Just good place 2 stay very clean. Beds and towels changed every day will be bak.

The security guard is so rude and unpleasant, made our holiday rather miserable.

It is the worst hotel to stay in Palma, the staff was very unpleasant in the restaurant, the security guard was aggressive with us and the restaurant had mold food. Horrible service! We ask for the complaint book and the receptionist refused to give us. Don't stay here if you want a good holiday.

Good location close enough to the nightlife but far enough to enjoy a fairly quiet day by the pool. Clean and tidy rooms and communal areas. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great location, clean and safe hotel, fast Internet. Avoid buffet breakfast and dinner — dirty plates and below average food. Big parking nearby.

Nice and friendly staff, good food. 4 stars because rooms are very noisy, you can hear every little noise from your neighbors and because the hotel doesn’t have security guards, some of the customers have late parties and we couldn’t sleep till 3 in the morning.

Shower is nice and powerful. Paulina and Stefan are happy people. They create lots of fun for all of the visitors! Room is big and bed is comfy. The pool bar is very close to the pools with the beat bartender in Europe (his name is Charlie)

Friendly staff. It's 10 minutes to the sea. Good kitchen. Of the disadvantages of English youth — very noisy behave especially at night.

The rooms are clean and what you expect from a low star hotel. There is a mixture of family and party goers. You have to expect they going to be loud before they go out and loud when they get back at 4am. I took earplugs for me and my partner and we always slept fine and we was down a noisy corridor. There are idiots which the hotel knows as there is a breakage cost list in reception as some of the drunks enjoy throwing their chair over the balcony. You want a cheap holiday for family I would go elsewhere or the over option is the pay more and stay in a nicer hotel outpricing the party goers. I also recommend don't getting all inclusive. We went half board and we didn't expect a lot, but the choice was limited and then it was even more so because the food tasted strange or off. We did bring extra money to eat out and enjoy the food as we read previous reviews.

Me and my bud stayed here for a week. We were looking for a hotel that is not in the middle of the mess yet close to it as well as to the beach. I believe we found the perfect hotel for this purpose. It is 5-min walk away from the beach and about 10mins from bars. The hotel is in good condition, rooms are spacious and clean enough. The pool area is fun too, although the water could be a bit warmer. Breakfast was various, but I missed fresh vegetables (paprika, cucumber) from …the menu. Other than that, no complaint. As for dinner, I liked it less. Instead of french fries, different version of potatoes could have been served. But it is just a matter of personal taste:) As another pro, there was always fresh and super tasty fruit selection for both breakfast and dinner.
What makes my review 4* is the lack of security during the days. Brits are so loud, they drink all day, there is no chance to relax and rest there. (There are days when you just need that even in Magaluf). And the special rules that are written on the wall about being evicted do not really apply to these people:D
Other than that, I believe the hotel is more than worth it; I have stayed in worse 3-star hotels. I would come back again! P. S: special regards to animator guys, Stefan and the mysterious French girl haha.

If you want to spend a quiet holiday, do not hesitate, clean rooms, pleasant buffet with luxury desserts and staff that has worthy attentions of a 5 stars, both in reception and in restaurant, CHAPO.

A three star, comfortable and buffet meals gives you the choice of all kinds of combinations. The staff were very helpful.

The bus from airport leaves you pretty 50m from the entrance hall.

My parents are staying here. For the moment I have eaten a day. The quality of the food is not bad XA being buffet type all inclusive, I have seen them much worse. I, who do not stay here, cost me 12 euros each meal without option to choose drinks. On other occasions and in other hotels of the same characteristics if I could choose to drink another drink. When the days pass I can give more formed opinion.

Room dividers are smoking paper. If the neighbor is noisy, you hear him as if he were in your room.
It is 20 minutes walk from the center of Magaluz and it takes 1 hour bus to get to Palma. The punctuality of the buses is not good. Very common breakfast, little variety of fruit, little variety of pastries, a toaster of bread for the whole dining room, which form queues. A unique coffee and juice machine. Sometimes you don't drink coffee by the tail. The dinner fairly ordinary, the cold dishes passable, not the hot ones or the desserts.

Hotel very old outdated bad food in a week that I was if the chicken was fried today, the next day the same sauce desserts miserable. The staff, waiters very friendly. I won't go back ever and do not recommend it.

Hotel that we be in the month of February through the Imserso. Very professional staff. The food in the restaurant was very successful for the cost we pay.
A single decision in the will that we pay an ensaimada from a price and we were given another month price low. We did not see until we were on the bus going home.

The facilities… regular, just a lounge to watch TV, bar, dance, board games… all together. Complicated.

If you are looking for a very lively place at your own, but a little maintenance does not hurt as in the room we found air conditioner not working, door of the window broken and toilet unloading not working.

It is well-rested because its location is ideal. For rest and Beach recommended.

If you are looking for a restful holiday you will avoid staying here. In a week we were able to sleep just one night. Loud, cries, thin walls and "other" at any time of the night. We requested the room change but it was not allowed. The food then is horrible you save. Just breakfast. Thanks to this structure we have spent a bad holiday!

The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good. The only thing to complain about is that the walls are very thin, but don't bother.

Breakfast and dinners rich in choice both buffet, small but clean and comfortable rooms with balcony. Equipped with outdoor space with outdoor bar, swimming pool and table tennis tables and billiards for recreational moments.
Staff always courteous.
Definitely suitable for families with children.

Just got back from Hsm don juan today it's was fantastic, excellent and friendly atmosphere, all the the staff are friendly from Rosana, Benita the chef, George etc. My family really enjoy themselves, if we must come back definitely we would lodge at HSM Don Juan 100%. If anyone is going to Majorca I recommend this hotel. Free Wi-Fi,. I stayed in 7th floor and the Wi-Fi worked very well. Gracia.

A standard hotel with great service. Small pool and friendly staff.

All staff were very nice and helpful. We have enjoyed our stay here and would totally come back again. Rooms were OK. Only beds and pillows were a little bit too hard. Balcony view was nice with view at pool. Rooms were cleaned every morning. Everything you need for a proper vacation :-) Thank you Don Juan :-)

Room tiny, wood chip walls, two English channels on small TV: sky world news and BBC world news, door very thin and lock felt very flimsy. My girlfriend didn't feel safe at all if someone barged into the door it would have broken open very easily. Bath was tiny with a weird staggered level bottom — _ so difficult to stand in without falling over while showering. We expected it to be pretty noisy in magaluf but it literally sounded like other guests were in our room as they shouted and sang while passing our room. No hotel security to keep rowdy people under control. Food was literally the most disgusting food I have had while abroad. Wouldn't want my worst enemy to have to stay here. Wouldn't have minded if we had got this place cheap but the price was fairly high.

Maybe the hotel more dirt from all Spain, old room, but could be por. Lo. Menos limpias. Telasdearaňa by the corners, the bedding gastadisima. En end a national disgrace in every rule.

Small friendly hotel, close to shopping and beaches.

We stayed a week, the first of may, in general, well, but the worst experience was to see it as the end of the week, Friday, day 8, I go into a group of "women" that there was no need to ask where or who came by that at the time of the free time after dinner, it was quite the bad taste of the situation, and at breakfast time the next day in the dining room, needless to say, I think that the address of the hotel should have a little care with these situations because situations can arise in pretty bad taste. A cosy hotel with a relaxed audience and home cooking.

Food was disgusting and awful. Your not entitled to bottles of water on all inclusive board. Only full board get full privileges. Bizarre hotel rules. Also the staff have little or no English language skills. Won't recommended this hotel to English speaking guests.

States have a few days in this hotel you can be described not bad if not very bad unaccountable with a virus that left some customers that not is because the faults can be take to some clients when they themselves have no responsibility in disinfection facilities and let what a shit hotel and direction to other customers when it comes to rest more people and are limited to this to get bad and not enjoy anything and be all day in the emergency room and not enjoy anything and over without deolverlos money thank you very much for reading these words and certainly not go to these facilities many and best hotels than this there is that is paa foreigners in the Spanish only nopiensan on foreigners who leave money and deceive them a greeting to all.

Were alone with girlfriend with 29.07.12 to 5.08.12. Remained are very happy. Clean but simple room. Breakfast and dinner is not very diverse, but not tired during the week as for example in the Dominican Republic at a class above. Close to the beach, as well as bars and restaurants. The window to the balcony, it was possible to open wide, and enjoy the sea air all night is not sweating, and not including interest. The only minus, free Wi-Fi in the lobby and did not want to connect to the 3 easy staff only hands bred, MOL won the people sitting, then all well and good, but according to the observations of people sat flipping through pictures, or through the mobile network (next in restaurants totally free access to 6Mbit, so no problem turned out to be). Decided that would gladly return it as soon as possible.

Unbelievable but true! : — ( (When I arrive at the hotel today (8.10.2011), I am standing in front of closed doors. There is only one note on the front door that the hotel is closed until October 24th. Directly under this message are listed about 10 to 15 names (including mine), with the respective hotels where the holidaymakers are now accommodated.

Oh yes, my new hotel is of course no longer in Magaluf, but in Palmanova.
Meanwhile I Googled the hotel with its reviews… There were hair-raising reports, among other things the terrible food was criticized and also that cockroaches were spotted at the buffet.
Perhaps the hotel management has finally pulled the Reisleine and wants to stop all these shortcomings.

We have been a few days in Mallorca, and stayed in this hotel because sold us very well. But not everything is so beautiful. Facilities neglected (and it is supposed that they were refurbished recently), the free buffet breakfast very repetitive and scarce (especially the dinner and breakfast), schedule of food fair (at 21 h tehechaban literally in the dining room), all activities in English, lack of interest porparte of unpleasant tenants, etc. In short a three star hotel that deserves as much two. But hey, the comments of the people who we came back on the plane is the general tone of the Bay of Palma: site tour only for foreigners with little care hotels and feel like partying. If really you want to spend uns days pleasant and in an area with civilized people, olvidaros in the area of alcudia and go to the northern part. Great beaches, areas to visit really beautiful and nice people that doesn't surprise when you tell him to please you speak in Spanish. In Nice, this hotel deserves a big suspense muuuuuuuuuuuuuuyyyyy.
