The maids some are highly educated others no education no, and then nothing clean I speak of my room pathetic renew the staff.

We have just returned from a 5 night stay and have to say this is one of, if not the best hotel we have ever stayed at. From first impressions to leaving we enjoyed our time. We stayed in room 123 and it was wow as soon as we opened the door, it had a big balcony with the sun loungers on and it got the sun all day long so we didn't need to go down to the pool. We were staying on a B&B basis and the breakfast was fab, plenty of choice and food was always hot and fresh. Hotel was clean and staff friendly, will definitely be recommending this hotel to family and friends. Thank you Tomir Portals Suites.

Great hotel, great staff, menu slightly limited, plenty of good quality restaurants within 10 minds, definitely come back again.

The hotel doesn’t bring towels and shampoo unless u request it. The rooms was very noisy. There is not coffee or Tea included with the room. The pool is closed off so early before 9pm and doesn’t open until 10 am. The breakfast was good.

Myself and my daughter have just got back from this hotel and we are already missing it. Lovely hotel and lovely staff. 1 night was spoilt by next door cackling and playing music till 2am however the staff were lovely following up the next day reassuring me it wouldn't happen again which it didn't. Perfect pool for little ones to play in and breakfast was amazing. Recommend you book this when booking your holiday as will cost a lot more in the long run. Thanks to all staff for making my daughters first trip abroad so good.

A few parking spaces are available in the courtyard, but you can also park on the street for free.

Beautiful hotel rooms and very helpful staff. Be aware no entertainment for children. No flotation devices allowed in pool. Except armbands and ball is allowed. Not cheap in this area. Spotless. Breakfast excellent help yourself. Evening entertainment select.

Nice hotell, clean and spacious rooms. Did not try restaurant. Little too far from the sea and beach. Would chose another area next time we visit Mallorca.

Nice rooms. Clean and tidy. Very friendly and helpfull staff. A gold wiev from above 4th floor, here you can see 90% of the bay. Otherwise most of what you can see is palms and concrete. There is a very long walk to a small beach… (30 min) 5 min away there is a small expensive supermarket (fresh bread every morning at 0900) Prices are negotiable at the hotel. Range is 15-30 euros per person in highseason. Very good value. The pool is clean and tidy, but shallow. The pools open very late in the morning.

Impossible to find a place where all the staff are nice, a 10 the treatment received. Clean, new and nice rooms.

Nice hotel, close to aminities. Renovated the reception, restaurant, bar and pool area since previous stay. Alot better, matches the rooms!

Nice clean and well presented hotel. Not right next to he beach, but a great location with nearby public parking if you have a car to get around the island. Nice pool and balconies. Would certainly go back.

A renovated hotel with good level quality price and very nice service. Well located in the Porto portals area.

Great for holidays with kids. Been there with v happy and safe 3 year old. Otherwise boring, repetitive, bland food. Great for family week.

Got back last week from. This great hotel. All the staff were really friendly and helplful. The buffet style meals were varied each day and there certainly was enough to go around. The hotel was modern and clean as were the rooms and we were lucky enough to have a great view to the sea from our balcony. Nice hotel in a nice part of Mallorca. Worth a stay here.

Clean rooms, nice size pool, not a bad location, this hotel let's it self down by changing £4 for a soft drink, 50p for ice, although there is a supermarket round the corner, just a few little things would make all the difference I have put £ instead of Euro as the exchange rate is 1 to 1 now days.

This is definitely a 3 star hotel so if your used to 4/5 star I would only do B&B as eve meal is not that great and often cold and there are loads off lovely restaurants near by. If you wanna get to sleep before 12 midnight and your balcony is poolside forget it the hotel next door party hard and its very load they didn't finish until 2am last night (not happy as have 2 children) so bring your earplugs it's been the last 3 night so far. The rooms are very modern but don't cater for a family off 4 with regards to storage but beds are comfy. Staff are friendly but eve entertainment is very poor.

Fantastic place to bring the kids and relax at the same time. Portal nous is a nice resort with the marina a short walk away and Palma Nova is a 5 minute taxi ride from the hotel. The staff are friendly and always willing to help.

Just came back after a one week at Ola Tomir. Nice hotel but not The best. Disappointed to find out the Wiii fi is charged for, the safe is charged for and you pay even for having water for supper. The apartement was o k but low standards. The beds were comfortable. No conditioner so bring with you or you end up with terrible hair after a few times at the pool.
Food with not much variation, very international food and not worth the price. Good hotel if you do not have high expectations, but take in consideration you will have to pay extra for everything.

Hotel modern and clean, staff friendly and helpful, pool area good plenty sun beds and pool clean. Downside no pool bar or waiter service round pool. Food at hotel average not a great variety and no show cooking. NO Entertainment as such been here a week and seen 2 acts and both were finished by 10.30. Area is very expensive to eat and drink and there are not many bars in area. Beach is nice but quite small. Nice relaxing holiday but wouldnt come back to this part of Majorca again.

All in all the hotel itself was great, very clean and fresh etc Entertainment wasn't great and not much around the area.
We booked to go in May, it was boiling which was great, but the aircon wasn't working in the rooms (only in public areas) and when we asked they said it doesn't come on until June but we can get you a fan which will cost you €15!
Couldn't sit by baby pool with baby because they didn't have any parasols. We saw them all brand new in boxes so we asked if we could have one, they said they would sort it, 4 days later after us and 2 other families with a toddler had constantly asked they put them out… just in time for us to go home!
Always check you're door when u leave, we realised after a couple of days that ours wasn't shutting properly when we left, you could just re open the door with no key card, it was sorted very quickly though.

Located a few meters from the sea in an area well served by refreshment activities and services. The structure has changed in the last year renewing the rooms, which now were to fruit. The facility is fairly clean and the staff efficient. Recommended.

The Hotel is clean, the operation is in order. The equipment is outdated and in need of renovation. The majority of Gestures were French, the service is friendly but speaks no English.

At least 8 floors and 160 rooms hotel "Apollo" with the apartment complex in a ring-shaped led one way street in the eastern part of Portal nous.
Overall impression: Neat, clean, but many expensive, already visible construction defects
All services are offered to all inclusive.
Present were British, Russian Germans, Poland, and French speaking guests of all ages in the months may and June mainly.
For families with children the way to the beach like something far, to the neighbouring towns of Bendinat (West) and Palma Nova definitely be.
The shopping market is dominated in the local spar, nice price and an offshoot of El Corte Inglés (in the port area). In Palma Nova (2 km) are BB´s Mercadona and little further Lidl and Eroski.
Nightlife is confined to large, mostly overpriced offers some very simply furnished restaurants in the town and numerous cafes and restaurants at the port.
With dance or similar as on Gran Canaria nothing is going on.
Excursions by car you can't of course in the island world, walk to Palma Nova and Bendinat.
Overall much hard-working people, especially in the restaurant and in the 3-man kitchen.
Foreign languages are invited guests at reception, nor in the service or the animation (aimed almost exclusively at children).
Our Studio was super clean!
In the House a restaurant and a bar are occasionally advanced by a subsidiary company in the inner courtyard of the hotel.

Loved it view of the hills and port big rooms and exceptional food.

Stayed for a week. Very pleasant with sea view. Food was, as expected, a buffet with selection. Not finest cuisine but just what is required. Plus ice cream pots are great! Pool is grand and there are lots of loungers and space. Highlight was the daily waterpolo activity. Would go again.

All super! large room into two rooms with kitchen, convenient location (if you have a car) … cons:problems with the cleaning in the rooms, Wi-Fi, 24€ for 7 days of average quality, on one device;for dinner, do not give water, juice, etc.

Stayed here for a week 2/6/15. Awesome!. Ideal for families rather than groups on stag or hens.

More than enough for a good family holiday.

Quiet crappy, cheap, and out of season. Ideal how to base operations.
