Amazing service. Everyone is so friendly! Rooms are so clean and the view is amazing. Food is great too! I recommend the hotel highly.

It was my partner and I for a week and we loved it
The location is very good five minutes walk from the beach

The only thing about the dinner schedule that should be wider since it is from 6:30 to 21
The room ok, spacious and comfortable bed only the pillow which for me too soft.

Food buffet very carelessly replenished, always half empty.
The breakfast cook's hands fall asleep. A snake frying eggs. For dinner, guests come in the beach look. 👎👎. Like at the fair. Nice rooms and if you live upstairs great view. 👍

Decent hotel with a great location. The beach and bus stop are just 5 minutes away. It's also in walking distance to a lot of bars and clubs. Our room was spacious and had all the essentials. The cleanliness was ok, but could be improved. Breakfast and dinner was average at best. It was stale and too basic for my taste.

Terrible hotel, not 4*! Very bad customer service from reception to restaurant, they pick people/ nationalities they like and serve them better. There is a construction site next door so load of noise early morning! And they dont have reliable tour companies. And food in the hotel restaurant was horrible, poor selection.

Very nice staff. Hotel well renovated, but very noisy. The noise from the air conditioning of the hotel next door does not allow you to stay on the balcony. Disrespectful groups that scream and put the music to the full. That's too bad. The location is top.

Room top condition and very comfortable, all necessary supplies, daily room service (even without prompting), food or buffet unfortunately not convincing.

The hotel is well located, close to the airport. The bus line passes close to the hotel, every 10 minutes to reach Palma or the airport. Located close to the seaside. Very quiet hotel in the month of May. The indoor pool allows you to relax even if the temperatures are not seasonal.
For the room, spacious and clean. The buffet is copious in the morning as in the evening.
I would recommend this hotel.

Conveniently located hotel in Playa de Palma. Rooms are well furnished and very clean. Service is very friendly. Dining room very noisy. All in all o K.

Secluded from the center of Palma… but very decent.

Very good service from the staff and the area where I have stayed in the outside area, with air conditioning, the terrace door did not fit well, empty mini bar and a lot of traffic noise through the hallways…
Breakfast very well with a very full buffet with attention from cooks and waiters.

Outdoor pool cold, indoor pool full of ants, rooms in poor condition, cleansing superficial food not typical of the country, only one cook at Grill station, dining room could not be entered due to overcrowding, staff hardly speaks German, terrace no cleaning, No service for all inclusive guests — complaints are ignored — never again in this hotel.

At meals it happens again and again that you do not get a table. So in the restaurant less seats, as some guests in the hotel are… That's really annoying.
The rooms are OK… But have too thin walls… One hears from the neighbouring room every word and also other sounds.

Two minutes from the beach and good place to rest.

The staff was nice, especially Elena Luisa and Raul,.
The breakfast beans were always cold and the selection, once created, always the same.
At dinner you could definitely expect a little more for four stars and also the same dessert for five days because it has to go. Not particularly innovative in dessert.
The rooms do not have cupboard doors, so it always looks messy and the clothes dusting through the rumflliegenden sand at the balcony open a poorly thought out.
I'm not coming back.

A basic hotel, not 4 star in my opinion. Clean room, comfortable bed and good location. Staff are polite, some are friendly. All inclusive is not great. No welcome tray in room, there is a kettle and a fridge but no supplies. Food okay. Three sugary cocktails in all inclusive plus beer, wine. Served in small glasses. I've been to much better. Advertised snack bar and TV room but these not in operation. Pretty basic. Wouldn't stay again.

The breakfast was very good. The location is rather quiet and the staff very accommodating.

Hotel lovely just need more bar staff found it discusting that we had to wait a long time for a drink when there's only 1 bar staff on for a big hotel & all inclusive I think if everybody had to pay they certainly would have more staff on so found that we didn't get value for money also very strict wiv pool no games, Lilos can't even jump or div in & no entertainment.

Rooms, locality, all staff and hospitality were amazing. Food was also good however the vegetarian options were not abundant especially on certain days. Tip for improvement would be to label clearly what dish is Vegan, Vegetarian and what each dish contains in terms of meat.

Bed very comfortable and room very well equipped. The bad thing is that the sink had some problem with the drains and desprendia bad smell. The free buffet a lot of variety. The staff very helpful, accompanied me to the room and I taught her. If I did not have bad smells would have given him 5 stars.

I would not recommend it for anything! Had the offer of valentine's day with everything included and the only thing good was the breakfast that had everything. In dinner collected ahead of time and I could not even eat the desserts that we wanted to collect the beverages bearing the "all inclusive". The worst thing was the food, there was almost nothing to eat, only two things and supposedly was a free buffet. I think it was an abuse of the difference from half board to full board when we were not able to just eat. And on top of the chocolates in the room-of-date. Very bad on the part of the hotel all.

Fantastic food, close to beach and all the shops. Very close to airport also. Rooms are a little small, 3 in one room was a squeeze, but upgrades are available. Friendly staff and amazing food! Breakfast and dinner are great value for money. Luch is small, and we found its better to explore the local markets for lunch.

Nice rooms but nothing else. Crowded with young Germans screaming continually with extreme rudeness. Dining room with nice staff but you almost have to get the table on your own. The four stars? A utopia. We're far enough from those standards.

Okay and with free Wi-Fi breakfast room, properly but all hot parts unfit for human consumption. Dinner catastrophically as soggy and cold for the most part. Improved cleanliness. Staff unfriendly. Not recommended for me.

It's a cheap hotel in playa palma (not in front of sea, it's at 3 streets of beach). This zone is like magaluz, lot of young german people, lot of party. This is the kind of people that stay in Maria Isabel. The roms are new and very simply, the worst: the air conditioning and old towels. The best: Wi-Fi works very well.

Hotel easy to eat buffet (HP), rich enough. Television is badly adjusted. Price performance is right. Very good for excursions.

With a favorable Rennradverleih in the basement as well as washer and dryer. Brand new wheels and super Service. Food is OK, rooms quite old equipped.

We were there now four times and each time it liked us. It is close to the beach and you have everything you need and it is well catered for. We will be back
