Very nice rooftop and very friendly staff. Bedrooms are also spacious enough and the sea view is great! A lot of ambiance in the evening and great shops all around.

Great hotel, located in the bustling el Arenal, close to all the locals. The hotel has all the comforts and the staff is very friendly. Our room was seafront and was nicely decorated.
Equipped with a panoramic terrace with bar where you can have cocktails and sunbathe on the deckchairs or stay in the jacuzzi.
the room dedicated to the spa instead is subject to payment.
The food was all very nice and good, with beautiful dishes also to see, well served by the chefs.
The hotel does not have private umbrellas, so we equipped ourselves by buying an umbrella for 7 euros in the shops.
The evening nightlife is felt until late at night (mostly German people) so I recommend this hotel only if you can bear screaming music etc, as it is all el Arenal.
I highly recommend this Hotel and we will be back!

Are currently still here and completely satisfied. Very friendly staff and good food where there is something for everyone. Tastes are different! very good location to the beach, pool and party mile.

Amazing hotel with a sunlounging area and swimming pool lon the rooftop!

Staff is RUDE, hotel is very dated, no parking, rooms are hot, and beds are uncomfortable. Seriously, this hotel is a dump!

Modern, clean, cozy. The food is great. Wai-fai is free, even in the rooms, the speed is quite decent and stable (this hotel pleasantly surprised). At night from the street you can hear loud sounds (songs, slogans, shouts) of drunken guests from other countries (I understand that this is a feature of the island itself)

The hotel is generally nice. Located near the sea.

Hotel almost perfect+… (staff the top), too bad that'it is located in the district of "German" or reign the dirt and the noise… the day and especially at night with the return of the "binge"… which imposes on all morning, the passage d'a multitude of vehicles and personnel of the road to replenish the beach, the promenade and flower beds of plants. Funny behavior of our German neighbors, men … and women should not behave this way at home.

Real class! I can only recommend. Nice staff, good food, clean rooms and the beds are also not located by. Will come back again. Thank you for your Service.

Little glimpse of what the hotel is.

The hotel is very centrally located, at the height of the B4. The rooms have been renovated in recent years, unfortunately the bathrooms are still in their original condition. The food buffet for the evening is versatile, everyone will find something here.

Breakfast is superb. Very friendly staff. Our room clean and neat. The mattress a little too soft for our taste, the only downside. Hotel in front of the sea, super terrace too.

Had the most awesomest holiday ever. My son turned 7 yrs while the time we spent here. Had a great suprise to him with the restaurant staff. Cleaner did a great job and food was good. Only minus for the pizzas by the pool. But had the greatest time anyways.

Food was alright. Rooms were fine. Some people at the reception seemed rather troubled and got rooms confused. Had a stranger walking into our room becauss they gave out a wrong card.

I have given three stars because the hotel is brilliantly located in the flat and level sea front and I plan to stay there next time I am visiting S Arenal. Will give a verdict after that.

Impeccable in organization, offer of services (impressive variety of buffet breakfast, spa zone, solarium etc. ) And interest of the employees in solving the small problems or emergencies of the clients.

The hotel is really top. We have been able to book it very cheaply at short notice and will definitely come back. Comfortable beds, quiet rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast is first class, the views from the rooftop terrace magnificent.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. Thank you to reception anything they could do to help was no trouble at all. They were always very helpful and happy to go that extra mile … it was spotlessly clean. Food wax amazing. Just loved it. I will certainly be going bk … x.

Newly renovated hotel. Nice room. The best thing about the hotel is the rooftop terrace with Jacuzzi. The room was clean and comfortable. Best views of the playa.

Very good location, good food and rooftop top!

Great hotel right on the beach and right in the middle of the action. It is not far to the Upper Bavaria and the ball-man 6. The food is also totally delicious and the rooftop terrace with this magnificent view of the bar and the whirlpool just the hammer.

People smoking everywhere, really disgusting. Everybody speaks german, teenagers screaming everywhere.

Great place if your coming in and out of the airport, I wouldn't want to spend a whole vacation here though. Well worth the price we paid and came with free meals.

The hotel is very close to the beach and the Megapark… roof terrace is the hammer…

Eat well. Our room was very small but nice. Nice staff. Gym too small, not even dumbbells or anything like that. Rooftop terrace with great views. Location right on more 400m to Megapark.

Good value for money. To the beach just over the moderately busy road. Room small but nice. Very friendly staff. Large, varied and very tasty breakfast — and dinner buffet. Spanish beer and Mallorcan wine at moderate prices.

Good, clean hotel. Rooms are large enough and some of them have a great view with a large balconey. (see the picture for our view) The Wi-Fi is avaliable in rooms and has good speed. The pool is big enough and the food is decent (breakfeast is nice but dinner not that good).

Topp Hotel… … first… … super Service… due to the renovations of the last few years in a really great condition… the best is the roof terrace with Pool and fantastic views over the whole Playa… we will always come back.

A hotel to spend a few days frwnte to the beach. Good views from above.

I ve paid about 100 Euro for a night at Hispania Hotel in Mallorca. Actually, everyone was friendly. But I was forced to sleep on the beach. 40 degrees Celsius (100 Fahrenheit) at night in the room (same story with my neighbours). Hotwire promised a refund, the Hotel Hispania as well. But nothing happened, even after almost 3 weeks. The hotel lies toward hotwire, that the problem was not reported (4 times reported! ) and hotwire lies, like you can imagine, about the "hot rates" that are in fact more expensive than bookings thru every other 3rd party. Veriefied by my international press-card, international 1905027

Great hotel, very clean, great service, friendly staff, good food. The Sky bar is absolutely "spot-on". Small pool area with sun all day, good service, close to beach and close to everything. Would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Excellent service, my wife was really sick when we arrived and we were early arriving but they were very accommodating and very helpful, we managed to get into our room and checked in early so my wife could get to lay down. The room was excellent clean, modern, great view and being right next to the sky lounge was a bonus. Beds were comfy and the bathroom shower was amazing. Only staying for one night and having a sick wife meant we didn't get to see as much as we would have wanted, but I managed to get around and the location is excellent right next to the coastline and with many shops and places to eat. Booking a taxi for very simple we had a very early flight and had no issues with the prompt service taxi came withing 2 minutes.

I visited this hotel for the past three years now in April. The staf is very friendly, the rooms are cleaned well and the food is good. The buffet is Spanish German oriented. I go to Mallorca for cycling and this hotel is perfect for that. You can take your bike to your room but there is also a cellar where you can store your bike. I can be a bit noisy sometimes but I think that this is normal taking into account that you are basically sleeping on the boulevard. Since this year they have a terras on the roof of the hotel where you have an amazing view over the bay.

Hotel is 3 and 4, within walking distance of MegaPark Central between Ballermann, etc. And is located directly on the beach promenade.
Hotel restaurant with excellent and very diversified menu in super quality. Directly overlooking the sea.
Service very attentive, friendly and fast.
Outstanding roof terrace (in double respects ;-) ), a real highlight!
Hotel pool in the courtyard, small but functional.
Rooms: we had out a room with mini-1-Chair balcony to a crossroads, it was extremely noisy (traffic, deliveries, refuse collection vehicles: also very early in the morning). Mosquitoes. Possible to sleep with the window closed. State in general quite comfortable, water stains in the area of air conditioning on the ceiling. Coat-hanger Panel fell from the wall. Cabinet base defective. Mattresses very hard.
Wi-Fi worked in the rooms almost never and in the rest of the House only sporadically. The reception staff exhibited only new access data on our complained and said, because it "might" be. Brought nothing but.
Bottom line: Rooms and Wi-Fi were as good as softened roof terrace and restaurant and the noise problem, we could again determined.

A hotel in a nice, close setting shops and the 25 bus line, the express line to Palma.
The restaurant offers varied and good buffets.
Possibility to eat outside planned hours: morning coffee + what is out and in the evening a cold plate.
We called at the last minute and we were even offered it. It is really appreciable.
A few areas of improvement:
-Some of the staff speaks french but some don't even speak English
-Missing a place to put the suitcases in the room
-Pay water at the restaurant of the hotel
-No explanations for the restaurant. We go home, we choose his table, is used, we eat and we leave. No one is asking us our room number where whatever it is… to share to pay for the drinks.

Now we turn to 4. X in this Hotel. Always happy. We were already before the renovation there. But now everything is bright and Friendly. Buffet super.

Tip top very nice vacation.
