Very disappointed with the price of drinks. I live on the island and have never paid such prices in a hotel. I was given a glass of wine from the all inclusive pump and charged 4 euros, not even a glass from a nice bottle. Was also charged 4 euros for a canita. There were lots of young school children in the hotel and babies using the indoor heated pool. The spa was close by the pool and noise levels put me off booking a relaxing spa treatment which was the reason for booking this hotel.

Good so far. Day one proved to be lovely with great service and food was fab for the first night but not much veg options for the rest of the days and found meat pieces in some of the salads.
Veg should be kept separate please. Disappointed ☹️

Iberostar Cristina is one of the best hotels I and my bf have been to. It actually made us feel like we were on a cruiseship holiday. There are different activities/shows that will entertain you. There is a wide variety of food to choose from. The staff are very accomodating, polite and very helpful. And the facilities are fresh and modern. We will definitely come back again. We are looking forward to it. Thank u Iberostar. See u again next year!

Absolutely lovely hotel and facilities. Room layout and decoration was nice but double rooms were a bit on the small side. Also seems breakfast finishes too early, 11:30 would probably be a more suitable time. Again dinner also finishes a tad early. Yet overall a lovely hotel.

Such a beautiful hotel. Great facilities and amazing food. It's definitely worth going all inclusive as the buffets are brilliant and change daily. The staff really do go the extra mile to make the stay perfect, I have not experienced customer service like this before. We will definitely go back for out family holiday. I would definitely ignore the very few bad reviews there are, like the one before mine giving 1/5! But no explanation at all. That will be because there is no way you could give such a well run fabulous hotel a one star. Recommended 100%

Excellent hotel, very clean and welcoming, beautiful room and very modern, ideal for children as there is plenty of entertainment, with all-you-can-eat bar and cocktails, the buffet is just huge and very varied ditto for breakfast. I really recommend for a family vacation.

Very nice hotel! We always like to come back because the food is so delicious, the program for young and old varied and the staff is so friendly and helpful. The family room has been spacious, well air conditioned and clean. The beach is not far away, so you can quickly switch between pool and beach. We have had a very nice time and would like to book the hotel again at any time.

Friendly, comfortable and clean hotel. The staff are excellent providing a very friendly and efficient service. The evening entertainment is varied and staff productions sometimes appear more fun to participate in than watch. The rooms are comfortable and kept very clean. The food is Mediterranean buffet and considering it is catering for the masses it is very good, as long as you like fish and meat there is a good variety, not quite so good if you are vegetarian. The gym is small and the indoor pool is closed during the summer. As a family orientated hotel it delivers very well.

We had such a good week and experience at Iberostar Cristina. Like many others, I think the hotel is clean and the food was of good quality every day. We really liked our room and the green patio outside. We loved the poolarea and having the beach close by. I would especially like to thank the staff who made us feel so welcome and at home! You made us participate in activities, laugh and dance. We bring shimmering memories to Sweden. Keep on doing an amazing work!

Been to one iberostar before this one and I’ve got to say this one is absolutely amazing, can’t fault this hotel at all. From the warm friendly check in to providing me with a fresh bowl of gluten free pasta from the chef in absolutely amazed by the entire staff at this hotel. The animation team are all amazing always super friendly and happy, the room was always immaculate and clean so I’ve got to thank the maids who clean daily they do an amazing job. Every meal time the gluten free options were always highlighted on a label which was a huge bonus for me with being coeliac I find it hard to find gluten free food abroad but they have gone above and beyond with this hotel. Over all I would recommend this hotel to anyone whether that be families or couples his hotel is accommodating for anyone, hopefully coming back next year as I can’t get enough of iberostar Cristina.

More than we expected… as my wife and me worked for Iberostar many year's ago (Animation) … The hotel looks fresh… Staff is awesome, always smiling and very helpful… Entertainment is less than we used to do, but time changes… over all great place to do family holidays.

The highlights: — very good location as located 10 minutes from the airport and 300 meters walk from the beach — beautiful and large heated pool — meals are buffet style. Great variety of dishes and very qualitative — price that corresponds to the benefits the point of improvement: — ask the maintenance agents to make the rooms only from 9am for the tranquility of everyone's sleep.
I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Very friendly staff, some of whom have been working there for years. The rooms have been renovated and new furniture has been installed. Parts of the previous equipment, such as room doors, were taken over and painted. The hotel now has a consistently bright and friendly overall impression and a very spacious pool. Breakfast, however, is below average for a 4-star hotel. A lot of convenience products, little choice when cold cuts. No ham or salmon. Pros: Freshly squeezed juices.

We use it for work. The first time was a good experience but the second time everything went to worse. It is very thought for tourists. Dinner ends at 9pm. The parking is chaotic. Next time we will try the heated pool… to see if we take it off.

The hotel is bright and nicely designed. Also a compliment to the staff who keep the outdoor facilities in order.
The location was great. Short distances to the beach and the airport. Bus number 15 or 25 will take you to Palma without any change. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel.
The rooms are large, bright, clean and with huge TV. Reception, pool, staff all right. The Food in buffet form (I had half board) is tastefully good. With the large selection you always find something.

Not my thing. Our room was dirty, especially in the bathroom. Food was not edible for us. Restaurant also had station atmosphere. Nevertheless, many seem to like it. The tastes go apart in every way.

Good experience in staying… But not with food as I am a pure vegetarian and there very few options kept. More options should be kept… Overall experience with staff and fun activities was excellent.

Very nice and in front to the sea, buffet is also good and the people are very polite. You have some restaurants and shops closer to the hotel. Btw if you want to dinner on the sea you can buy an excellent and cheapest sandwich in Supermarket Mari Loli behind the hotel.

Hotel back from the beach, a few street away. Finally not so bad because away from the hustle and bustle of the hotel surrounded by immense palm trees home friendly single but chic room with a small balcony only downside the restaurant… or refectory! Too many people jostling to have a seat, the quantity is the but not necessarily the quality… it's OK but too school canteen for the atmosphere.
Pleasant stay despite everything.

The hotel is ok but the attention at reception leaves you to wish for. We went in February with reservation made with more than a month in advance. We arrived at 13:30 and at 16:00 we still had no room available. If this happens in low season it will happen in the middle of August. The quality of the food is very justita for a four star and the dining hours fairer still. At 15:00h Close and at least ten begin to remove all food. I won't repeat.

Superb address, warm welcome close to the beach and quickly accessible by transport from the airport excellent BUFFET, fresh variety and quality very nice room, very clean perfect bathroom with shower with Italian cosmetic products Quality dining Room A bit noisy but possible to dine on the terrace quality night shows a real 4 star an address where we return!

The hotel gives a nice feeling of quality. Super friendly staff and good food. Plenty of services, albeit most of them have to be obtained by paying. Overall, a great place where to stay.

Bed bugs and cockroaches bite… Raid works good when we fumigate iberostar star spa room. Cheated & robbed by iberostar for selling me a fake spa upgrade & they refuse to give me refund $1500.00cdn — they have NO SPA ROOMS & KEEP MY $. I want my money back.

Was there for a week as a training camp there and it is well suited for that. Only a few minutes from the airport, with bike rental in the basement, indoor (ca 20m) and Outdoorpool (not in operation in February) as well as a small fitness room and sauna (costs extra). The food is very rich and in my opinion also varied enough. Also for vegetarians there is enough. With me the booking via the website was considerably cheaper than via the travel agency (depends on the flight connection in the end). Guests (February) : approx. 40%. Retired, 40% families and 20% athletes.

Great hotel with excellent cuisine and friendly staff. A good choice in low season. Could imagine that the summer is quite noisy due to the size of the hotel. Rooms are top and on Valentine's Day there was sparkling wine and roses at supper and chocolate on the bed.
So you can score with little effort at the guests.

One of the most recommended hotels I've ever been to. No words the buffet for dinner and breakfast. More complete cannot be. Room clean and very spacious.

The place is beautiful and the attention is great! In the reception all very clearly and very easy, in the dining room one passed as they cater to you, all in general very very friendly.

My room wasn't ready when I showed up a half hour before the scheduled check in time, so they gave me a comp ticket for lunch while I waited. Score! I had booked a room and the breakfast buffet and the mango smoothie alone was worth the cost of the breakfast. There's literally a smoothie bar on the buffet line for breakfast and a complimentary glass of bubbly. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and I was incredibly impressed by how many of the staff were multi lingual. My room was on the first floor and I was surprised by how much noise pollution made it's way inside. Also, there is no room service and there are no menus at the front desk. It's eat at the buffet (which costs extra) or fend for yourself, which can be pretty difficult in the low season. Overall a lovely experience.

Nice hotel. I was on a road trip there. A walk leads directly to the bicycle hire service. Prices are very fair. The wheels top equipped. The hotel maintained and the food very varied. Very good quality very nice staff. Pool maintained. I'd love to come back.

A comfortable hotel for fans (and probably fans) of cycling! The hotel has a bicycle garage with hundreds of bicycles — the vast majority of highways. A little upset by the lack of a kettle in the room…

Very nice three day experience at Iberostar Cristina. The place is a few steps from the sea and my 5th floor room gave a great view of the sea. You can get a massage (experience extra) I loved the aromatherapy. The food from the buffet was good and plentiful although expensive 20 euros for the meal. There is an offer of shows and activities even in winter. In general it was a great experience and I would definitely go back to this hotel. The employees are courtoies and speak several languages.

Great hotel, friendly staff. Very close to the beach and bus stop. Convenient to travel to the main city. Heated indoor pool which was nice addition. The only reason why I gave 4 star because the double bed is two single bed joined together which is not very convenient.

I had a great time staying at this hotel. It is a bit far from the city center and taxis cost about 15-20 euro to get there. However, if you are visiting during the summer and just want to have a good time on the beach, there is one just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Plenty of restaurants around the area too. The hotel itself was very good — rooms are clean and we'll maintained, there's a swimming pool, spa and tennis courts. I don't think you can go wrong if you choose Iberostar Cristina!

Location in low season ideal, bus nearby, car parking available. The hotel has been refurbished in the year 2015. Top modern and clean room and lobby. The service is great and the food has restaurant quality. Overall very recommended.

Very good attention. The food is good and varied. As it hits alone, the bar should be a couple of hours more open.
If you go with children they provide you with travel cots and some of the rooms have microslings. Which is to be appreciated with young children.

Awesome hotel! Stayed two years in a row. Booked always on the hotel's website and received a 10% discount. A great combination of price/quality for a 4. Great food, very friendly staff, a variety of entertainment every night. The hotel is comfortable for any age group, including couples with children.

We were 2 years ago the first time in this hotel and very enthusiastic.
This year it was again very nice (all in booked). Very friendly staff, clean rooms, delicious and varied food, the pool area clean and well maintained.
However, this year we noticed that the acoustics in the dining room are rather poor. The hotel was booked and accordingly noisy it was also when eating. Maybe you can do something with additional walls, curtains and pictures.
The evening entertainment was also varied and very good. However, on three evenings during our stay, entertainment was offered at the same time, which we felt was quite unfortunate. For one thing, you could dance in the courtyard and on the other, something was listed on the stage on the terrace. One was always pretty torn back and forth and the musicians in the courtyard actually played only for a very small audience, too bad!

As sit on my sun lounger for the last few hours of our short 5 day stay @ Christina iberostar pool side, I have never felt so welcome, cared for, from the maid service ladies in our room to the super smiles of the bar staff, it takes really good management to create such great staff, their welcoming personality are allowed to shine, our room was modern, clean, good beds, really quiet air conditioner in the room was such a great relief from the night heat, breakfast buffet was just huge, an omelette maker counter, pancake and waffle maker, full English breakfast maker, fresh Orange juice squeezer, it was so well staffed, again all happy to see you, help and serve you, great choice of cold hams, meats and cheeses galore, a big thank you to Jose who greeted us every morning, the pool area is also great, fanatics for young kids with great shallow part, an abundant amount of sun loungers and umbrellas to shade you from that midday sun, So thank you to everyone at the Christina for a wonderful time and we most definitely be back, Kind regards phil brighton room 515 An addition to my review Luke reviewed about the TV standby light on the TVs, on our Tv in the room there was little stickers to block the blue light, and yes the smoke detector did flash a tiny tiny little light but if you closed your eyes it does not effect your sleep.

Beautiful hotel, courteous staff, very clean, very large standard room, very rich breakfast with fruit centrifuges made at the moment, many pastries and salty.

Judging a hotel by them following their standard processes (e. G. Cleaning, food, pool and so on) is important but what is even more important is what kind of help you as a guest get when something falls outside the normal routines. We visited Iberostar Cristina in July this summer (i. E. 2017) and during our stay our 3 year old daughter was diagnosed with pneumonia. It’s not easy as parents to have a very ill child in the hospital and at the same time handling all practicalities (e. G. Extending the stay during high season) for the rest of the family but we got excellent help from hotel management and their staff! Thankyou everybody for helping us with this! I would also like to thank the wonderful staff at the local hospital (Son Llàtzer). Doctors coming up from the emergence department after the patient has been moved to another department, just for checking up on us is a wonderful sign that they care! We appreciate this very much! So perhaps my review of the hotel might be colored by above facts, but I’ll try to be as objective as possible: We’ve stayed at Iberostar hotels before (even though not at Cristina here in Palma) so we knew what to expect. It’s really hard to find anything bad which they can/need to improve so I concentrate on mentioning the parts where they excel and then I first would like to mention the staff at the kids club. Day after day (and evenings) they are there for the kids doing a wonderful job entertaining them!

Ideal hotel for a family holiday. Very dynamic, efficient and friendly staff. Only downside the soundproofing is not terrible and you hear the noises coming from the room next to hers.

Beautiful place for a family holiday.

Nice hotel spotlessly clean friendly staff good food, clean bedding. Let down by a musty smell as you enter your room. Nearly all rooms smell due to a design floor on the shower door leading to water pouring out of the door seal onto the laminate flooring which covers all the rooms, water then passes under the flooring appearing 30ft away from where it began and not smelling any better for it. Have stayed at this hotel twice now first time about 14 months ago and the problem was there then and it's still there now, management know about it but nothing has been done to rectify it.

A super sunny, relaxing vacation week spent at the hotel we, my parents and my niece. Every wish us by the staff, to highlight the front desk staff were met here.
I've also used the Spa Department, it was a unique experience. I have not experienced long so dear and competent employees. The food was super delicious and varied.
The hotel is located directly on the beach and there are many shopping opportunities.
A trip to Palma is always worthwhile.
I'll come back anyway.

A good hotel for the holidays. — The rooms are very correct. — In all that I was living, excellent and wide. — Bufett quite varied and of acceptable quality. — The staff is quite attentive and friendly. — A good swimming Pool, Close to the best Beach area of that zone. — Show animation during the day for adults and children, in a good to line, and the Spectacles of the night, it's very entertaining and varied. — Recommended Hotel to relax, and so I've been able to find out with the new remodeling that will make, is going to be spectacular.

The Hotel was great. The only bad thing was the heat in the restaurant, you should really get an Airco.

In comparison to other Hotels of the same category on the island of quite in order. Cleanliness fits. The rooms are not overly large but the balconies are great because they offer more privacy than usual. The food is very good. The staff are partly rather unmotivated and if you repairs reports such as e. G. A broken power sockets, then it ends with the fact that you repeatedly lied that everything is repaired, even though nothing was done. :-) If such situations are not personal and not very attentive Service awaits, I can this Hotel to quite further-recommend. I'll bring it up at the next looking for a Hotel on Mallorca definitely again include.

Perfect holiday with kids! Liked: Large apartment, air condition (can be switched off), large pool area. (Unobtrusive) activities program, Miniclub for kids + Minidisco at 20.30, evening shows at 21.30, all run by the fabulous Iberostar activity staff. Delicious and varied breakfast and dinner buffet. Short walk to beach, warm and calm sea water. Guests of various nationalities. Hotel's (pool side) surrounding surprisingly silent after midnight. Disliked: Floor still gritty after maid's visit, restaurant crowded at peak times, dishes sometimes not entirely clean, tables in outdoor lounge fully occupied at 20.30 during main season, sun loungers placed in long rows without any space in between, Wi-Fi network hardly usable on balcony or near the pool. Wins in comparison with Iberostar Royal Playa de Palma, which is next to this hotel.

Good Hotel, furnishings a little worn. Service and food very good. Cleanliness is still good 4/5. But to recommend.
