Stayed here for 4 nights in April. Not peak season and very relaxing and not too busy.
Room was exactly as in the photos and even fresher. Staff is very friendly all over.

A wonderful place where you instantly want to stay longer! The service is top-notch – everyone paid attention to every detail and made sure each guest felt comfortable.

Our stay at The Donna Portals was truly amazing. Everything from the atmosphere to the service exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and perfectly located with stunning views.

The ocean view is one of the best I’ve ever seen anywhere. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, without you noticing them.

Cannot praise enough this hotel. It totally exceeded my expectations. Everything — the quality, service are equivalent to a 5* although this is a 4* hotel. Great location and facilities.

Had a fantastic stay here. Staff super lovely, Gold rooms were luxurious, and the pools/loungers/bali beds were amazing! Buffet breakfast was also good.
Location is perfect.

Arrived on 19 September. Chose this hotel after seeing it advertised by Secret Escapes and the good TripAdvisor reviews. Good to be the second drop off point from the airport.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed.

Quite simply we love this place, yes it's an idyllic setting on a beautiful island and yes it's maintained in a great condition but what sets it apart is the people.

We didn’t stay at the hotel but ate at the restaurant. It’s a great outlook over a small cove with people jumping off rocks into the sea. It makes for a great atmosphere. The food was great.

We have stayed here for 5 nights and had a very positive experience overall.
On arrival we were given our room early, it was always very clean, two single beds pushed together but they had brakes.

Just back from a wonderful stay at the Exe hotel in Portals Nous. Great location close to beautiful beach with lovely sea views.

Great location for touring the island. Staff exceptional, rooms very comfortable and great views from the balcony. Food of high standard. Eighth trip here so cannot be bad!
