So a top service. I booked weeks ago a great communication by email! I know the hotel perfectly for a short trip in the middle of the action.
Due to COVID-19 I have now cancelled (we would have flown in mid-May) I do not have to pay any cancellation costs, I would have paid the 10% (2 months in advance, direct booking via the hotel)
So simply uncomplicated and super friendly handling!
Even so, I was always satisfied with my stay there!
