Super clean and modern room facilities. Pool area is top. Location directly on the beach, it is better not to go. Again and again! Drinks and food is also super delicious.

I don’t know the reason why they market this hotel as a 4 star hotel. This a descent 3 star hotel. B&b. Nice location. Very small pool, very small fitness & spa area.

Highly recommend this hotel as it is nearby the important spots. Furthermore the kitchen is good and the rooms are renovated. U can use the shower with four people.

Decent hotel next to the beach with buffet style breakfasts and dinner.

Super Hotel very clean really nice staff. Breakfast top sufficient. And the beds and the rooms just hammer. Can I only recommend.

Beautiful pool area with real Lawn. Right on the playa. Rooms small but comfortable. Very good rainforest shower with Pressure. Very light polite and therefore often restless Nights due to celebrating ballerman guests.

Very happy with my stay. Always try to satisfy yourself.

It was a very nice hotel. The less the toilets in frosted glass and the sink next to the bed! I hear they like it.

The hotel is right on the beach. The location is great. The rooms are nice and clean but unfortunately it is very location. In addition, many people can not behaved to the other guests. All nights, furniture is pushed around. A tip to the hotel: you could put the feet of the furniture with felt. Would certainly be an improvement by 50%.

Nothing bad to say about the hotel, very good attention, especially Carlos, the manager, amazing views, walk to the beach, rooms completely refurbished, a great hotel with very good professionals.

We had a very nice stay at Hotel Aya. In the first season of the ballerman it is louder on deb streets, but you can get like nothing in the hotel. The garden with pool and sunbathing area is located in the "courtyard" of the hotel and is really quiet.
The room was very clean, but not as modern as we had hoped. The bathroom is very elegant and modern. In the room we felt safe and comfortable.
The location is actually great — easy over the road and you're already on the beach. The breakfast buffet was very clear and it was also thought of for guests who want to keep fit or have intolerances. We always had a great place overlooking the beach and sea.
The staff is very nice and speaks very good German — not a crucial point for us, but it makes it easier for us to stay when we have had complicated questions.
The hotel is definitely highly recommended for those who want to explore Mallorca and need a relaxed accommodation.

Directly on the promenade — sea view appartement.

First beach line with sea view — what more could you want? In a few steps you are at Mega — Park and to the center of the party — mile are just a few minutes ' walk away. To shopping — tours to Palma you use the very cheap, like Fleet Express bus, with stop right next to the Aya. The rental car offered by the hotel — service with shuttle — service was extra class and also very attractive in price, as priority was given to vehicles from 2015/16. We use the offer for tours to Cala Figuera, Cala d'or, can Picafort, Formentor, Port d ' Andratx, Santa Ponsa and Valdemossa. Our excursions were all full of experiences and also offered a lot of potential for the photo album. Only point of criticism: The holiday was far too short and the wonderful time passed as in the air.

The hotel has really come in the days and offers nothing beautiful around. Also the rooms are simply furnished nothing special nothing Nice.

Great location and here you get to know many people with whom you can go. Everything important is nearby and easy to reach.

Absolute 1st class hotel, probably the cleanest as well. Stayed for 1 night whilst traveling around the island, had to stay another because I liked it so much, food to die for as well. Fantastic hotel and staff! Just that extra mile pays off for me. Well done AYA**** keep up the good work! Ian.

The hotel is very clean and located right on the beach. The staff is friendly and the food delicious.
The audience is on average rather older.

We stay there for 2 nights was perfect, good location at the beach for night life. But the room at night you can hear everything from the room next door and around you. And the bed in the room is uncomfortable because the bed is twin and joining for make king size bed when you moved the the bed are separate from each other that annoying us all the time, the blog spring of the bed also make the noise all the time while we sit or move, In the room when we check in no duvet cover on the bed just each bed got 2 normal bed sheets and yellow bed cover and each bed for only 1 pillow not 2 as on the picture, that not seem like in the picture when we booking. But the rest are perfect.

Well, the hotel is fine with the pool but there is no parking.
My stay went well but I couldn't sleep at all the first night due to noise and the neighbors in the next room
But, the manager changed the room to me the next day.

Hotel directly at the beach, nice view if you are on the front side (better view from 2nd floor and above than 1st), small pool in the back of the hotel, hotel is verry central with lots of bars and restaurants around it. No hotel parking. Good room service. More a loud place in the night but was ok to sleep. Shower and air conditioner are weak.

Drinks in the Lobby were good. Exactly aß we Expected.

We had a pleasant lunch, helpful staff although poorly prepared in English, very good paella and also the sangria deserved. Back.

Went to this place for dinner. Perfect location next to the beach. Affordable food and drinks. Friendly waitstaff. And there was a busker on the otherside of the road playing lovely music. Top night!

We were 21.09.15 to 05.10.15 in this Hotel. From the beginning, friendly, obliging staff. The food is varied and good. The dining room is unfortunately, for many guests is too narrow and too small. The rooms are clean. Located near the beach, centrally located. Always happy.

Very good con… tasty breakfast… the room was very attentive and Sauber. Gute Wi-Fi connection and even per person free Internet connection in the hotel room… friendly staff… Recommended… was there for the first time and I was again this hotel definitely visit… :) :) :) :) :)

Highly recommended all available it takes on the holiday.

Trouble give nice hotel, good food, staff themselves. Wi-Fi very slowly but widely available. Pool grade that reaches out for size of hotel dining room is unkind
set up and a bit too small for the many guests. Bathrooms with bathtub and shower curtain no longer up — to — date. But all very clean and well kept.
Had a double room with extra bed thereby the room was very small.
But the hotel deserves its 4 stars! Again and again.

Been there several times already. This year again. Location, food good, staff nice, Wi-Fi ranges up to the wall, what if you want more :-).

The service and the location is particularly outstanding in the Hotel Aya. Right in the Centre of El Arenal and still with plenty of rest by the pool. The service at the reception is very good, the staff have good knowledge of foreign languages. The dinner is good, the dishes are fresh and meat dishes are prepared before the eyes part. At breakfast, you can get a large pot of coffee (at least 5 cups) without having it constantly to catch up to — SUPER! The service is fast and friendly. The only thing to put out is, is the cleanliness in my room. Unfortunately were still the hair of the predecessor (in) in the bathroom. 3 days would not be taught by the trash can in the bathroom. The shower can not completely be closed, this is the half bath in the shower under water. Gratisalarm there for the free shower and shampoo samples. Up on the small flaws in cleanliness, Hotel Aya recommended and his money worth.
