Excellent attention and service.

Absolutely amazing hotel and even better staff! My children age 10, 8, 6 and 3 absolutely loved the kids clubs and went to both morning and afternoon sessions! This was our childrens first holiday abroad and they loved it from start to finish. The staff at the kids club are fantastic, the best of the best. My son Mario couldnt wait to go and loved all the activities. Thank you to all the staff that made their week magical I cant thank you all enough! Hotel was spotless, and the location is great 👌we will definately be returning as soon as possible!

Amazing hotel, amazing food, lovely room just a bit small for what wanted but not in hardly so not much of an issue but amazing view from balcony, the pools are amazing and the kids entertainment through day and night is the best, Thankyou to the animator team our kids love you 😍 we will be back shortly.

Just been for a weeks break during October half term. Had a great time. Food was delicious and restaurant so clean and well maintained. Staff worked so hard from morning til night. Pool a little cold 🥶 but the indoor pool was great for my son and you could still keep an eye on him. Drinks great and the Halloween night was amazing! Just gutted we hadn’t taken fancy dress😊 Also lots of hand gel and mask reminders 👏

Great hotel amazing staff. Food/ drinks very good. Rooms are in good condition. Cant fault it at all would definitely return. Entertainment team very good for kids they work so hard all day. Definitely a family friendly hotel. Would say it was more of a 5 star hotel.

Rooms basic but very clean (cleaned every day).
Entertainment team great they work hard to keep kids (and adults) entertained. Evening show could be longer as only 45 mins but quality is ok.

Back from 10 days in this hotel. Stay beautiful hotel in the top staff to listen to and very professional. Both at the level of the restaurant and that of the host. And what about the animation team, except that they were perfect. Only downside to the pic-nic proposed review. I highly recommend it.

Just returned from an amazing week here. The rooms and hotel building is really well kept and very clean. Food was beautiful. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. They all made such a fuss of my little boy which he loved! Definitely want to go back.

Reception were Great. And all the Staff in the Restaurants greeted you when you went in and Especially great with Babies and Children always made a fuss of Them.

Just back from this beautiful hotel after spending a week here. It’s a fabulous place to stay and the staff across the hotel are so kind, friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel we stayed in a superior suite which overlooks the pool and had a side sea view. Restaurant offers a great choice of food, salads, pasta and grill section. Hotel was spotlessly clean and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. There are great children facilities on offer. We traveled off season without children and at this time it was good for couples as only a few younger children at the hotel. The cocktail class was great fun, also tried the aqua fitness class and would recommend you to join in with the animation team as they are good fun. Evening entertainment was also enjoyable.

Superb complex. Animation/ entertainment team are best we have experienced by far. Clean, friendly and thoughtful staff all round. Cant recommend enough. 5⭐️.

We have just returned home after a 10 night stay here and it was brilliant. The hotel firstly, is beautiful and spotlessly clean, the receptions staff are really helpful and friendly And Nothing is too much trouble at all! The bar and restaurant staff are fantastic and not to mention the cleaners who always have a smile and an ‘ola’ when they see you. You can literally see how hard the staff work and the efforts they put in to maintain high standards! That’s all without even mentioning the entertainment staff! They are just fantastic! Christina, Goofy, souf, Noa, Joni, Pattie, Diogo and any of the others I’ve missed the names of, they work incredibly hard, always always have a smile, even for the nightmare kids that run riot whilst the parents sit and do nothing about it! They take the time at the end of their shift late at night to still chat to you on their way out and make you feel special and important and they try and include every single child in the awards process over the time your there, even if they’ve not really participated in much. Super impressed with them all, they’re just amazing people! It wouldn’t put me off going again but the only thing that really needs improvement is the pool area could do with a few
More sun beds and maybe a slightly bigger pool for the amount of people there and balls should be banned (or at least the big footballs) from being thrown across the pool as they are dangerous and I nearly got hit 3 times whilst swimming!

This is our 2nd year at this hotel. We would recommend it to everyone. The staff are great and friendly, loads of activities put on for kids and adults. Hoping to go again next year :)

Great staff, excellent food, ok rooms, biggest let down is the inclusive snack bar which is extra for crisps and ice cream, evening bar choice of drinks again very restricted extra for anything nice! £2800 all inclusive for 10 days, I’ve had better value.

Just avoid the Superior Suites, you might end up under the solarium and hear the jacuzzi, chairs scraping and it doesn’t quieten down during the night when I guess it’s cleaned. Other than that the hotel is nice, staff are helpful too!

Got back yesterday. Hotel lovely and clean. Food was great. The staff are lovely very friendly. Always willing to help. My mum had a accident on her scooter and wacked her head on the wall. The manager was great and constantly asked mum if she was ok the rest of the week. Hopefully we will be back. Only down side was on discription it says we had sunbed snd ps2 in the room which we didnt.

Couldn't ask for anything more, first class in every way from the friendly animation staff, dedicated restaurant team serving fantastic food and vino. A family holiday made extra special, thank you Fergus Style!

We got back from a week stay yesterday. It will always hold special memories as we got engaged! We couldn't fault the food, everything was very clean, the entertainment staff are an absolute credit to the hotel and went out of there way to make everu adult and child's stay special. It is such a beautiful setting especially at sunset. The sunbeds were a little cramped around the pool but that meant we never had a problem getting one for the day!

Really lovely hotel great staff and fantastic private beach setting. Pebble entry to sea so beach shoes recomended. Would have rated this hotel a 5 but disliked the sun bed morning gran national. Needs better management of this as so many beds have towels on for hours but no humans appear. A system of no return in 2 hours where the towels are centrally stored works. Seen it in hotel in Lanzarote. So much fairer.

We've had an amazing week here. From beginning to the end, everything has been fantastic. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming but I need to give the animation team an extra mention as they go above and beyond to make every child feel special and they make sure everyone is having a good time especially Christina, Goofy&Ivan (my daughters loved them)! The hotel and the views from our room were amazing! We are leaving today and my daughters are already asking when we can come back. Thank you for making our holiday so special.

Nice rooms with fantastic balcony/patio areas. Food and beverage service staff were on the whole extremely attentive, with the quality of the food itself pretty good for an "all inclusive" venue. Special mention must go to the entertainment staff, they work so hard and are fantastic with kids and adults alike. Pool area could do with being a little larger and there is room for improvement on the quality of some of the food options and I would personally pay a little more money to have the "all inclusive" package running 24/7 rather than from 11am to 11pm. Plenty of things for kids to do, it's own secluded beach and a rooftop pool and sunbathing area for adults only means it has something for everyone.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff but pool / entertainment area to small for amount of guests. War of the sunbeds definitely took away from the otherwise fantastic time my family and I had! Food fantastic and staff really are lovely, accommodating and so child friendly but had to get up 7.30am to put down towels onto sunbed as there was no where near enough and pool wasnt that big but crammed with sunbeds. Such a shame as ticks all the boxes for us but would stop me returning in the summertime.

The food was cold at breakfast and not that nice. You had to go downstairs really early to get enough sunbeds for you and your family. The bar doesn't open until 11 o'clock, so except from breakfast you cannot get a drink until then. The pool should be slot bigger for the amount of visitors they have but except from all that the holiday was quite relaxing and good for kids because the kids club is very good and they constantly have activities on for adults such as: -Darts -Badminton -Cocktail demonstrating (really funny) -Water polo And lots and lots and lots more!

Just back Tuesday from a week staying at this hotel. The stay was fab the hotel and room was spotless, the food was amazing and the staff all very friendly, polite and helpful which all helps to creating a fantastic family oriented atmosphere.
The pool area I felt was a bit crammed but didn’t stop kids having fun and the entertainment was also good.

Great hotel, pre-cut rooms (not all), good food, very pleasant staff but poor location. To the small beach of Santa Ponsa 20 minutes on foot to the hill, before stopping as well.

We stayed for the last fortnight of May … so we avoided Bank Holiday which I was told would be very different from our experience!. We had an excellent stay. Room 044 I could not fault this hotel apart from the Wi-Fi which was not good in our block. Needs another Router. I needed it for business communications but had to give up & use my Data package. Other than that it was excellent in every way… Cleanliness Efficiency Friendliness of all staff & willingness throughout our stay. Food was tops. Always hot. Fresh. A terrific choice always. Restaurant immaculate. Waiters & staff super efficient. Never rushed. Never had to wait for a table. Management brilliant Entertainment every evening. Bedrooms. A suite. Spacious. Impeccable. Beds were really really comfortable. TV with some English channels. Tea making facilities. Fridge. A safe. Balcony overlooking pools & with sea view. Air Con but not needed. Room Service. Immediate attention if required. Reception. Very helpful Location. Very good. No hotel beach but beaches 20 min walk away. Within easy reach of towns. Taxi & bus close-by. Pools. Two. One for children. Sparking & very clean. Plenty of sun beds when we were there. We had a super 2 week holiday & would return without hesitation. Just avoid school holidays. So I am very happy to give this hotel full marks.

Food is excellent as are the staff the hotel is spotlessly clean. I would have given a higher rateing if I wasn't for the pool Area. See below: Downside pool area is small not enough sunbeds. Beach is not owned by the hotel therefore the beach is not always there we went out in peak session May/June no sand to be found.

Looks OK from the outside but has been cheaply done nice if u know what I mean. I would rate the food 7/10. The beds in the rooms are not good for wot it cost to stay 4/10. The outdoor pool area is very over crowded. The sun loungers are literally touching each other with no room to spare at all 4/10. My honest opinion.

The food is average, the rooms are not liked, the animation and service are good.

Don't arrive late through no fault of your own. We arrived at 23.10 after a delayed flight we was told by booking in staff since we had not eaten since lunch time the restaurant had a policy to do a cold Buffy for us as a late arrival we went down to the restaurant and was refused any food whatsoever we even asked for fruit. Most places closed at 12 midnight so we was unable to get anything to eat. When we came back the reception staff had changed to Jamie who we told we had been unable to find anything he was very unhelpful and said there was nothing he could do. We reported this to the jet 2 staff who took it up with the staff we got a gesture of good will bottle wine 3 days later nut no apology. The jet 2 staff were very helpful. One concern is if people have young children trying to sleep the entertainment from the outside stage is very loud each evening.

Excellent service, excellent housekeeping, waiters and very kind entertainment throughout.

All in includes pizzas and pastis ^^ 5 stars;)

Amazing hotel, everything you could want! Extremely clean, everywhere, staff work tirelessly keeping everything clean and tidy in a caring and friendly manner. Food is plentiful and a great selection, if you can't find something, you may need to look at your choice of holiday rather than complain about this hotel. I would come here again and plan to do so, pool area, sun terrace on roof, lovely gardens all added to a welcome atmosphere.

Very nice, quiet, very good food and very nice, attentive and fast staff. We were very satisfied.

Had an excellent week at this hotel. Nice spacious room with balcony. Hotel very clean and food superb. One critism would be plenty for the kids to do but not for adults. Band on one evening and the bar was rocking but that was it, boring. One other thing very large queue for the bar at peak times. As all inclusive l think this is deliberate to stop people taking full advantage.

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in on the island. Very modern and contemporary feel about it, staff helpful and friendly. Food excellent, also has table service available. The hotel has loads of activities and entertainment, it even has it's own ponies.

Great holiday, but many Englishmen in the hotel. So we have been able to refresh our English skills again. Great Annimation.

It is notable that this hotel attracts a significant number more good reviews out of high season than during peak times such as the summer holidays. We Stayed for a week in August on an all inclusive basis booking a Superior Suite. There is no way this hotel is a 4 Star Rating. On arrival heavy smell of disinfectant apparent. Not a particularly welcoming environment. Reception staff looked disinterested and did not welcome us as new guests. They provided minimal information and did not enquire if we required any assistance taking baggage to our room. The room was advertised as a Superior Suite. This can only be based on the larger size balcony with a sunbed and the fact we overlooked the pool with a side seaview which was pleasant. On entering there was an over powering smell of very strong bleach which was unpleasant and similar to an over chlorinated swimming pool which remained throughout our stay. The "Superior Suite" has the extra benefit of a complimentary fridge stocked with branded soft drinks and water which was a nice touch. There is a free safe in room and a complimenaey robe and slippers. The room also has complimentary tea and coffee, however no cups and saucers had been provided. The room was basic with plain whitewashed walls. Light fitting in the room was connected poorly hanging loosley from the ceiling. We were horrified to discover in the small storage room two pairs of childrens wet swimming trunks on the cabinet one of which was soiled.

Brilliant place for adults and kids. Lovely staff great services and place.

Currently into our 3rd day of 8. Awesome place for families and couples alike. Lots going on both in house and locally. Food from breakfast through to late night is amazing and great tasting with plenty of choice for both adults and children, meat eaters and vegetarians. Rooms are clean and fresh with maid service daily. Outdoor pool for kids and adults and undercover heated pool. Beech side bar avaliable through the day and all free if fully inclusive. Local beach a short 10 to 15 mins walk. Worth the walk passing stunning waterside views or local shops and bars. Nothing bad to say about this place and rated 5 stars as I just can't fault it. 24hr reception. All staff friendly and happy to help. Well worth a holiday here.

We had a very nice short break, nice rooms cleaned every day, food is good for an all exclusive, hard working friendly staff, only moan would be very cold pool that gets virtualy no sun.

Excellent value for money, especially when going all inclusive. Some named brands included in all inclusive (Smirnoff, Gordon's). Very friendly staff and the place is immaculate. Would love to stay again.

Exquisite tapas on the beach. I did not like the beer in plastic glass (it was not glass). The food, delicious.

Very disappoiting 4 star all inclusive. The best bits are the adult only rooftop (but you have to pay for), clean rooms, lovely and helpful staff and the quaint location. The bad: Food quality and selection — repetitive and poor quality… very kids focused burgers and sausages galore Pool area over crowded… small pool and slippy… get up early to put towels down Queuing for a drink Not disabled friendly (grandma has a pusher) Dreadful coffee from the machine Not enough staff The inside bar area and restaurant have an awful musty smell… I literally hold my nose Snack food is dreadful and buffet style — not a true all inclusive… you have to pay for better alcohol and for a decent ice cream.

Hotel is great, food great, staff very helpful, clean and great family atmosphere, Air con not as good as expected, but reception staff got 2 electric fans in our room free of charge, very quick to rectify any issues, rooms are on the small side, double bedroom and sofa bed and temp bed in lounge area, not great with 3 young children, but as we only slept there wasn't a big issue, be prepared for the 08:00 towel run to the pool to reserve your sun lounges lol! All in all had a great stay and maybe would return (if air con Better)

I loved every part of staying in this hotel, which urged me to write a review. We belong to Uk but ethnically we are Indians. We have never felt like a foreigner in this place, I will give five star for the hardworking staff in the restaurant, bar and extra love for the entertainment staff who keeps our kids busy. They are very kind and generous and you will see this generosity in each staff you meet. No fuss at all. This is the best hotel I will recommend for any family. My both kids enjoyed the pool, no doubt it's busy but that shows how well loved the place is. I personally enjoyed my first ever experience in snorkelling. The rooms are immaculate and maintained nicely. I don't have any negative thing to say and I am very critical when it comes to spending quality time with family. Its a family hotel. The only thing I can say for singles or couples who want to spend time alone /quiet time in the pool cannot be achieved otherwise every other thing can be enjoyed startling from the scenic view to food. I will definitely come back to this hotel ever time I visit Mallorca. Goofy you are really a star and my kids are missing you. I was so mesmerised by the hotel entertainment that I have kept my profile video with my kids dancing in the hotel arena. Thank you for wonderful memories.

Good points rooms are nice and clean and the staff work very hard. Bad points the staff are working very hard because not enough of them. Sometimes the que is 17 long to get a drink pool side. Not everything is all inclusive The all inclusive bar shuts at 11pm but you can buy a drink up untill 1130pm? The food becomes very repetitive after 2 days. Around the pool is very busy. People que for 8 am to get a sun bed and its a big race! And the sun beds are so close together you couldn't get a 50p between them!

Great view over the sea. Very clean. Friendly happy staff. Really nice food. Comfortable beds. Good entertainment and all round great atmosphere. Staff put on a really good show, put in loads of time and effort. Very very clean. Staff encourage people to have a good time rather than sit and watch it go by.

We have just got back from the most amazing holiday we have ever had we can not give this holiday experience a better rating the food was amazing, the hotel rooms were amazing, all with amazing views the children's clubs are fantastic run by fantastic members of staff the restaurant staff could not do enough for you and too top of our holiday was the amazing entertainment staff goofy, Cristina, and nello worked there fingers to the bone day and night my children loved them all and they couldn't have done anymore to make our holiday to remember well organised 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Would recommend to anyone looking forward to our return visit.

We were there with a group in October 2015. Except for things, everything's great. It was discouraged that after eating his coffee with to out there took. Personally I felt a shame that in the evening the bar no longer on had. The beach next to the hotel was nice and also not usable. Really, really bad. In a few minutes, a nice bath place is then to find. Otherwise really a very nice and well maintained facility. Delicious buffet, we look forward to our next vacation in October 2016.

LEl treatment of the staff very friendly, the hotel is good, but the food was worse than bad. I don't think return or recommend it to anyone, the food every day, pasta, sausages, anburguesas.

We (family) have 2014 good to very good experiences with or in the Hotel. Are 2015 there again.
