A hotel of 10 for its huge and varied buffets, for its luxurious facilities, for its very nice swimming pools and gardens, for its solarium in the privileged area with all the comforts that do not make you want to leave… and above all for the great service provided by its professionals who transmitted a lot of human warmth always with a lot of kindness and a smile, … of the best I've ever been. Until today we were in the privilige room 745 and I recommend it 100%, thanks to everyone they have made us feel like Reyes with so many details and services, I have no words of gratitude for each and every one of the employees who have treated us like a family. Surely we will return soon, they have been a great and movie days, where the expectations I had of the hotel before going have been far exceeded. Thank you very much 😊

Yes the staff is very friendly, he speaks French well, the rooms well on the other hand the privilege not too interesting if not in the perfect set.

Rude receptionist, and when you complain they offer you the worst rooms in the hotel, well out the way of everything. This is their way of making amends). Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Was really looking forward to arriving at this hotel after hearing such good things. Upon arrival this evening your reception is very welcoming, however your staff were very obnoxious and rude on the front desk. Hotel room looks nothing like the pictures shown on your website. Also very noisy. Rest of the hotel and hotel staff are fab. I hope the rest of our stay gets better!

Spent last week here. Fantastic immaculate hotel. Would like to thank all the staff who were so friendly and very helpful. Great pool area. Situated close to the beach. Marvellous food and entertainment. Would definitely go back.

It’s alright, but needs children meals. I couldn’t find any chicken nuggets or anything and the reception is very slow, about 3-4 people working on one problem but the staff are very nice and friendly. I always see them smiling. Other than that it’s okay.

Amazing hotel food fantastic hotel clean sun beds are abit scarse to many people not enuf room or sunbeds always got towels on even thought there not to b on and even after lunch people are still not on them… did stand at the bar 2 nights running for nearly 20 mins while they served other people by passing me and my friend each time and did it again the night after so wasn't happy.

Lovely hotel rooms with views of the sea, the food is fantastic and plentiful with lots of selection.
The hotel and grounds are spotless and cleanliness cannot be faulted.
Marcos who works in the restaurant has the most wonderful personality, he is such a kind man, I watched him help older ladies to their seats and is playful with the children, he's a credit to H10. Many of the suited staff could learn allot from his character and smile.

The hotel itself is great, friendly staff, good rooms with nice bathrooms. The breakfast is also nice and diverse. Dinner is less impressive. Would not recommend it during the busy summer, just too much people, ugh.

Good hotel, friendly staff. We had rooms on the back which overlooked the mountains (good) and the hotel flat roofs (not so good). Pool area good with activities worth joining in with, archery pool volley ball etc. Food was buffet, a little samey but quality was fine.

Pretty average hotel. The H10 in Salou blows it out of the water, but this one is nicer apparently? The accommodation is acceptable, but I'm not sure how this hotel has received 4 stars. It's a solid 3, at best.

We just came from spending a week with our little 10 months and it has been a great choice both for the facilities but above all for the treatment that the waiters have given us, the people are very friendly and have been at all times pending from us and our little Yes.
The food both breakfast and dinner very varied and are always replenished so that it does not miss anything!
The beach in front of the hotel is not good but less than 10 minutes walk there is a beach that is quite well and by car there are many nearby beaches that are great for going with family.
I hope I can come back someday! Thank you very much for the attention received.

All inclusive stay. The hotel is perfect in every way. The staff are very friendly, the catering is varied and of very good quality with specialties offered during à la carte meals. Lots of entertainment, sports in the afternoon in the pool, music in the evening during the meal. Excellent stay. I would recommend this hotel with my eyes closed.

Just returned from our third stop here, in 2 years. We love this hotel. Everything is so clean, it has a great atmosphere, fantastic food, superb cocktails, a great pool area but what really makes it are the staff who are friendly and helpful with a good sense of humour and they remember us from our previous visits! Well done to you all!

Clean structure as the rooms and staff friendly and helpful. Some precautions take if you have the cheapest option all inclusive including drinks at the bar, and the room get it from the 5th floor on if it bothers you the worldly life of the place which is confusing the night until late. The room towards the sea has its because for the most romantic.

January 2018. A very nice well appointed hotel with a lot of facilities. Pool area very nice with 2 pools, towels and plenty of loungers, free of charge. Pool cafe and bar. Sea front location direct on promenade. Pedestrian walkway and shops at front of hotel. Perfect location for beach, shoping and night life. Restaurant, food (buffet different themes each evening), personel and service are all top class and to be recommended. Hotel also has 2 bars with entertainment during the evening.

I really liked my stay at this hotel although it has to improve the theme of the sun loungers. In summer in the pool area the first hour of the morning is lined up to book sunbeds. First they should put more sunbeds so that they do not missed and second they should control reserve theme of deckchairs by calling kindly attention to tourists that is banned this kind of attitude (or picking up things and saving at the reception for pickup).
We had to change the room (apparently they had to do some repair) and hotel as a reward they offered us a much better, bigger and prettier room — a detallazo for the hassle.
The pool area is great and the dining Room service (breakfast and dinner) is nice. Lots of variety of products, tasty dishes. It's nothing special but it's rich.
I really liked the theme of cheerleaders who were organizing during the day many activities: I had a lot of fun doing water gym:-)
I have been to two hotels of this chain and I find that they have very good value for money.

Very nice hotel like all H10 facilities. Rooms with huge sea view bed. The only drawback room a little small but for us it's fine. Excellent international breakfast from salty to sweet. It has a gym and a lot of staff at the lobby very helpful and polite. Possibility to take rental car. Location in Tenerife very good near the seaside promenade, to the beaches equipped with sun loungers. In the evenings close to a lot of local bars Restaurants disco casino ' hard Rock Cafe ' etc. Absolutely advisable!

It's very good. Clean rooms. Big Pool. Animation with different activities from morning to night. It has an all inclusive option that is fine: after breakfast at the pool bar they put a very complete mini Buffet, tortilla, paella, fried, tart, coffees… until the time of the meal that closes, to open again in the afternoon until the dinner time. Drink all day. The waiters are very attentive, always outstanding for your wellbeing.

Very nice hotel in the heart of Playa Las Américas. The area is very noisy and the location is very good. The collective restaurant unfortunately looks too much like a canteen. Privilege the privileged offer that allows you to have a room in height more quiet and access to the VIP Lounge as well as to the 2 other restaurants.

Especially the food is top, the staff is extremely friendly, no matter how much is going on! Despite the size of the hotel you feel at home!

Construction noise! Intrusive animation all day! Light-Hearing rooms! Restaurant — always has the one (also extremely noisy) and the poolside (only during the day)! Classic mass handling — also unfriendly staff.

Very well located in the heart of WLDP, close to the Golden Mile, Verônica Strip, and the sea promenade. It was a very nice hotel. Staff friendly and attentive. Rooms on the street side very prone to noises on the lower floors (Belgian bar thundering until midnight in the South West, Irish Pub in the south, noisy HVAC installation in the east).
Buffet Restaurant and breakfast varied and of correct quality. Medium heated swimming pool. Its strong point: its central location.

I absolutely loved it. Very nice. Impeccable service. We have to wait to get the room to check in, but I'm not surprised, with hundreds rooms to tidy up… Buffet for dinner amazing, never seen such a quantity of food, I took 4 kg in a week… Beautiful relaxation areas.

This is a lovely hotel with friendly staff and is very well run. It's near to the seafront where there are many bars, cafés and entertainments nearby. It has a good buffet restaurant, and evening entertainment is provided. There is a beautifully tended garden and pools area. I had a comfortable air conditioned room with a balcony and a nice bathroom. The place is sometimes let down by serious noise issues coming from the night club near by. It is 10:45 p. M. And from my 6th floor room, the noise is loud. No coffee or tea making facilities and no room service. TV reception is adequate but poor. Still, I am pleased to say that I quickly got used to the street sounds, and thankfully they didn't spoil my holiday here. I would definitely recommend this place, and would be happy to return here.

It's very centrally located near everything. Lots of restaurants and bars around. Very friendly staff and they do their job in very professional way. Delighted to have been there.

Location of this hotel is a big plus, it's great, there are a lot of places around to just wander off and explore. Lot of restaurants are there nearby in case one wants to try other cuisines. The pool area at the hotel is really good. There's easy access to beach after a short walk from the hotel. The lobby, and other common area are decorated very nicely. The room on comparison to that is little plain but the balcony and the view from there makes up for it. The rooms here have a lovely sea view from the balcony. The bathroom is not that great, the bath tub is small. The staff is very helpful and courteous, specially Mr. Rabbani. Breakfast menu is really good and add to that, champagne is available everyday at no added cost. Parking space is a little difficult to find out the first time as it is not very clearly visible from outside. Another thing is the time took at the reception to check us in was too long. We had to wait for around half an hour for all the formalities to be completed and finally to get our room keys. Overall, we had a good time here.

The hotel was very good, but the security of the parking, and hotel in uniform brown, is a rude of very careful. I call myself a liar screaming. You better change it. He's an impresentable!

A great hotel… the reception and other communal areas are decorated to a very high standard with a modern, contemporary feel. The grounds and pool areas are beautifully maintained with well lovely gardens. Tge outside pool area has a private gate leading straight to the beach. The restaurants are lovely serving a lovely selection of foods. Champagne is available each morning at breakfast with no charge. Chocolate fountains and free sweet stations each night which my daughter loved… the rooms are ok. Bathroom was very modern but some of the fixings were wobbly. The bedrooms aren't quite as nice as the rest of the hotel but certainly nice enough. I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic location. Great views of the ocean. Nice pools. Small room (rm 729). Hard bed. I asked for a kettle. They said it'd be 8 euro, I said fine — they never delivered it. Breakfast was pretty good. Evidently, they got my birthday from my passport — nice surprise of a free bottle of champagne in my room. Wifi was good — 10 up, 10 down. They advertise free parking but for 519 rooms, they have only about 20 slots to park. 3.5 stars would be fair, in my opinion.

Very poor service from reception to waiter! Very noisy in the room! The rooms were cleaned only after 13.00 O'Clock! Very cold in February! has only 6 radiators for 300 rooms! Staff only responds after 2. Ask!

It's not what I expected. Huge old structure too ammassalta. Too many people. The pools in the morning are in the shade. There is no great service.

The offered cocktails are unfortunately improvement the hotel is centrally located in Las Americas to bathe in the sea, man must walk about 5 to 10 minutes along the seafront.

It's in a very lively area and rooms in the lower floors on the East and South side can be noisy. (Avoid even room numbers as those are street side with exception of the last rooms on the north corridors. ) Reception service is very friendly and extraordinarily helpful. The food is very good and varied and the selection for vegetarians is mostly good. Pool towels are free.

Great hotel, everything is great entertainment, cleanliness and exquisite food. Staff friendly and courageous, small flat for cocktails never the same taste.

We do not change because we have simply never had to complain. The location is great, the staff is friendly, the food is good, plus, there is a nice cocktail card at the bar… In short we find what we are looking for for a relaxing week:)

Were in January guests of the hotel. Although we unfortunately had a room sideways to the place and so unfortunately no sea view, so we felt comfortable. The rooms have come a little in years and require a refurbishment, but due to the value for money you have to make a fair amount of money. Particularly commendable is the selection and the quality of the food, where some ' 5 * hotel can still cut a slice. The whole facility makes a nice and very clean impression.

I don't give it 5 stars because it is quite expensive, but I guess like most of those around you that are of this type. The room was very good and the staff were very helpful. Very friendly staff. The pool was very good. First-line beach. No big parking. Only about 20 places with no possibility to book.

If you're unlucky, the room is out to the pub mile. Then it gets loud. Hotel quite ok.

Great location by the beach and only a few minutes walking distance to the city center and night life. Rooms nicely renovated, big bath, but rather small bedroom. Great service with privilege band. Beautiful rooftop patio with jacuzzi, unfortunately the water is cold. Pools are a nice size and kept clean. The majority of hotel guests are 65+, a few families and the (tiny) rest is middle aged. Not much socializing and very little animation. Food at buffet is average, food at restaurants is very good.

Super infrastructure. Super clean. Only downside… the food is horrible. That frozen food! No variety. Luckily we were 1/2 board. We go there for the climate (26* in January. But c is top!

The pools were tiny for how big the hotel was, you have to go down in time to take a place, but you enjoy the same. Plus the pool animation was nice. The buffet is pretty good, there is variety in everything (and they are very careful with the allergens and that I loved). The bed and the room were great, plus we got a room with beautiful views. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside I would put would be that the Wi-Fi goes pretty slow depending on where you have the room…

Very good experience. We went with a 15 month old girl, and the staff strove to be at ease. They even prepared purées for her. Very comfortable room and good facilities. Varied food. All great.

A very charming hotel from the arrival we were treated very well the rooms always clean with amazing views. Its perfect restaurants with great variety of food. The staff a 10 especially Rachid and José Miguel in the restaurant La Ballena where you can eat wonderfully in a privileged place by the sea. Thank you for this dream vacation.

We had the pleasure of staying in this hotel for ten nights, half board in August and we had an an absolutely fantastic time! Our party ranged in age from 7 years up to 82 years old and this hotel catered for us all. From the nightly mini disco to the variety acts, we loved it all! The food was lovely with plenty of variety to chose from and the standard of the hotel in general was great — clean, fresh and friendly. We couldn't fault our stay and can't wait to return! A special thank you to Naraya, Ralph, Alex and Paola for making our sons holiday so memorable!

My wife and I are since many years guests at the Las Palmeras. The Hotel is just made for us. From the great ambiance, the sports activities and the excellent catering, and everything in between. In the coming year, we are back.

Check-in took a long time. Room Dusty. Bathroom smells like drain. Mattress OK. Double bed that moves apart. The hotel is very clean. Balcony door you have to close otherwise cigarette smell. Polanlage too small for the size of the hotel. 8h early all lie occupied. Breakfast OK. Food always the same, corresponds to a two star hotel and not a 4stars. Not to compare with Riu hotels. Once H10 hotel never again. A star ☆ for the Nice staff and a star ☆ for the handicapped just facility.

The overal ecxperience is very good. We had a complain about the noise coming from the British pub beneath us. With not another word said they gave us another room. The service is amazing and we defenitly reccomend this hotel to everybody.

I'll write a proper review at the end of my holiday but I just wanted to tell people how incredibly helpful the staff are… we had booked and paid for a seaview with a reqiest for a high floor (we had stayed before and adore the sunsets) we were put on the ground floor, we could still see the sea so the hotel had kept its promise… we quietly asked if there were any other rooms but none available at the time… however, the staff have been so lovely and after a little research they have promised us a room change for tomorrow! … they didn't have to, we had our sea view but after I explained my reasons they bent over backwards to help… I'm so grateful. Its a gorgeous hotel and could easily become my second home lol… H10 you should be very proud of your staff xx.

Sunbeds ARE reserved. Management ignore it. Very poor service at reception. I had a problem and we had to ask 5 times and wait 6 hours for anything to be done. The hotel is lovely and a perfect position, but the service at reception is extremely slow. Tonight I witnessed guests arrive and stand waiting for a long time.

The pools look much bigger in the pictures than they actually are! There are never enough beds by the pool and if you really want one you have to wait in the queue for 30-40 min in the morning. Most of the people take like five towels and cover the best of them and then you have to be happy with what it's left! The price is enormous (we came in August) and the drinks are not included in the price! The room was much smaller than in the picture! They don't have music at all during the day, they just turn it on and shout outside at 11pm! Never coming again!

Better if you have already been a guest in a chain hotel, they give you the best rooms. The kitchen is very good, varied and clean.

While there are 25 degrees maximum required also a couple hours that won't burn off anyone. Ahah …
Above average service and friendliness … whole staff smiling and attentive to your needs (from the reception to the cooks. From the waiters to the cleaners all smiles)
Fabulous venue both for those who want to relax that for those who want to do what's loca with carriages full of shops and bars in the evening are transformed into nightclubs where drinking and dancing. (similar to Riccione) until morning.
Recommended for all.

Here we spend since many years our Novemberurlaub. It is like visiting good friends, for the guests only the Best!

The hotel was clean and nice but there was no entertainment or music at the poolside, which would be a plus in any resort that welcomes young people. Our biggest surprise and misfortune was the fact that we were robbed in our own room, from our luggages. Clothes and creams were stolen from our room and we believe the cleaning service is responsible for this. However, when we complained to the management, they answered they trust their employees and if we have any proof we should provide it, and if we are really certain we were robbed we should call the Police. I wonder, is this the first and last case of robbery, then?

Excellent hotel. Very friendly staff. A good buffet. The pools, the thing that I liked, many areas with or without a shadow, that if, at 8:15, there were guests waiting to go out running (literally) to reserve sunbeds. For us it is not a problem because the hammocks requested by the germans and French are the of the side of the pool. A detail ugly: the box is a security of payment. A suggestion: you have shower. The area of the hotel is lively with all kinds of restaurants and ice cream shops, ideal for walking at night.

We have celebrated our anniversary at this hotel and we delighted. Put us a bottle of cava and fruit basket in the room which were grateful. Room with sea view was great and the treatment received by the staff was excellent.

Very nice staff. An extensive buffet, and there all dishes are freshly prepared. The rooms are new, and functionally furnished. Abendverastaltung are very alternating. The plant is very clean and green.

Stayed in August a few days at this hotel with my partner. They gave us a nice room upstairs. Always perfect cleaning. In the restaurant there was enough variety of food. Around the hotel there are enough bars, restaurants and shops.

Been a week at this hotel and we will happy to, have treated us great. The food in the buffet is scandal, all inclusive bar drinks are brand and that is hard to find. And to say the location of the hotel, in first-line of beach.

We were here the 12 of July and it went well. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The food is good and beverages in all-inclusive are brands. The Italian restaurant is excellent. My daughter is in August so I hope my recommendation is good. I'm also back to book in September so this is a good advertising for a good hotel. Palms is excellent, you won't be disappointed, it is a good hotel.

We stayed 7 days in half board from July 4. We had read several negative comments on food and honestly have to say that the food has a good selection each day, there is always something that Spanish, Chinese can please everybody, as theme nights. The service also in the dining room was excellent. The back room, the room cleaning was well placed and we never had problems of noise. Many entertainment activities during the day and night. The swimming pools are great one of them is heated, although it was very hot (almost 30 °). The hotel is all inclusive. We had a lovely holiday and recommend it to anyone looking for in hotel with central location.

I've been a dream vacation, beachfront hotel, the views from the room are breathtaking. The food varied and for all tastes, the staff very helpful and always ready. Hotel very recommendable and again surely.

We spent a week at this hotel and it has been phenomenal, didn't know him both as the destination hotel and the truth is that we liked very much. They are in first-line of beach and a luxury that is also treated us very well. We will try to return soon.

It has been a week splendid in this great hotel. We liked lot who would be on the same promenade as well could do good walks. It also eats very well. The service is great all were very friendly with us.

Thanks to my wife choose this hotel often hit, the ratio is unbeatable, are in first-line of beach and eats of scandal. The best is undoubtedly the treatment received by the staff, they are great.

Again we were at this hotel for a week and we are very happy, we will return safe, all the staff makes a great effort to make all of the taste of the customers.

I've been in this hotel with my family and get out of the very happy. I certainly hope back next year since we we've had brilliant. Give a big hug to the animation team that deserves it.

Great hotel, fantastic food with wide variety of products to choose. The staff is the best, all are very nice and kind, are very concerned that all this perfect. I loved the aroma that has as soon as you walk by the hotel, smells clean. This great pool area. The location is perfect all this hand, shops, restaurants, pleasant promenade for strolling. All included are drinks good and buenismos cocktails. I hope to return soon.

Two weeks in a magnificent hotel, conveniently located in first-line of beach and very nice food ;).

Pleasantly surprised by the good to make staff, who always have a smile for customers. Good and varied food. We liked the Italian restaurant and which are facing the sea. Everything very clean and well decorated room. It is facing the sea and in the Centre of the city, so walking is ideal. The sunsets are amazing, with views of la Gomera.

We have just returned from a wonderful week at this hotel. Especially loved the location on seafront and excellent staff helpful.

Magnificent establishment, boasting a very central location in Playa de las Americas. The food is very good, few hotels I have seen a buffet as varied and care. The staff behaves a lot is that customers are well. We spend a few pleasant days and as soon as possible, we will repeat. It is in a very good zone for walking and not having to use a car.

We spent a week at this hotel and if you are looking for is to be very close to the beach, eat well and that you deal with, you can choose it.

We've had great. The treatment of the personal impeccable. The varied and rich food. Every day had different dishes. I mori when I saw the pies, delicious area. Everything is very clean and the pools are huge. The gardens are beautiful. We hope to return soon.

We've come back a few days to enjoy the Palms had great as last time. Not be as there are people who are squabbling so I do not understand. It has lots of variety of food that a 5 star. The truth is that we are very pleased, and the staff most certainly.

A few days have recently spent with my family in this establishment. We will definitely repeat. Buffets very careful and varied, with surprises almost every night since we are from chocolate fountains and even a cook preparing Sushi live. They did not stop surprising us and the staff is really friendly and helpful.
The situation is very good, since it is in the Centre of Playa de las Americas, so you have everything at hand and no car is needed. Without hesitation we will repeat soon.

Simply its the best place I ever been. 10/10 staff they are amazing all off them. Food lovely. Location in the hart of the city. I spend 5 days there I wish if I could sty more longer. We have spent a fbuen weekend at the hotel h10 Palmeras. Whenever we can, we are going to enjoy a few days of rest and enjoy their good food and good people. Very well the activities of animation. The cocktails in the bar without words. The room very cozy and functional. Everything smells clean. Hope to return very soon.
