I absolutely love this gem of a hotel and have been 3 times now. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are happy and friendly and a real credit to the hotel.

A beautiful property with all the basic and amazing amenities. Rooms are large with good sized balconies. Food was great with a lot of options of vegetarian and vegan options as well.

This hotel was 10/10 in every single aspect!

We are thrilled with the hotel! The food here was amazing! We stayed for 7 days, and there was a buffet for breakfast and dinner with a huge variety of dishes.

We stayed at Iberostar Waves Bahía de Palma for a week and really enjoyed it! The location is excellent – so close to the beach, which made it perfect for a relaxing holiday.

We had a very pleasant stay, but what truly impressed us was the staff.

The stay was pleasant, although a bit noisy. Breakfast was good and varied.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. From the very beginning, the service was outstanding especially Yasmina at the front desk, who was incredibly kind, professional, and sweet at all times.

Beautiful hotel. Stayed in 714 top floor so access to the prestige roof terrace. Room first class, balcony jacuzzi bath was lovely touch and room spot on with the best ever sea view.

Great place to stay, love the panoramic balconies. Decor, pool and spa are lovely. I really enjoyed the food. Pool towels are a nice touch and so was the tea coffee and water.

Everything was perfect, from the smooth check in, to the glass of champagne offered as a welcome drink. The staff is very friendly.

Stayed at the hotel and wasn’t let down.
The feedback on the rooms was how small they were and I saw some that were small but the room I stayed in was a good size. Almost like a studio.

Only arrived this morning and haven’t really had the best experience that I would expect from a 5 star hotel.

Friendly staff, good Wi-Fi, great buffet (high quality/variety), good bicycle facilities && clean, large and modern rooms. All in all, great stay!

The best art hotel, breakfast buffet and staff I've experienced in years. Excellent location. Comfy mattresses although a double bed would've been preferred to 2 singles as I'm very tall.

We really enjoyed our say in October 2023 at HM Tropical. The rooms were comfortable and with a beautiful view. The staff was extremely helpful.

Our experience at the hotel was wonderful. I would like to mention Antonio first of all for the moment of arrival.

We, 8 people, were warmly welcomed. The rooms are clean and sufficiently large. The breakfast is super fresh and offers something for everyone.

Good, simple but clean 1 star hotel — unfortunately no elevator but with nice, uncomplicated people and a simple breakfast. Right in the middle of the action "2nd row" from the beach.

Arrived at the hotel late evening to be told we were being upgraded to the Riu San Fransisco hotel on a full board basis instead of half board and a taxi would take us there.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel from start to finish. When we arrived we got our room upgraded for free to a sea view and a complimentary bottle of cava. We also got a free dinner included.

We chose the hotel for a project of my company. We were approx 70 people during a long week. The service they provided was fantastic, from top to bottom.

I had a wonderful stay at Aubamar Suites & Spa. The staff were incredibly hospitable, friendly, and always willing to accommodate any request.

Was disappointed with the food and entertainment. We had read previous reviews and the food was rated very good but we found all the food was tepid, the plates were cold. Lack choice of vegetables.

Excellent for the price! From the moment we arrived post midnight but were offered a late supper laid out in the restaurant — we were impressed. What a lovely touch and well appreciated.

What a wonderful four days in Majorca it has been…. We have loved every moment of our stay at Pure Salt in the junior sea view suite.

Great Hotel, very friendly, very clean and the food is fantastic. Good Gym and the pool area is great. This Hotel is a great place to stay. Close to the shops and beach.

I want to highlight Irene’s performance at the reception. Very genuine & lovely person, she recognises people after — in my case — a 2 night stay and welcomes them by name in the needed language!
