Beautiful hotel, with stunning views of the bay of Santa Ponsa. Lovely staff and really good food. The pools are large and very clean. Recommended 100%

Absolutely everything is excellent, the staff is superb, everything very clean, the food very good, we have been delighted would definitely go back.

It’s a wonderful hotel with very friendly staff and a great location right on the seaside. Great view over the bay. Buffet is one of the best we ever had in this kind of hotel.

I have never stayed in an hotel which has had such welcoming staff.
We were greeted as friends from the moment we arrived yet all staff remain professional and wish to ensure that you are having a wonderful stay.
Our suite was great, lots of room and spotlessly clean.
The terrace with whirlpool offered space, sunshine, shade and peace for a truly relaxing holiday.
Sunbeds were always available by the pool, although we never left our terrace.
Complimentary cocktails were brought up to us through the week, which was a lovely treat!
Lots of food choices, all clearly labelled for dietary requirements and an outside dining area which showcased some amazing sunsets through the week.
The hotel is away from resort centre which keeps it restful, selection of shops and bars close by if you nwanr to stretch your legs. It took about 20 minutes to walk to the resort centre and although it is not a level walk, the pavements are good and it is well lit in the evening.
We had a really lovely week here, I hope we will visit again.

Lovely sea facing Suites. Very relaxing with comfortable beds and a large balcony with, in our case, a Bali bed. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Hopefully we can holiday here again.

What a place. I think I had a smile on my face all of the 4 nights, the staff were amazing, friendly, attentive and feel like your part of something, they remember you each day and have a proper hand shake like best friends would, they ask you if anything needs doing in the rooms and if we require anything, the food and service is first class, views outstanding and the place is spotless. We upgraded for the last night with the bed and jacuzzi outside for that extra special time, I genuinely say I couldn't go back to the same place as would be bored. But I cant wait to see this place and the staff again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Back home after spending three nights here with friends. On arrival we were greeted with an amazing view, bubbles and complimentary rooms upgrades. The hotel is a beautiful location, spotlessly clean and served delicious food, lots of variety and a proper cocktail! What we noticed the most about the hotel was the staff, everyone we came across was super friendly. If you like your food we would recommend the Teppanyaki restaurant, the chef was lovely, put on a real show and served mouth watering delights for two hours. We have had the most amazing time here and could not recomended the hotel enough. Unfortunately we did not have the best transfers and start to the holiday (nothing to do with the hotel) however on arrival our holiday instantly improved with sparkly wine and a cheerful greeting from James. We are incredibly greatful to Yan who upgraded us to a room with our own extended balcony complete with a hot tub and two private double sun loungers. Yan has been a constant fixture throughout the holiday checking that every guest is enjoying their break. As has Juan behind the bar. We cannot recomended this hotel enough. The food is fresh and lovely and the staff are geniuine and extremely dedicated and courteous. We are already planning our next trips here. Easy 5 star.

Really beautiful hotel with highest quality service! Located in a secluded area on the shore and has direct access to the sea! Star prestige area is very cozy, very well serviced and offers amazing views of the bay! The hotel is well located on the island to reach ports and towns for lunch or a night out (Palma is 20 minutes drive). Food is great in the hotel, and there is an evening entertainment every night which includes best guitar players and quality flamenco shows! The hotel Manager Ignacio oversees every guest making sure you have everything you need, issues are solved promptly, and you receive highest quality service! Definitely recommend to stay there if you expect to feel spoiled!

Great views of the sea! The hotel is clean and tidy. The staff are helpful and friendly. The check-in took a while, as we were star prestige we had to check in there and then our room wasn't ready so all in didn't get to room till about 4pm. The mini bar was free first day but they never re stoocked it. We stayed b&b in star prestige in a swim up room we only had sun during the afternoon. 10 till 12 and 4 till 6 there was a selection of food bites free which was a nice touch and the sun beds were padded in our area. It was a struggle to find sun beds with people leaving towels on as early as 7.30. It's about 20 minutes walk to get to beach, there are bars and restaurants there, a few restaurants are in a chain so the menus are the same! At the hotel there are steps directly into the sea but it's very rocky.

Cannot praise the place and the staff enough from the moment we walked through the hotel's door. The location of the hotel is perfect for the relaxing stay as you have stunning sea views from the rooms, bars, pools & the restaurant. We stayed in Star Prestige area and it was a perfect place to unwind and recharge the batteries. The customer service is second to none. We were very pleased with the food, drinks and the daily entertainment. Local amenities are only a short stroll away of you don't want to stay in the hotel all the time although we didn't want to leave the hotel grounds as we were seeking a relaxing stay without sightseeing etc.

Beautiful hotel. Great service. AMAZING breakfast. I rate it a 4 instead of 5 because the rooms dont have a lot of privacy. If you book a room with a balcony, you will have NO PRIVACY WHATSOEVER. You share a short, crystal wall with the other rooms and literally the whole hotel can see you. It is beautiful and we had a great time, but privacy is definitely an issue.

Was going there for honeymoon with my wife. We're 24 year old. Good points: 1. Private beach done really luxurious. I think it's the best I've seen. 2. Breakfasts and dinner were really-really good. Lots of types of food for any taste. Great product quality. 3. Staff is always smiling, thanking and helpful. Very bad points: 1. Still water is super expensive if you're not all-inclusive. And we felt "pressure" from restaurant to buy it. 2. We were proposed "courtesy room" to have a shower after checkout (had a late departure), but it was such a mess, dirty, disgusting, broken room. 3.1-euro weights in luggage room is a joke in >3000$ vacation. 4. Smoking is allowed almost everywhere. 5. No kitchen in the room. 6. Cocktails are just water with 1 spoon of alcohol. Not worth it. 7. Soaps, shampoos is really bad. 8. Every morning at 5 o clock be prepared to listen to garbage car and it's pretty loud (closing windows doesn't help). It's just details, but they matter a lot. We enjoyed our stay, because of the beach and food, but hotel need to work on their quality of rooms.

Gorgeous hotel with big, spacious rooms — all of which have beautiful views across the bay. Some even have hammocks and hot tubs outside. Others have spa baths in the room. Only stayed for two nights, with work, but a quick exploration of the surrounding area suggested there's not a great deal to do or see nearby, so you'd probably want to venture further across the island for activities.

The best hotel in Santa Ponsa in my opinion and experience. The food was so delicious and different every day. The suite was amazing with jacuzzi. I wish to stay again in this hotel but it's always have expensive prices.

Very well maintained and well located hotel. In high season, just do not arrive by rental car. Unfortunately, there are no parking spaces of your own.

The rooms could get a refresh but overall the hotel is superb. A real 5 star experience.

A nice hotel. Offers a good variety of items at the buffet breakfast. Our room was on a higher floor and was a good size as was the bathroom. Cleaners use bleach so you can be assured that the floors are hygienic and spotless. The reception staff were most helpful when we realised we’d forgotten to pack a travel adapter. Centrally situated on a little paved square in a relatively quiet street in the old quarter, so lots of historic architecture all about. Walk around the streets in the immediate area to find hidden gems and delicious food and wine. Will go back.

Hefty price and no breakfast included. View is stunning. No a la carte selection in restaurants — only buffet. Friendly staff, but no parking available.

Stayed for a long weekend, the hotel was amazing from walking in, to the service they gave from check in. Upgraded my room from a normal suite to the Star Prestige Swim up Suite. This was perfect for me as I went by myself the pool is just outside the suite, the room was clean and huge, used the Jacuzzi bath just once unfortunately but very relaxing. Would be really hard to fault anything I experienced here, but it I was to nit pick, I would say the fresh grill they have for dinner they did over salt the meant on all 3 nights, but that can be resolved by just not going for that choice. The rest of the food was amazing. It's a shame they close for winter would have gone back this year again 100%. Will be back next year.

The perfect hotel for guests who want to spend their holidays in an upscale ambiance. Excellent not to topendes breakfast, lunch and dinner, friendly and courteous staff, perfect location with direct access to the sea and of course the very spacious, very clean rooms and the entire grounds are top. For the perfect happiness only the live games of the German Bundesliga (at least in the bar area) and a small offer of daily newspapers are missing.

The staff is very friendly and very professional. The comfort of the hotel and the location makes them magical. The food is exquisite. I love the Iberostar breakfasts.

— Maybe change the wheels on the maid's cart — I thought World War 3 had broken out every time she came past my door.
— Your male staff seemed very stressed out and annoyed whereas your female staff seemed more genuinely friendly — maybe consider hiring more female staff

We chose the Superior suite and had a jacuzzi on the terrace overlooking the sea and also had a bathtub with hydromassage.
It has resulted in a paradise stay.

The best teppanyaki in Majorca.

I was here in the penultimate week of October and the hotel totally exceeded my expectations! Our suite was very nice and clean. The jacuzzi and the shower were a dream. The view from the balcony is fascinating, because you look at the bay and by the location you have the whole day sun.
The staff is super friendly, nice and accommodating. It is always well respected and you feel very comfortable:)
I would always love to come back!
One thing that bothered me a bit was the thin duvets. Since I'm a frost bump, I got a little frozen at night. But that doesn't change the fact that the hotel is a dream!

This hotel really surpasses everything!
The rooms are perfect, each suite has a whirlpool and the rooms are clean, decorated and cozy.
The food is just great, just like the rest of the hotel. The whole ambiance is simply fitting and the view from the rooms is fantastic on the Bay of Santa Ponsa.
I have been to many hotels, but this is definitely classified in the top 3. The staff is of course very accommodating, works fast and is attentive.

Very nice location. Quietly only the sea rushes. Staff very friendly. Room suites large, clean and with sea view. Sensational view of the sea, Santa Ponća during the day, spectacular at night. Would very much like to come back.

Attentive staff, food excellent. Gym quite good for a hotel. Location and views wonderful. Would highly recommend. We have a junior suite so plenty of room and beautiful view of pool, sea and opposite side of bay.

Excellent hotel and outstanding food. Rooms with Jacuzzi are worth the price. Very good service. Open bar and direct access to the sea are key factor for ours successful stay. Steps to the bus stop to go to downtown Palma de Majorca. Thanks to all the staff and in particular to the restaurant team. Highly recommended.

My Wife and I spent a lovely week here for our Honeymoon, it was a great experience from arriving to departure. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, serving drinks poolside and snacks from the bar throughout the day and evenings. Great selection of food available for breakfast, lunch and dinner even more so if you're a little adventurous with what you like to eat. The hotel has premium drinks available and most are included in the all inclusive price, with a few brands just costing a little extra if desired although have to say it wasn't needed. Cold water bottles are also provided for free from the bars if needed too. Entertainment was relaxing too and definitely great for what we wanted on our honeymoon, especially enjoyed the outdoor cinema. The hotel is within walking distance down to the beach and town center if you wish (15 minute or so walk).

Great location with super views from poolside and all rooms. Very peaceful around pool with no unwelcomed music for most of day. Aqua fit excellent with good music for class. No children — so hotel is worth its weight in gold! Food is buffet with lots to choose from and all well presented and excellent quality. You can eat food on terrace, with the views, or inside if you prefer. Staff excellent.

This location is just great and has a very friendly hotel staff. The rooms are not too modern but really big and comfortable. Next to the pool area, one has the chance to enter the sea directly via a jetty. It is very quiet and peaceful. The most amazing part of this hotel is it's food offer. Thanks to the great personnel and extraordinary quality of food and beverages, we had an unforgettable experience. Keep up the good work! Thanks for everything!

What a pleasure to stay in this hotel! Impossible to find any negative points during the entire stay!
We had taken the STAR PRESTIGE service to access the private water spaces, bars, luxury services, etc, and it's a real dream. The staff are very nice, bravo to Marta from Star Prestige who arranged our arrival at the hotel with professionalism.
Once installed, the room is beautiful, with bath jets in the lounge of the Suite, seen superb on the sea.
I particularly remember the Restaurant (as much for breakfast as for dinner) which is a real dream with its panoramic terrace facing the sea, and a choice of buffets at will hallucinating. We eat a variety of quality dishes, BRAVO!
The relaxation areas, swimming pool, Transat etc are idyllic. Bravo, too.
Only one remark: there is no parking dedicated to the hotel and it can be difficult to find a parking spot in the street of the hotel…
Bravo! I will definitely go back to this hotel during a next stay!

Beautiful setting, quiet enough to lack a bit of soundproofing in some rooms, food to much changė in a good restaurant to summer room revamps in 201516, staff is extra.

Nice setting but too noisy. Between the music of the restaurant and the furniture noise moved the floor to the top it's a pity. We were on the second floor. Other than that nothing to report…
