German couple, obsessed with dancing the waltz, aggressively pushed my 2 year old daughter off the dance floor and despite the audience reaction the staff did not assist with the situation.
The environment is clean and rooms are cleaned everyday. … but you have to pay to open the fridge in the room… considering we are in a family room and we have small children you would imagine this to be free to keep necessary items cold. Bottled water for the children at night was laughed at by staff as this isn’t part of all inclusive…
1st ever holiday where I have wanted to leave the hotel and also the rude German couples dancing was a 3.2 at push.

Good location close to the center. Food not quite varied. Staff not French at all. Wifi anywhere except paying.

Pleasant surprise and well designed hotel. Good pool facilities in a well located area. Have enjoyed the access and the surroundings. Special point is the safe pool area for kids with slopes tobagans. Also cold and warm pool available.

Nice hotel. Room clean. In the dining room high noise level, therefore somewhat uncomfortable. What I find not great is the occupying with towels by the guests for the deck chairs. Good location to the promenade.

Because, after a week, evaluating all the aspects, the experience has been very satisfactory but somewhat disappointing in some aspects. All praise to the staff cafeteria and restaurant, a FEW CRACKS. And also my congratulations to the cleaning staff.

Very nice Hotel, located in a great location, with swimming pools, spa and games rooms, international cuisine of good quality, even if the Italian one needs a little improvement but at the bottom I was interested in the typical one of the place… Staff Recommended!

A very nice hotel is located just a few meters from the beach in a commercial area in order to all faborable and good attention.

Nice place and nice hotel. I stayed in the new part (Hotel Alexandre) Sea view room and all inclusive. Great service. As for the kitchen we have to put in our heads that the flavors can not be as our however varied and abundant. A particular applause to Mr. Julio nice and friendly person who in my opinion is the real chef of the hotel. Great entertainment too. Only drawback is the lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms that there is only for a fee.

Very bad food, very noisy place, cant get any sleep at all because of all the night clubs right in front of the hotel and drunk people shouting all night, u have to pay extra literally for everything here where normally its all included in your stay in any other 4* hotel. We have been to maaany hotels in maaany countries in last 20 years and this one is the worst experience so far, as the matter of fact we, ve enjoyed many hostels and 2* hotels much more than this place and staff only makes this place even worse… very rude people.

Stay in this hotel for five nights in December.
The hotel is OK and is located not far from a beach, shops and a lively area!
We ate well, the buffet changed every day and there were all tastes (international and Spanish cuisine). We were just less attracted to desserts.
Entertainment in the evenings for the children. The hotel also has a spa whose infrastructure has pleasantly surprised us!

A nice place. I will come back. The hotel seems to be stuck in a rut. Is it going to be high quality or budget end. It looks good, staff are courteous, Paying for mattress everyday on sunlounger is a bit much. Rules on restaurant etiquette in evening not enforced. Some areas not as accessible as others. As you can see I'm looking for faults. Entertainment is a bit tacky at night. I enjoy it but once again trying to provide professional show but done in an amature way. Very clean.

Pleasantly surprised, staff at the top varied dining pool very nice and well sunny hotel location very well located.

Large rooms but I find it awkward to have the glass bathroom door. Lenses in redo the rooms we often found ourselves in the room to redo despite not staying there. I do not cé the Wi-Fi and the safe is chargeable and it seems absurd. For the rest great pool. Much entertainment from morning to evening. Nice lobby… The restaurant good but the waiters don't communicate with customers they look like cars.

Room not quite so clean, after complaint we got a new one. This was not quite clean but better than the first. Breakfast was just like dinner not quite as doll, but think that's a matter of taste. But fruit salad is super and fresh. The street side is not recommended as a few meters further a disco is there and it is noisy until CA 4.

It is a beautiful site! The reception are very very friendly! Very nice rooms, great mattresses regular but well tb, direct access to beach is great! Everything perfect!

I stayed c/O this property until a few days ago with my family (4 year old child). The cleanliness is how scarce, not to say non-existent. On arrival we found the room (standard) dirty, full of dust everywhere and especially the dirty sheets, stained (I have pictures), it seemed that the room had not been redone for the new arrival. To commend the lady at the front desk who readily made the change of the sheets, but the fact remains that we slept in a dirty room.
The following day we did this to Patrick (assistant Veratour — present in structure) our complaint and I can say that promptly made us clean up the room.
As for the structure is beautiful, as seen from the catalogue, a small clarification should be made on the restaurant, not great foods, but passable, negative notes: — the cleanliness of the room that begins while still guests are seated to consume their meal and the little Cleaning the glasses, many times we had to replace them because stained (it is running and then you do not control well what is put at the table) ; — The little presence of the staff near the buffet, their presence would ensure greater foresight on the part of the guests.
Overall I can say it is on enough and not much to be a 4 star hotel. I have stayed in better places.

Just come back from this hotel. Great family hotel. Extremely clean. Food and entertainment very good. Lovely pool & sun lounger areas. Located approx 200 yards to nightlife but couldn't hear it from hotel. Beach and restaurants approx 300 yards. We were in room 212 which was right next to the cleaners closet. 7am every morning we were women up by the noise of the cleaners. We are early risers but a little lay in on holiday would have been nice. Overall a lovely hotel. Every thing charged to your room and pay on checking out so worth keeping the receipts as this tots up over the week. Fridge and safe also chargeable.

A single construction site for indoor and outdoor applications. It is tried all day with Extem loud music to drown out the construction noise. Overtaxed staff. Food is better canteen food. Too bad we didn't introduce ourselves to holiday.

Very good service, friendly staff. The food is super varied and hugely tasty. Rooms are friendly and bright. Short walk to the beach. There is an entertainment programme every evening.

The food was very good. You have to know that there are always children on board, so the noise is in the dining room. We don't have to talk about the weather: 1a! The rooms are big enough and when you get the rubber mattress away from the bed it goes. Otherwise the staff is very friendly and compromise — as well as helpful. Also, you should always check that you get what you booked. Everything is good.

The hotel has been/is still being renovated, the rooms and pool area are in a very good and high quality condition. The beach is about 5 minutes walk. The staff is nice. The choice of food is varied and tastes good. Unfortunately you have to pay extra for some things, such as towels by the pool, WLAN in the room, etc. Total 4/5

We went as a couple, 10 days with half-pension. Huge Hotel, decorated mui beautiful plant-filled, modern, spacious Rooms, comfortable bed, close to bars but soundproof, the fridge goes with a key that you ask at the reception for€ 5 which will then returned. We play in the last floor and the views were incredible in the first line and from the terrace we saw a beach and mountain. The food is brilliant, rich and very varied. Has direct access to beach wing. The type of room that cojimos entered a spa each day and took full advantage of the days of rain. To park in the area not had issue. The services of kitchen, waiters, housekeeping… all very attentive and friendly and looked after us so well… That we will repeat without hesitation!

Just got back and whilst I was there my stay was plesent. Food was ok but I ate out most of the time. The hotel is spotless and the staff are always helpful. Entertainment wasn't up to parr but overall I enjoyed my stay.

It's ok not too bad, the food is ok once you get used to it, there are a few clubs around if you're into partying that are only a 5 minute walk away, the pools could be a little better size wise and there isn't much entertainment going on in the pool during the day time though keep in mind I am comparing to my last holiday in Ayia Napa, Egypt here there was almost always something going on. They had activities that would cater for everyone from water aerobics to water polo which was played twice once for kids and again for the adults, it feels like the entertainment team care more about the young children than the young and more mature adults. The rooms ok, we were in a 3 bed on the bottom floor which is nice, we also get a little garden (3rd from last photo) at the back which was nice the hotel does look really nice from the outside it's painted well apart from that there isn't much else. I hope this helps :)

Room was nice, however almost killed myself on the bathroom tiles. Whoever thought super glossy tiles, steam, and no ventilation was a good idea needs to think again. The bed was hard, there was bugs, a/c was rattly. Internet didn't reach half of the room, not sufficient for more than one person. Most of the staff were friendly, however it was clear they just dislike the English. Deco was a little outdated Pool shuts super early Very good location. Food was practically inedible However dishes out the stars, really needs to revisit.

Very nice, great food and courteous staff. The hotel is close to the beach and the main promenade. Lots of entertainment even in the evening.

Gala Tenerife is about 15 minutes in a taxi away from the airport, easy to just pay a taxi instead of transfers. Lovely hotel, lots of room and lovely place to walk around. Plenty of beds at the pool which is a decent size also. Only issue is trying to connect to the Wi-Fi but it's not the end of the world :). Breakfast is tasty and dinner isn't too bad either, I'd recommend the beef and couscous​! Friendly staff and a clean room, what more do you want with 26 degree heat outside! Would stay again and hopefully be more familiar with Tenerife the next time!

Good facilities. The rooms are spacious and the food is very good. Very correct treatment. Close to a good sandy beach.

Good large rooms in a great location. Clean bathroom and such… But we asked for a double bed and got two single beds pushed together, I only went bed and breakfast and I'm glad I did as the breakfast food wasn't to great. Lots of choice tho, also the beds only got changed twice during our week stay. We found lots of flies in our room too. Crawling up the headboard and in the bed sometime. Also on the last night there seemed to be a cricket in the air vents/con witch caused quite an annoyance. But all in all I think I was unlucky. And my week stay at gala hotel wasn't as bad as it seemed.

I really love staying at Gala Hotel in Tenerife. They have great 'themed' lunch and dinner buffets which also offer fresh local produce. They also have free yoga, aquaaerobics and Salsa classes for guests in the afternoons. We always upgrade to a spa room with a sea view when we stay as we use the sauna, jacussi and indoor pool every day. You could happily spend your entire two weeks within the complex, maybe popping across the street to buy water. The beach and promenade are also nice in the early afternoon/ evening.

Been coming to this hotel for four years. So it follows that we like very much. However, I wonder; why, with such a massive presence of Italians, in the various menus that are presented daily, there is the translation into Italian? I understand that at the end with a little intuition, it turns out, but it feels a bit snubbed. Other than that, I recommend it and if possible I will return.

Great horel for family with children. Nice pool, spa, childrens area inside and child pool outside evening programms. 4* because I have a halfboard andthe food was after couple of days same but very good. Next time I will prefer just breakfest and going in the evening out.

The door of the bathroom has little privacy, the beds are separated for a honeymoon every morning I wake up to the elevator which sounds an awful a child lloron and but less the work of the roof that have not had other time or change our room, the door latch does not work and the lamp outside has worn out the bulb. Beautiful vacation…

The hotel it is advisable to very close to the beach. The staff is formidable in general, services, cleaning, bars and dining rooms, making special mention of the seconds maitre, Santos, Alfonso, León. The only downside to the collection of towels and sun loungers.

Room was Ordnunng up on the glass doors in the toilet (no privacy as transparent). Rooms with sea views are not recommended because it every day till early around 5: 00 very loud and Basslastige is music! Sleeping is more difficult: — (. ) Food was good and entertainment was also okay.

Very convenient location. A couple of meters from the sea. In the morning you can enjoy the beautiful beach, and bask in the Sun by the pool. Kitchen excellent. Staf very friendly.

I've been here a week and I was fine, clean, Nice staff and good food and plenty of it, indicated especially for families with children, I would definitely stay there again.

On 5 floors, parking for cars from their car rental, dinner drinks to order, the food is not very diverse, but high-quality, almost no greenery, the pool and the reakreacionnaâ area all in concrete, the free limited Wi-Fi coverage area, the evening is overloaded.

Despite good location of the hotel in Playa las Americas, we faced some difficulties at GALA hotel: after arriving at 12AM, we waited about 2 hours until our family room was ready. After many times asking the reception boss (dark hair men) when the room will be ready, we got it. But he was discontent, how we can disturb him. After few days we noticed again how unprofessional and mean looking he is. Even girls from reception were showing us some signs, — their boss has some mental troubles:) One day we went to the gym with our children – 6 and 10 years old. In the gym was exercising one men only. We started to do some sports – bicycle. After some minutes run in the stuff of SPA ant told us, — children are not allowed to do sport in the gym and if we not leave the gym immediately, she will call the reception. She does not want, other families with children notice we are in the gym, otherwise they will come with the children as well. I said, ok we leave in 5 minutes. I thought, — we are happy she did not call the police☺, because they can arrest us☺ I mean, you can tell the same words for the hotel guests in polite or impolite way. Later I went few days to the gym, and there were always 1 or 2 people only. There is no sufficient fresh air inside (conditioning very poor), therefore you feel like doing sport in the Finnish sauna. Free internet connection is terrible. If there are coming more than 2/3 people, it is impossible to connect to the internet.

Pros 1. The hotel decor was very nice. Everything was clean and well maintained. 2. Superior sea view room was spacious with a nice balcony. 3. The hotel is close to the beach. 4. Really lovely breakfast! Wide variety of tasty food. 5. The gym was well equipped (except the air con wasn't working whilst we were there, which was a problem because it's next door to the very warm spa). 6. Pool was very clean and well maintained. 7. The restaurant staff, maids and other hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, pity they weren't on reception! Cons 1. Extremely loud entertainment every night. I'm sure it's not easy arranging entertainment for every night but whilst we were there the hotel put on the same show every two days with exactly the same routine each time. It was very loud, repetitive and had poorly a balanced equaliser. The extreme bass made the fixtures in our room on the fifth floor vibrate! It was a bit mindless really. That was a pity because we don't go to bed late normally, so it kept us up. I suppose some people like that sort of entertainment but a primary function of a hotel is to provide a place to sleep. 2. Some of the reception staff were abrupt and unfriendly. As I said above the rest of the staff were great. 3. The safe in the room costs an extra daily rate to use it (and the hotel accepts no liability for theft of anything not in the safe). 4. The pool was quite small. 5. Wifi speeds were incredibly slow.

We feel very much at home in this hotel. We traveled with 4-year-old child and the attention from the staff was excellent, always with a smile and good disposition. The only downside is that they make you pay for the safe. Recommended.

The 4-star superior fits a little big. Maybe that 15 years ago they were justified. The door that separates the bathroom from the bedroom is glass, the size of the room is a bit small, the air conditioner does not cool much and dinner buffet is not very good quality.

In my opinion, everything moves based on foreigners. Us being Spaniards didn't feel foreign. As everywhere, there are nice people and not so nice people professionals.
