Excellent experience in Jardines del Lago, everything is very good. We spent some amazing days this weekend and we're coming back. The place, the view, the pool, the restaurant, the infusion and the desserts in Flor del Café, the room by the lake, everything is excellent. We loved its pet friendly policy and see a couple of hotel puppies, perfect. Thanks for everything. We'll see you soon.

Never again will I stay, family friend caught in a fire which hotel has denied, no fire alarms no evacuation, am disgrace of a hotel, didn't even as much as if she is ok, all the were worried about was getting their rooms bk to normal.

Lovely 3 star hotel good pool area breakfast and dinner nice nothing special rooms dated but very clean and all the staff are wonderful.

Good fews. Nice town. Wonderfull people. Hotel was nice and staff helpful. We go back with the kids next time.

Bit run down, hotel needs a renovation, staff miserable in general. Pool cluttered, rush for sunbeds not enough for everyone. Food average however lovely sea views in higher rooms.

Friendly, clean ect. Beds and pillows are very hard so I've spent my nights in the living area on the bed settee. My daughter is three doors down and has had so much trouble with the air con. Constantly dripping. Pool bar drinks and snack food are reasonable. Staff work very hard and are polite and friendly.

I arrived in the Jardine del mar on 28th May Reception staff were efficient but not particularly friendly When I opened the door of our apartment (room 325) I immediately said to myself "Not again" We were a group of 4 and the apartment was minute dated and frankly not worth a fraction of the money we paid for it The kitchenette was tiny (not enough room for 2 people to work in We asked for a sea view and were given a full view of a car park with a very restricted view of the sea to the right There is a notice in reception which states that rooms with a full sea view may be possible but at an extra charge Why should one have to pay the travel agent for a holiday then incur extra charge for a room already requested My first time in Santa Ponsa and I'm really not impressed The accommodation is noisy and the building was drab.

I had a fab stay with yourselves at the start of April had a few troubles with the room a family of four they out opposite the desk where all the house is you could here the weekend party people and all the night time arrivals. They tried to make us pay for another room to change but I was not going to pay the fee and allowed us to move. The rooms are extremely dated though they have enough profit and cash flow to update. Great bar staff and fab sangria. Lovely pools you can't fault but when booking don't be mislead by the massage service and tennis it doesn't exist the table tennis does though and the gym has three every old machines in it With a sauna which you have to pay for and takes forever to heat up so not worth it that either but great local restaraunt opposite the hotel la Solana but s rip of the breakfast place next door nice Chinese too. You have your supermarkets and a nice walk down to beach and night life and also little cove with stage which would be good for when it is season.

BASIC TINY ROOMS that date back to 90's decor. More of a 2 star property. Fantastic sea views though. Noisy for families with children.

Before I start if your looking for food go straight accross to the ankles from tge hotel brillant staff and amazing food, now the jardin del mar, when we arrived our room smelt of fish, bath was chipped and mould around the bath and tiles asked to be moved which after some complaining was moved to a room of better standard, Unfortunately some of the staff need customer service training in the art of a simple hello when people walk in, few would say hello, an in this day and age having to pay for Wi-Fi €21 a week per mobile very poor, beds are very uncomfortable and security at night seem to pick an choose who gets giving out to, no music by the pool which is fine unless you are Spanish an then it's ok as I observed if your irish or English your told to turn it off which is unfair, I do appreciate we were their in april which wouldn't be as busy, Unfortunately no kids entertainment during the day if you were looking for this, the pool at the hotel is lovely and water is cool, from the hotel the centre is 7-10 mins walk which is grand as there is a lovely seafront I stay there again probably not, note don't use the kettle used it and water smelt like brillo pads, use pot to boil water, all in all its an ok place but wouldn't recommend to anyone maybe some have had better experiences here but for me it's a no but Majorca is a beautiful island just a pity a bit of a dark cloud in what was a lovely holiday in Majorca.

The check in was fast but the receptionist wasn't very helpful (I think she was new). The facilities are clean but a bit old and some of the doors seemed insecure (they were old and difficult to completely close. The door in our room was broken as if someone had punched it). The bed was confused and the room itself spacious. Location: there are several restaurants and stores nearby and it was very easy to go to Palma, south, and north. Cons: they charge for almost everything (Wi-Fi £2/hour, sauna, for using the safety box, late check out), there is no parking space but I think that's normal in the area, old blankets and pillows.

Very good location and exit to a small cove by the background.

Lovely hotel, Fab location rooms a bit dated but spotless. Loved the little bay for swimming and taxis right outside to get down to the strip.

Lovely holiday here got everything easy walking distance to the beach & very good food.

An average hotel just by the sea with a very nice pool area. Less than 100 meters to several shops and restaurants makes it a good choice. Just 200 meters to a bus stop (regular buses taking you directly to airport and to Palma). The beach is not the best in the area — it's tiny and consists of rocks and pebbles.

Something in the years but clean and the staff was very friendly.

Sea view rooms great. None see view have pretty dull views. Good value. Breakfast is good.

Normal 3 star accommodation with great views and affordable price. Insider tip absolutely for a few euros more one of the few superior apartments with huge balcony and tips to book a view.

Nice clean room lovely location. Jaggy thistle brilliant place to eat and McTavish as well. Plenty bars and restaurants. Would recommend a visit definitely come back.

Great, very friendly. A wonderful sea view is a great restaurant.

Rooms very small and basic. We had issues with the bathroom. Continuous extremly bad smell coming from drain in bath to the point were we were offered to exchange room. But on inspection of other room it was considerably smaller and balcony veiw was poor so we stuck with th orignal room and bared the smell. Staff at reception very helpful and friendly. Dinner hall modern and clean but wouldnt stay again.

Room unavailable on arrival, temporary room provided for the first night, of satisfactory quality. Been eager to please and pleasant throughout with a few complimentary things provided.

Love the location of the hotel. Breakfast was great, evening meal not so good. Usually scramble for a sunlounger.

Nice and clean. Staff friendly. Beautiful views of bay. Food is very poor. Very little choice and bland. Situatated on a hill. No good if you have mobility problems. Great little entertainment square close by but very expensive.

Apart from the really dirty conditions in our room handover and subsequent cleaning problems, as they have been mentioned by many other holidaymakers, I would strongly like to point to this hotel for theft in the rooms.
We were robbed among other holidaymakers in our rooms. We stole the laptop, with others in turn mobile phones, Zigarretten, jewelry and clothes.
The locked rooms were not broken up, but opened with a hotel key. All the robberies took place on different days. Oddly enough, there was not even the smallest trace of a search in any guest. The thief knew exactly the hiding places in all cases of the rooms, because there was never even the smallest traces of a search. With us, the laptop was purposefully stolen from its hideout without looking for it. The thief had to appropriately know our room and the hiding place of the laptop. I think it's obvious who was in the game.
It was also noticeable that in the days of theft the rooms were always not cleaned, so we could not officially accuse the maid of being involved in the matter.
As if this experience was not bad enough, the hotel management still put one on top of it. What we had to experience then cannot be overlooked with audacity. The management of the hotel to these incidents was far from serious. The management was denied by the staff to the guests, so that no one got the opportunity of a complaint.

Great rooms. Staff of 10. I went for the labor issue.

Clearly the owner does not want to invest a single euro in this hotel! What difference can have with iberostar's next? Clearly the price which is worth it!

It is very nice and quiet and the jacuzzi's great to be back.

Great hotel, just short of a 4 star. Staff are nice enough pool area is fine a bit short on sunbeds but can't really fault it. We stayed with 2 kids 5 & 2 half board. The grub is fine it is a bit international but all tasty and plenty of it. Room a small bit pokey but fine for us everything we needed good channels on the TV, kitchen small but manageable. Nice balcony we asked for ground floor and got it no problem lovely view of the pool and bay. It's a small bit expensive but if you're getting a good deal take it. Your next stop would be the verdemar down the road. Fine hotel also but not as nice as the Jardin del Mar.

Stayed at jardín del Mar 2 times. Great for kids. Near to the square. Big swimming pool. Love it.

Stayed in this hotel twice and going back again this year. Never had any problems, find the staff to be polite and helpful, room clean and adequate for a holiday. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Alright hotel. Staff are nice. A bit of a walk into town or to restaurants.

Good location relative to the sea, good and abundant meals, friendliness from the staff, poor hygiene in the rooms, quiet for families.

The hotel liked. The area of santa Ponsa is a beautiful and very quiet, ideal for families and couples. We will also return this year. The reception staff is very competent and friendly. I recommend the tour to the caves of Drach and the Pirates show.

Brilliant hotel. U hav ta go der dey do unreal hot chocs at the pool bar. Defo get 1. Lovely ppl der. A serious gud hotel, also jus 5 mins frm santa ponsa. I luv holidays.
