Hotel is gorgeous lots of funny, nice food great personality. I just can recommend.

In the rooms, the bed topper and the blanket had a lot of yellow stains (downright disgusting), the AC and the windows frame were very dirty (photos attached). The rooms overall were awful. For the first two points, I have no proof, and you have no reason to believe me, but for the next two, see the photos and judge for yourself.

Ideal location, very warm pools, washed down and cleaned every morning. Spacious rooms, beds made every day and floors swept. Drinks are strong and food is good. Plenty to choose from, entertainment every night but not too far to walk if you want to go out.

Would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff are fantastic, the food is good with lots of choices and the drinks are good. Very friendly hotel and in a great position.

Myself, my partner and our friends had a fabulous week from check in to check out, reception staff were so helpful and couldn't do enough for guests, in fact all staff were lovely, very clean, great entertainment, nice pool area and good location. I'll definitely be back.

Lovely clean hotel. Rooms a reasonable size, a lot have been refurbished (ours was) Clean towels and bedding daily if required. The bar and restaurant staff were very efficient. Once the staff knew what you were drinking you rarely had to move from your seat for a drink to be placed in front of you, special mention to Pawal and Bruno. Food on the whole was good, unfortunately I like soup I'm afraid that was awful at best, I like a chunky soup but not the knuckle ends of chicken legs and a red grease floating on most tureens. Standard Spanish tepid food but all food from the grill piping hot steak night especially good. Plenty of sunbeds & parasols, pool kept clean sunbeds disinfected every morning. Entertainment reasonable for all inclusive some good singers and a band but once you've seen 1 acrobatic turn 3 in 12 days was too many. All in all a lovely time. Keep up the good work and we hope to return.

Brilliant hotel with excellent friendly staff, came with my husband for a short break for our wedding anniversary but would happily return with our children one summer for our family holiday as we enjoyed the feel of the hotel that much A short walk to the beach/the strip & lots of other nice bars & restaurants.

Absolutely love the place ☺️ Was the second time there for myself and fiance and the staff recognised us all and said welcome back nice to see u again. We even got a fruit platter and bottles of water in our room as a thank you for coming to the hotel again.

Fab hotel, close to everything, food, pool and hotel staff brilliant! was on a girls holiday for a few days but would happily return with kids and other half.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Just had a fabulous 2 week holiday here and did not want to leave. The staff are so kind, helpful and always welcoming. Isa and her team were fantastic with my girls, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The food in the main dining area was to die for, never struggled to find a meal to have. My children loved that they had access all day and night to frozen lollies and to try non-alcoholic cocktails The room cleaning was brilliant and my girls loved finding their teddies sitting on the bed. Totally 10/10 hotel and I look forward to staying here again. Amazing!

Absolutely superb. One of the best hotels I've been at and I've been to a few. The staff are brilliant, you don't have to get off your seat if you don't want too. Everyone has got a smile and nothing seems to be an effort.

Although upon arrival we faced with the typical English drunk that us to be afraid of a stay surrounded by noise and dirt, none of that happened. The staff very helpful and friendly, the room large, clean and with a great terrace, but the best is the breakfast, great variety of products and natural juices not from on. In addition to free Wi-Fi and parking. The location of the hotel is central without being in the heart, 5' from the beach. Highly recommended.

Very centrally located hotel. Staff is top. Incredibly friendly and accommodating and at the same time not intrusive at all. Unfortunately, the food is not good. There is hardly any cooking, only cans are opened. That's a pity. And the restaurant is not comfortable at all. You feel like you're in a canteen of Kaufhof. Fitness area also leaves a lot to be desired. And Wi-Fi is hard to use, because the connection is just too bad. Maybe you want to relax well, but if you want to work a bit on holiday, this is a big problem. Pool is fine. Vegans are well served, as the food is always offered in buffet form. Only just as mentioned above, almost exclusively from finished products…

Excellent hotel! We stayed a week, the staff were all friendly, rooms were comfortable and the view from the balcony were awesome. Will definitely stay again.

But The hotel is not worth its money unequivocally!
I want to warn tourists from visiting this hotel and the attention of its administration to a number of SERIOUS problems, which affect not only guests, but also the staff of the hotel! Until the problems are corrected, do not go to visit this hotel.
1. Hotel Technical equipment for 1 ball out of 5! This is Especially true for the kitchen: a cheap, small technique that is designed for a stall with a kebab, and not for such a number of people, because of what the constant queues for food. Why does the hotel not like its chefs and hotel guests?
The fact that the hotel has technical problems, constantly resemble the teams of workers who do something: put the doors, drill, paint, etc.
2. Often found dirt on the ware.
3. Dirty linens, broken closet doors (torn loops), no light in the toilet on the ground floor of the hotel. The Toilet in room 422 is dripping on the floor.
4. The Air conditioner in the room is not adjustable.
5. COCKROACHES in the room the SIZE of The PALM of the CHILD, and they are also able to jump.

Been staying here for a few days now: breakfast is delicious and has a lot to choose from, the "warm" food however was a bit too cold to my taste. The room is really nice, love the style of it, lots of space and nice balcony, where the sun shines in the afternoon. And you can see the beach from there! A lot of traffic and noise around the hotel but on the other hand the location is perfect; the beach and siam mall (with a big supermarket) are in a walk distance. The sunbathing area is just perfect and service is amazing. If you want a 5-star hotel with no flaws, don't come here, but it's a solid 4 and value for your money.

Very spacious room but impossible to open the Windows to sleep so a very strong smell of sewer was omnipresent. Breakfast not good at all. Works by the pool (Jackhammer) …

Excellent hotel, buffet well assorted food, vegetables and fruit always fresh. The meat is roasted if necessary. The staff in the dining room were very polite, amiable and fast. The rooms were clean, on request you can get new bedding at any time. Free wireless internet throughout the house, which is very rare on the island. Excursions are booked at the hotel cheaper than those offered on the promenade. The only negative is the volume of traffic directly near the hotel. The buses keep on stopping the engine because of the air conditioning — this air certainly cannot be healthy. The fine dust load is enormous.

Just back from Tenerife on 25th March 2018. The hotel was amazing, lovely room with plenty storage, loads of floor space, bath/shower room very clean & also had a hairdryer. Maid service was fantastic with clean sheets & towels every day. Plenty sunbeds around the pool and surrounding areas. The pool bar is huge. All the staff were very friendly and just couldn't do enough for you. It is all-inclusive hotel but we chose to go with the bed & breakfast option and found there was a big selection to choose from. The gardens around the whole hotel were beautifully kept and the fluorescent lighting from the pool in the evening was beautiful. It was only a 15min stroll to the beach (which we could see from our hotel room), and all the bars & restaurants. Overall, we had a very relaxed, chilled week & would definitely stay there again.

Lovely clean hotel! Staff so friendly+helpful. Rooms spotless+very nicely decorated only 1 fault. The pillows on the bed are dire+really need changed ive never felt a pillow so lumpy+useless if it wasnt for the fancy pillow on the bed id have had a bad sleep. Food wonderful always plenty of choice+freshly made. Pool area nice plenty of sunbeds to choose from. From arrival all the little touches. Chocolate, sparkling wine. Afternoon waiters go round with ice-lollies+refreshments. They make it a little more special. Entertainment was great very varied catered to all… once again staff are amazing.

I can't recommend this hotel to anyone!
Often dirty dishes cater to English guests, partly cooled cold dishes very noisy dining room with noisy English groups The worst thing, at night in front of the hotel wing on the street (room number from 100/700 to elevator) very Noisy youngsters who use their stereo systems to sound the area! Insane basses and hoot, not just just for hours, but also for a long time, engine howling incl.
The reception knows the condition, but regrets nothing to be able to do, the police do not intervene!
This is my biggest point of criticism, for which the hotel can do nothing, but is decisive for only 1 star and no second visit.

Quite central close to everything. Supermarket, shopping centre, police etc, professional Staff, nice and attentive of everything. Good place to rest and enjoy the holiday.

Love thhis hotel. Staff are fabulous the animation team are excellent. Look out for Danny, simply the best guy around. Funny and encouraging. What an asset he is to this hotel Food morning, noon + night wonderful, catering for all tastes. Surprisingly their is also an Italian food area, a grill area and different specialities such as Mexican, Spanish and wonderful attentive staff. Outdoor games, exercise, volleyball, French boules, darts, yoga, etc etc. A children's playground, lending library and evening entertainment every night. Modern rooms, plenty of Sun beds. Gorgeous garden, spa, laundry and outdoor eating/ drinking area between meals. All staff are always smiling and welcoming. I will be back.

Going back for our 3rd time this year be absolutely assured the food is awesome the accommodation clean and well looked after the staff great and most long serving and in a great location it is definatly 4 star if not near 5 the only thing to let the hotel down is the freezing swimming pool.

Tasty food, there is animation, the contingent is mostly retired, so quiet and peaceful. To the sea 500 meters.

The suite is in itself super, unfortunately directly on a very busy road with extremely noisy buses and bottle container emptying at 5 o'clock in the morning.
Food, however, is a disaster. No matter if breakfast, lunch or dinner. Drinks for dinner ridiculously overpriced. If you got anything at all. The dispensing system is only allowed to operate with all inclusive and is almost dependent on the operation in order to obtain something fluid. Unfortunately, these are unbelievable annoyed when you order something to drink. You pay 2, 50 euros for 0, 237 litres of cola. If you don't say extra without ice, you even get only 2/3 of it.
Best of all: nowhere is the price of the drinks. If you ask what the coke costs at all, 3 operations will be activated because no one knows the price.
Cocktails at the bar are a bad joke and probably the worst I've been able to drink. Even without all inclusive and when paying the full price (6, 00 Euro approx. Per cocktail) The only bright view: The reception staff and the cleaning personnel of the rooms.

I've been a week, the hotel is super good both the food as well as facilities, rooms, etc. But without doubt a further highlight is the treatment received by all staff q working in that hotel. People are very professional, friendly from the first to the last person q works there, bartenders, cooks, receptionists, cleaners etc we take with Us great memories of all of them for being a great team. I congratulate the hotel for having such people working there. We will definitely be back to repeat. And my rating if I had a q score would be a 10. Thank you for making us feel at home.

This hotel is a disaster I was here four years ago with my husband since the condition was better. In the restaurant Kakalaken dirty dishes I had at breakfast visit from a cockroaches on my table leeecker ba just disgusting. I think it's a pity it's going to be a pity where the hotel testers are. I will also inform the organizer FTI that everything was figuratively recorded. So to clean room, dirty bedding indefinable stains on it can be body fluid or who knows I had complained and it was communicated to me that every three days changed will feel all angepiselt. We were no longer treated very nicely always the eyes were understood and ignored. I do the first time with my great granddaughter alone vacation she is 14 and she too is disappointed. I would take this hotel at least two stars away much too expensive paid and I would recommend this hotel to hiring more German speaking staff. I would hire a health department to check it out very intensively. Noise reigns constantly terribly recreational find here no rest from stress here it is stress.

Animation staff are full of fun especially David who gives 100% of his time and energy and the lovely Denis Who always makes sure he is on hand to help with drinks and a welcoming smile for all. Entertainment itself is a bit erratic and childish especially when there is more adults than children at resort. Diego who is on hand at bar during the day is so lovely always on hand to make sure you want for nothing. As for the food very bland and not very hot as well as being repetitive, it is your usual all inclusive fare. Went on trip organised by hotel disorganised chaos getting bus, 1st rep who picked us up was very rude, as we could not make out what he was saying so he asked us very abruptly if he had to repeat himself, not nice man. Reception staff not very friendly very abrupt when asking for assistance. Rooms were very nice, pool area very clean, rooms cleaned every day no issues there. Had to get Room changed was done very quickly no problem. Restaurant staff very hard workers, very pleasent. Overall a hassle free holiday but entertainment could be upgraded to much better.

For two adult guests all inclusive. Great selection of food on at each meal time and between, prompt service of drinks and plenty of self-service. Lots of entertainment daily that is energetic.

Stayed here for 7 nights last week and I cant recommend it enough. Hotel was clean and tidy at all times and the staff are all absolutely amazing, so friendly and attentive. The animation team, Diego and his crew, are amazing, kept us entertained from morning to night. They were all so energetic, and the shows in the evening were very good. Food is very very very good and I defy anymore who says they cant find anything they like to eat. Not too far to walk if you want a bit of livelier nightlife, about 10 mins to the strip, but being where the hotel is you do not get the noisiness of people returning from a night out. Overall, excellent and I'll definitely be looking to come back r next year. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

The hotel was absolutely lovely, the reception area and the hotel room was very clean all the staff are funny and welcoming. The hotel is located a 5-10 minute walk from the strip, drinks are a little over priced for fake spirits however they did give you a good amount. The pool are was pretty and relaxing and music was played during the day. Beds were hard however I had no problem sleeping, pillows were really lumpy and not that great. Breakfast was very good, lots to choose from. Evening entertainment was average but the strip is close and cheap for a good night out.

Good location. Rooms clean and tidy. Beware if you are not all inclusive, you can't even have a glass of tap water with your evening meal without paying!

It is not DISAPPOINTING, looks like a serious hotel. We expressly request a triple room with bed, 3 adults and they gave us a sofa bed, which also was made powder.
He price of the beverages of the restaurant over, also the tax IGI, not is included in the letter.
Only as anecdote of the breakfast, is proud of its juices natural and it are, but are absolutmente watery, besides sugar and the pulp of the fruit, because not the liquefy, it crushed, the flavor to hard penalties is note.
In short, not are suits to a hotel of 4 stars.

Lovely hotel would of had a perfect holiday but. Group of lads turned up on a stag, pool taken over by swearing pissed up tennagers, sun lounges and drinks ended up in the pool, total take over, so had to go to the beach most days … Booked this hotel because it said family hotel, 4 stags and hens in one week.

It was clean and the staff was really nice. I have a BIG complain about the lack of noice reducing efforts in the diningroom. There is a lot of older people with hearing aid problem and the high volume of noice at breakfast and dinnertime is a huge problem for those people. My mother didn´t wanna eat at the hotel. (I too had a problem with the high level of noice) So, if you have a hearing aid, choice a different hotel.

Extremely friendly staff, very good to and helpful! In the hotel, much emphasis is placed on cleanliness! The buffet is very rich and varied even vegetarians will be happy here! From the beach to Playa de la Vista are walking 20minuten that are really worth! The Siam Park (Wasserpark) ist just minutes away. Shuttle bus to Loro Parque (90min) and shuttle bus to the Dolphin Tour to Los Gigantos (60min) fahren right in front of the hotel down! A road that could interfere with older people leads to the hotel! Hotel is centrally located with shops and small supermarkets. The pool is cleaned continuously! All inclusive guests have to provide the possibility to afternoons at the pool bar with fresh fruit, snacks and drinks! Evening program: quiz show, live music with dance and magic show! We were here for a week and feel very relaxed and would come back! We could soak up the super Sun here in February and successfully escape the winter in Germany!

Stayed in this hotel with my friend at the end of June, the room was beautiful, a shame we didn't have a good view but that wasn't an issue, the food was fantastic, the pool was cold but it was nice to get in after being in the scorching heat! Convenient pool side bar, entertainment wasn't brilliant, very disappointed in that department, the staff was very welcoming and friendly, in a very convenient area, lots of restaurants and bars no more than a 10 minute walk away. Would definitely come again!

The hotel assigned us a room to "spare" on the first day by arriving at 11 in the night instead of the 12 in the morning (we paid from the twelve that day, it is not that we went the next day), and they promised us to change it in the morning. It was necessary to almost put on a show for us to change our own. After, the hotel is "revenge" of us cleaning up fatal the room, with borderías and bad sides despite the fact that only claim to be treated as normal and good manners. Wi-Fi war kaputt waehrend unseres Aufenthalts von 4 Tagen, Die Receiption hat uns von Anfangan betrogen und sagte dass Wifi stark besetzt oder bald repaliert wurde. Vor der Abreise haben wir erst festgestellt, dass Wi-Fi im Hotel seit einigen Monaten schon. Kaputt geworden ist! Die ganze Mannschaft der Receiption luegte die Hotelgaeste jeden Tag mit den selben Worten! Die Deutsch sprechende Dame da war besonders schlimm. Sie luegte jeden Tag mit Laecheln! Es gibt viele anderen viel besseren Uebernachtungsmoeglichkeiten in der Naehe. Wir werden nie mehr dort uebernachten! Wir haben ein 3-bett Zimmer gebucht. Das dritte Bett war ein Sofabett. Es war bei der Buchung aber nicht gesagt. Lueger!
