Super hotel, great service, friendly staff, rooms modern and perfectly adequate, really recommended. Jose at the reception is very accommodating very polite friendly and helpful! Here you like to come back.

Super hotel with giant shower cabin, food, beach location, atmosphere top. Food very varied and is always freshly replenished. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel very quiet and clean. Cleaning every day. Cabinets small for clothes, but bed, bathroom and balcony very good. Quiet hotel close to the beach. Buffets are even refilled just before work. Hotel staff very helpful. Suitcases can be parked in the locked room. Pool with loungers and relaxation zone available. Kicker table and bar. Reception open 24 hours a day. Very cozy. Hotel is absolutely recommended.

Clean, friendly, excellent breakfast.
Very comfortable, but not too noisy.
Two inconveniences that bothered: the constantly slipping apart beds (should not be specified as a double bed) and zero drop-off possibilities in the bathroom and hardly in the room, although there would be room for it.

In general a very nice hotel however there were problems with the water in the bathroom and there was unfortunately no refrigerator in our room. The employees were very nice and could mostly also speak German.

For 3 stars a TOP hotel for younger people. Rooms are clean, staff are polite, the food is good. The location is acceptable with 300m to the beach promenade.

Hotel was very nice. You can clearly see that it has been renovated. The rooms are modernly furnished and clean. The hotel staff is nice and helpful. The buffet was always good and tasty, but not a culinary highlight. However, you should only book the hotel if you are a typical Beer King tourist. On the first day, for example, someone had slept in front of our room door on the hotel hallway. In the course of our stay we had repeated encounters with drunktourists. The hotel staff is doing their best, but is a bit overwhelmed.

The receptionist in the evening very border, with poor education, but the receptionist of the evening excellent! It depends on the person, but it is very important the attention in a hotel… In general this refurbished and new but the problem is that the single room is too small, you can not move in there, the view gives a very ugly baldio terrain, no fridge, to use it you have to pay fifteen euros, the Wi Fi does not work well, the TV looks like a toy, the two centimeters screen haha. What is good is the cafeteria and the restaurant that the food is very good category and the waitresses sympathetic and friendly! The unfortunate thing is that the neighborhood is very ugly, it shows that it is a poor and humble place the area of Playa de Palma…

The hotel is really good, the food tastes great whether breakfast or dinner. The rooms are clean the staff is friendly and helpful, what you want more on Mallewould definitely book it again.

Very noisy you can not sleep is a very batallero hotel and the food is not very good q is a hotel of young Germans who are riding all day the attention was good but they can not solve the issue of noise that other people do I doubt much to repeat MoS the price is cheap for what's in the area the hotel was renovated I think they renew it every year.

We spent 2 beautiful weeks at this superhotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness leaves nothing to be desired. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is located on a quiet side street. If you want to retreat from the hustle and bustle, a very nice pool invites you to linger. We'll be happy to come back!

+ very nice staff, very accommodating and friendly
+ great location, not far to the beach and not far is the supermarket Mercadona and the bus stop to drive to Palma or the airport
+ delicious food (it was also always refilled very quickly, so that the food was often even really hot still)
+ newly renovated
Shortcoming:
— no Wi-Fi
— small room, but we had a super large, artificially green terrace with a 180° view also of the sea.

Very nice hotel for 3 stars. Has been completely renovated. Breakfast is good. Dinner not so good. Location is great. Close to the beach and at all possibilities to celebrate.
