This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are spacious, the beds are really comfortable. The hotel is very clean… It has an indoor and outdoor pool, which my nephew absolutely loves! The staff are all friendly and helpful… The beach is a stones throw away. I will definitely be coming back at some point.

The Hotel is very clean and super modern. The hotel rooms were large, modern and with plenty of storage space for clothes. The bathroom has a huge shower, 2 sinks and the toilet is separate with a door to the bathroom. We found it here.

Super neat Hotel. Food offers a lot of choice with great Service. In the evening, is not always the program, which is also in the Hotel boring. The rooms are very modern and clean. The Hotel is highly recommended!

We had the most amazing time here, the staff was so polite to us and was willing to help us at any time. The room was cleaned everyday, we liked that it was comfy, spacious and elegant. We really loved the variety of the food, it was cooked well and it was tasty. We were immediately struck by how beautiful the hotel was. We recommend it to anyone who wants to spend time in Palma!

It was amazing to stay at this hotel! The breakfast offered a variety of delicious food, healthy dishes and fresh fruit. The hotel is near to beach and also close to bars and clubs. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and include all amenities.

The best hotel in Palma from their rooms to their service, they look after their guests and make sure you have the best time! Will definitely return!

Everything was great: the staff was helpful and friendly, the food was tasty, the pool was warm and there was plenty of space. The location is 5 min from the beach. The room was big and very clean and was sound proof. I'll go there again and recommend it to anybody.

Great hotel in the center of party. Awesome breakfast. Clean and beautiful pool. One recommendation to the hotel, make it so the keycards works on the gate next to mega Park. Why does the person at the 5 star not get to use a short cut?

Booked for disability access which was perfect. Food excellent, not the snake bar or pool side services terrible. Same every day. Not enough staff to run any type of service. This is marked as a 5* hotel but you have to pay to use room safe no tra/coffee ☕ in the room when I asked, I was given a coffee machine, which I wasn't told I would be charged for plus each capsules. On your bill at the end. Roof top bar great plus entertainment. Unfortunately there were lots of men on a very drunken holiday. Also world cup on so this was made worse because of the shouting singing & parties in the hotel. The hotel had a lot of German visitors who made themselves known. We did enjoy our visit but it needs to be all in the price for a 5* or its not a 5

Exquisite view! Sooooo much space and you can relax in different areas of the hotel. The staff is soooo kind and the food is VERY tasty!

Absolute 5 stars all around. Excellent service, fabulous accommodations and wonderful facilities. Turkish baths could be warmer. A favorite with German tourists. One block from beach — very convenient and quiet location.

The hotel is 1a! Great food, the rooms are top and tidy. The staff is very friendly and in the resort you can only relax.
It's the Megapark right in front of it, but when the windows are closed, you get sogut like nothing. The design of the hotel is already the hammer!

Modern, new facility with spacious rooms, dining room rather large and with the flair of a canteen. Breakfast rich and very good, Abendbuffett rich. There should be something for everyone.

Very good, very clean, very attentive, the dinner and breakfast included are of free buffet, but the food of very good quantity and very varied, the spa is well, we did not get neither bathrobe nor flip flops, but otherwise everything perfect.

The stay at the hotel is very good for me. The food is delicious and good, there is a quiet atmosphere and that staff is very accommodating and nice.

Beautiful hotel, great prices. Though it's a bit odd that the restaurant closes at 9 and it didn't have any Spanish food. The hotel feels like it's in Germany rather than Spain.

First Class 4 star hotel with super nice very well trained staff. Whether at the reception, at breakfast or dinner or at the bar, it is better not to deal with guests. The hotel has only been open for a few months. Therefore, everything new, everything modern, everything at its finest. The location is very good, a few meters to the beach, on a bike path about 8 km to Palma biking (super Nice). After about 30 km by taxi or bus you can also hike or explore the island by motorbike. It's not boring.

They are fantastic hotels, personal facilities all in general.

Great hotel. Very modern rooms and a high specification. Very nice pool area and a two minute walk to the beach.

Had a great stay at this hotel, very clean, lovely stuff, amazing variety of breakfast and dinner options. Fast Wi-Fi and there was always a great spot next to the pool. Some of the young German guest do not really know how to behave in a 5 star hotel but that's not the hotel's fault, although I definitely recognize the complaints about the German tourists I read in other reviews. The only slightly annoying thing I want to mention is that at the pool you get towels dedicated to use by the pool, however, you can only get them between 10:00-12:00 and then from 16:30 onwards. I really do not understand this "rule" especially because the person exchanging the towels is the lifeguard in one person so he is there anyway all day.

Brand new hotel, we got an upgrade to a junior suite which was big enough, had a sea view and a huge balcony. Food is ok but it's all on buffet. Big pool area and free access to the spa.

Staff are all lovely & very professional, couldn't fault them at all! Rooms are spacious with air con & large amount of storage place for clothes etc. Very clean. Rooms are very soundproof, Couldn't hear the massive club across the road at all from my room (314). Will definitely be returning!

Exzellente Lage — nur wenige Minuten bis zum Strand. Das Zimmer und der Service sind erstklassig, das Buffet zum Frühstück und Abendessen sehr auswahlreich und von guter Qualität. Auch die Pools waren einfach nur wundervoll.

We have booked the end of may, a package tour with HP. We were impressed with this Hotel. Just behind the Mega Park but you don't hear much from the whole Tam Tam. The staff is very concerned that everything is to our complete satisfaction. The food was absolutely amazing. I can Recommend the Hotel only.

Brand new — very large first-class rooms. Super Breakfast. And although compared to the mega-Park is incredibly quiet. Great pool bar with class food for a small price.

The truth q the hotel is amazing. This is all new to new so they don't get 5 stars is still something impersonal and note q is not perfectly geared. But it is a hotelazo and looks very good in the future. Xfa microwave to warm baby bottles…

Lovely hotel, very clean and friendly staff for the most part. Some key basic things let it down though.

Very new and very clean. On the down side they are are still building another wing meaning the guests have the constant hmmm of construction instead of the calming sound from the sea. The breakfast buffe is excellent. The dinner buffet… not so great but still okay. It's only a 3 minute walk to the beach through the pool entrance which was a great surprise, it claimed to be a 15 minute walk in the description. All in all it's a nice hotel.

Very nice new Hotel, super well maintained Interior and exterior with large swimming pool, attractive and rich Breakfast and dinner Buffet, only the lifts were unreliable, so that the waiting times are sometimes very long,

Superb hotel with wellness area, very friendly staff, breakfast buffets and hearty dinner and very good. Pity that the bubble bath was cold and that the air conditioning was not yet in operation! These are bugs from the beginning since the hotel is only at its 3rd opening week. We will surely return.

I expected to be called to work in the hotel, in the technical service area and pools. Have privileged those close to the head of Technical Services, shameful… I hope to answer.

A great hotel very reasonably priced. The breakfast was awesome had a great selection and even made fresh gluten free bread upon request. Is a new hotel had some teething problems but the stay was most enjoyable I would definatly reccomend.

The hotel is gorgeous… the location also… the room. Common areas… everything is beautiful… I love it.
