The room, the staff, the breakfast, the dinner, the Tapas Bar and the location of the hotel are very-very perfect! We had a wonderful holiday there, I just can recommend this hotel to everyone!

Good modern. The hotel, 5 storeys, 3 degrees but in comparison with Italy all 4, 2 small. The pools are fed very well, free. Wi-Fi, one minus! "The German behaves in a way — screaming, drinking without measure, in the east. I am fine. Solid 4 out of 5 points.

Location is very good. Near the beach & plenty of stores and restaurants in the area! Reception was renovated though but I think because of the hotel always fully booked and many guest arriving and going makes also the sit facilities worn out, but to a traveler like me, this is not so catastrophic:) breakfast was very good, many choices! Dinner is also good, every dinner new theme like Asian or Spanish, British etc. We received also a room upgrade to a suit and situated at the corner of the hotel and the view to the street, nearby buildings and the beach is for me fascinating:) so those who want more and not satisfied with this 3 Stars hotel book next time at a five star one! Travel more perhaps you become more happy with your life! Hotel service with their 3 Stars is Top.

In such a bad hotel I have never been, unfriendly staff, arm irons in the room, broken air conditioning, broken furniture, disgusting eating almost died while eating a fish by swallowing various bones.
And the two pools were top… Fun the last dirt, far too small and too little lying by the pool.
Who should book this hotel is to blame. Basically, it was a very shit-infested holiday. Not recommended further (I have to give a star, I would give otherwise minus 100000000).

Recommended for a short trip. It is clean and centrally located. Breakfast offer is expandable.

We cancelled a flight and it was the hotel that touched us.
You walk into the front desk and you think very nice and very modern all this and above "for free" but of course… The only refurbished is the reception, the old rooms and you hear absolutely everything from the other rooms and the hallway, impossible to rest.
As our flight did not go out until the end of the day, they had to give us breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Breakfast was good.
For dinner the same, even the young lady at the front desk managed a snack to take us because we didn't give time to dine at the hotel.
But for the food, the elderly and short lady who is in reception, with a sympathy that characterizes him, told us that they did not give meals, that almost they did us the favor in putting a menu… Well then we sat down to eat and the "menu" was that without even asking us put: a salad for two (this if it was fresh), a plate for each with a piece of tortilla, a couple of pieces of cheeks and some cooked rice, obviously all this overheated, that is to say, leftovers. And if you want to drink something, you have to pay. But of course, they don't give meals, we almost have to say thank you.
Eating reluctantly and what you could, comes a couple who does not stay at the hotel and sits at a table and offers you a letter to ask for whatever you want.

Unconvincing. Problems with rebooking, rooms not clean and spartan furnished. A second star for the good breakfast!

Nicely renovated hotel, great selection of food for breakfast and dinner. Just room walls are very thin and I was able to hear everything from neighbors even there we not loud.

This is an ideal Hotel in the wrong location. Great food & Staff. Area is a little unkempt but beach & facilities make your stay worthwhile. Hotel prices cheaper than nearby bars.

This is a hotel that deserves the three stars, newly built, clean and modern, with diaphanous and well-lit stays, cozy cafeteria, attentive and friendly employees, on the televisions of the bar give the football matches of the Spanish league, which does not happen in Other cafes and hotels of the Arenal, are very close to the beach and the bus stop both from the Express to Palma, as the ordinary.

Rooms correspond to Central European 3-Star standard. Food rather poor…

Came here for a cycling holiday late March. Good cycle storage, although not quite big enough for the 50+ bikes in there. There are cables to lock your bike up with a padlock of you have one, so I recommend bringing one of those. The hotel opposite has a track pump and bike cleaning facilities you can use. The rooms are fine, beds comfortable, hot, powerful shower, daily maid service. The walls are very thin, however. The location of the hotel should mean that there aren't rowdy groups staying here, but if they were to come, and they're next to, or above you, you would know about it. The food is pretty good. Breakfast has everything you could ask for, complete with a chef who will cook pancakes and omelletes (well something resembling them) for you. Dinner is OK, very similar offerings each night, again with a chef who will cook you something to order. Bar is good with lots of TVs. Location is right by the sea with shops very close by. I had an inward facing room and couldn't hear any noise (in the off season). I would come back.

Great place was there for a week cycling. Excellent location.

Very friendly staff, all were very good German. The room was the Standard accordingly, but unfortunately very clairaudient. The Breakfast was one of the Best I have at the Playa de Palma have experienced. Area around the Hotel is rather dingy. Nevertheless, right here is price/performance.
