The stay has been amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The reception was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The common areas in detail. Nice atmosphere with very well maintained green areas. The bar with some great cocktails! The restaurant exquisite, with a great chef. Super recommended! 'll!

We are on holiday here at the time of lock down in Tenerife which is a worrying time for all of us but we cannot thank the wonderful high spirited staff enough such a lovely hotel and the care and friendliness of the staff will ensure we return here in happier healthy times… Thank you x.

Just returned from a week at Vanilla Garden and absolutely loved it! Very friendly staff, beautifully clean everywhere and huge choice of food for breakfast and evening meal. The reception staff were always helpful and spoke very good English. The staff in the restaurant were very attentive and polite. My only criticism would be that they never openly enforced their ‘do not reserve sun beds rule’. Would certainly return.

We had a fabulous stay here from 2nd to 12th February. Staff very friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble if we needed anything. Room cleaned every day and the pillow menu was a nice touch. I found there was more than enough choice of food and it was lovely. Thanks to Rafa for making my pancakes for breakfast and the delightful Paula in the restaurant but all staff were great (to many names to remember). Only ordered a meal once at the poolside bar at lunch time but it was lovely. Pool area nice with plenty of sun beds. Loved how quiet it was at night yet so close to the lively bars if we wanted them. Have already booked a suite for next year. Only negative is people smoking on balconies — had smokers either side of us so wasn’t always pleasant sitting on balcony but that is not the fault of the hotel to be fair.

The best hotel by far been to Tenerife for over 30 years and this is the best staff are amazing, I have a disability and they couldn’t do more to accommodate me, also food fantastic.

It will be my third visit this may. Absolutely love this hotel, staff are so very polite and professional. Rooms are spacious and pristine. There’s always plenty of food to choose and such a good variety of desserts. I always feel welcome when I visit.

Nice quiet boutique hotel, got to be lucky or loaded to get a decent room with a view though.

My first time traveling to tenerife was recommend this hotel by a friend spotless clean every day & amazing breakfast every day & great buffets if thats what your after which are decent as well & very quite at night which is a bonus & people on the front of the hotel were very good and happy to help & the guy who does the tours or trips very good as well knows this stuff only down side to this hotel dont visit if your alone as I found out there no one went out of there to make a covo with me & only towards the end of the my holiday that older northen couple made covos with me.

Very clean nice and quiet hotel. Good location not too far away from busier nightlife. The chef who works in the morning is the nicest person ever — very formerly staff also!

Spectacular experience, highly recommended, peace of mind within the big heart of playa de las Americas, gives you the feeling of being in another place… for my chances of the best of the area, 5 stars without a doubt.

Lovely renovated hotel, close proximity to the strip. Staff couldn't be happier or more helpful (especially the guy cooking crepes at breakfast).

Vanilla Gardens is a little oasis, rooms are fab, food is great, staff are lovely, would definitely recommend this hotel 5 stars from us.

Very nice hotel, child free which is always a bonus. Very nice rooms, great food and very quiet. Spotlessly clean. It was our friends 2nd visit in a month! Brilliant weekend and only ½hr from home. Would totally recommend.

I'm staying here with my husband, it's a lovely adult only hotel, it's very clean and staff are friendly, we have a garden room that's lovely to relax in on an evening. We have a small area with kettle, microwave and fridge, I personally would prefer a toaster than microwave. I would highly recommend this hotel for people wanting a quiet hotel but close to the centre.

Very nice place to stay. Not busy for where it is located. Beds and shower are better than any hotel I have stayed in for that price. Had great nights of sleep! I would change the food that is offered at night, very expensive and not worth it. Also the rules around the pool are interesting (no food you bring yourself, also no water bottles). The breakfast has a wide variety but if you come around 10, most of the fresh food is either stale, cold or soggy. So have your breakfast early and then for example the churros are crispy!

Great experience staying here! The hotel is very neat and tidy, the room was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly and attentive. I loved the lush garden theme around the hotel with plenty of plants. The only downside for us was the location nearby tourist bars with someone always trying to get you in. But the location is still very central for going to many places. We booked multiple excursions that were marketed at the hotel as well and truly enjoyed those also!

Good hotel with nice gardens. Food pretty good too. Shame about the area it's in though. Lots of bars locally that can get a bit rowdy at night.

Visited this hotel for a week in April. On arrival, check in was smooth with a glass of bubbly and friendly staff. When we got to our room we had been given the wrong cards so had to go back to reception but they were easily changed. The room was really nice and very clean. Everything in the hotel was sparkling clean, even outside. The only downside to the room was that the air conditioning wasn't very powerful. The bathroom had a rain shower that was so relaxing and spacious. The only area in which this hotel loses a star is in the dinner buffet. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The singer in the restaurant was nice to listen to as well. However, there was not a lot of choice. I know it's a small hotel and it would be wasteful to put out lots of food but I'm a vegetarian and one night I managed to have fries and some carrots. Every other night the things I could eat were really tasty and worth going for. A few nights, the soup was labeled vegetable but when I went to get some it had meat in it. Otherwise the hotel was beautiful and the staff were great. I would definitely stay here again.

Oh sorry, 1 star should not be, there is unfortunately something went wrong in the evaluation and I have only seen this today! We have spent a wonderful holiday at the Hotel Vanilla Garden and will also be happy to come back! Earned 5 stars!

A fantastic hotel, recently upgraded rooms and areas. An excellent selection of dishes at meal times. Pool area is clean and water warm.

Food great, apartment great, lost luggage turned up with the help of Pedro at reception… Great place, very modern so lots of plug sockets, BBC1 and ITV when you're in the apartment. Pool area brill with actual beds for sunbathing which is great! Lots of supermarkets, bars nearby but it's really quiet at night. 10 min walk from Siam Mall and watermark. Beach ok but small. Weather great for this time of year about 19-22 degrees, hot in the sun, cool in the shade. And considering what we have back home, it's great!

This is a lovely little hotel, short walk to beach, supermarket etc close by. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms are lovely. Food is average, lovely swimming pool. The only fault was only about an hours sunshine on balcony and pool very shady, need to move round with the sun! This is due to buildings nearby shading the pool as the hotel is accessed by going down a flight of steps, then further steps down to pool. Obviously as we went here in December we wanted the sunshine but no doubt in the heat of summer the shade would be an asset. We would definitely return here if we go back to Tenerife. One warning though, we used taxis a lot whilst here and the drivers were very fair until the last day when we were short-changed twice. We handed a 10 euro note and were given 5 coins change. It was dark and no interior light so assumed was 5 euros. On getting out of taxi and realising what change we had, the taxi had disappeared,. Not even returning to the taxi rank nearby. If getting in taxi ask fare first and have coins ready not notes! Having said this we had a brilliant week's holiday. Definitely recommend the Music Hall Tavern for the funniest night out!

We were welcomed with a glass of shampaign and the hotel was kind enough to leave us dinner in the room (due to our late arrival) ; the pool water was warm and hotel members friendly and polite; you could make your own meals with the buffet with reverse food, or have a dinner made from the chef; on check out we were presented with a courtesy room to freshen up before the flight; the hotel is close to many local cocktail bars and restaurants and great for a night out, also the beach is just a five minute walk away (if not less) all in all, would definitely visit again, cozy, friendly and lively place, loved it!

When I came they popped a bottle of champagne. Lovely staff, nice food and great location. The only downside was slow Wi-Fi.

Recently refurbished the Vanilla Garden is modern and trendy. The staff are friendly and helpful, and we were greated with a glass of bubbly on arrival which was a pleasant surprise. The rooms are spacious and have either a patio or balcony, allowing you to relax and enjoy the sunshine away from the communal areas or dry wet items quickly thanks to Tenerife's great weather. There is a big TV but it's SMART features don't work as it's not connected to the internet. The pool and restaurant are on the lower level. There are plenty of sun loungers and parasols so there should be plenty to choose from. The restaurant offers alfresco dining with parasols to provide some shade. There is also a reception are a for waiting/relaxing.

Great Hotel! I (21) and my boyfriend (22) stayed for a week at the Hotel Vanilla Garden. We were super satisfied. The hotel rooms are clean, tidy and very modern furnishings. The bathroom even has a rain shower, which we enjoyed very much. In addition, a fridge that you can use and a kettle is in the room. The entire staff was very nice, the cleaning forces, operating in the food and so on. The Pool was a little small, what bothered us, but since it was crowded and we usually went anyway, into the sea. The ambience at dinner is very nice, every evening with a singer that sings in the Background. The Buffet is beautifully done, unfortunately, only a little little selection and very for English designed. But the food was still very inordung, even though we are both often in the Hotel like to eat (no matter where). The location is great from the Hotel, it is close to the beach (Black sand beach, but also very great). There are many shopping possibilities, many ways of something (Siam Park, Loro Park, diving, volcano visit, surf school, etc. ) of Tenerife is very diverse. There are also many Restaurants that are also delicious that are in the vicinity. You can also go to celebrate, where we do not have the used as a Pair. Me/ Us, the holiday is very good and I think the Hotel is a good way! The price — performance ratio is aufjedenfall! A lot of fun in Tenerife! fans.

Having just returned 12 June 2017 we had to say a big wow! Fantastic hotel lovely staff great food plenty of choice, sun beds easy to get but as always their are a few who spoil it for the rest by putting there towels down and going out until the mid afternoon, really wished the staff would enforce there own rule and remove these, (easier said than done I no) rooms are fantastic and cleaned everyday also clean towels provided, we went half board and the choice of food was excellent, if your thinking of booking and you need to no more please drop me a message.

A brilliant place to stay, as clean as any hotel I have been in, staff great, good food, pool is spotless, different sorts of sun loungers and enough for everyone. This is a place to stay if you like class.

Fantastic hotel, so clean, rooms are superb, lighting and plumbing fittings are top of the range (I notice these things! ) people are just so friendly and helpful.
Breakfast buffet has it all plus they will cook you an omelet AND you can even have a glass of champagne all at no extra cost.
We are on our second day and we love it here and it started with a glass of fizzy arrival

Amazing Hotel. Food was yummy all staff so attentive. Room was lovely. Stunning place. Only criticism we didn't stay long enough. 7 nights flew by.

Clean, modern hotel. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Spacious room and bathroom. Stayed B&B, good selection of food at breakfast. Walking distance to amenities and beach.

When we were visiting, the hotel was nearly brand new. The rooms are comfortable, the bathroom was very large and the bed was comfortable. The hotel also has a small pool, which conveniently located near the breakfast buffet restaurant, letting you have your morning swim and directly have a breakfast right-after.
