The pictures at Booking were different than reality. Nevertheless, the hotel was not bad overall, and the beach is like 10 min walking distance.

Fantastic hotel. It is situated in Portals Nous. There are several great restaurants across the street. There Is good supermarket just 100 meters away. The metro station and taxi are right down the street. The pool is fantastic. The breakfast buffet is very tasty and with lots of variety. The spa area I'd superb.

This is the second time we go to this hotel… I have repeated Porq is quite well and we liked… The spa is quite full for my taste, the rooms and facilities are very nice and the staff gives you a very nice deal.

Just got back from a 3 night stay at this hotel with my sister. The staff were polite and professional. The hotel decor was stylish and clean. The breakfast buffet was pretty good and a smooth process. My only issues are with the small size of my room, the absence of a welcome pack — no information about what's to offer in the hotel and area. Also, the tiny lifts were a nuisance and would have been a nightmare in peak season. But I would stay again, for the hotel but not the location (too quiet and not enough restaurants/entertainment).

Really high quality hotel in a good location close to the marina and plenty local restaurants. Easy to get into Palma on the bus or in the car. Nice pool area and spa. Not sufficient parking though.

I wouldn't rave about the place. The price was very high for the standard of hotel and I continually (more than three times) had problems with electronic room keys needing to be reset etc, which was extremely frustrating. They put us directly next to a stairwell so there was more noise. Breakfast was decent and staff friendly.

Excellent hotel, very helpful staff, couldn't have asked for better. Pool towels & dressing gowns provided by the hotel were second to none. Slightly disappointed in the evening buffet, probably more to do with it not being to our taste.

Very good location The spa great and clean I recommend if you want to get a massage to book before because you risk not finding a place. Good breakfast I recommend it.

I had booked this hotel after reading the reviews and I must say that in the whole we were disappointed.
I start with the positive that has my eyes is the staff, very pleasant and smiling and that is what makes my note not lower.
Noisy room, we had reported that the door window closed badly because with the burasques of wind during our stay, the air past window closed. For the outside noises, the result was the same (motorbike car etc) despite the fact that we stayed on the 6th floor. An employee would have been sent to our room but the result was the same.
The building has no hidden.
On the site is indicated a parking which is non-existent (12 places for at least 100 rooms) so you have to cope. For the Spa, obligation to wear a bathing cap (me it cools me away) in the name of hygiene so I want to stop soon will have to wear diving suits… Finally. For a 4 star hotel…
In short we will not return.

I visited the hotel and I was beyond impressed. I stayed with my friend and my two children. Both of which have Autism. The hotel couldn't offer anything to help support the needs of them any better. The staff were friendly and fully understanding, the amenities were extremely well kept. The main thing however, was the bedrooms. Upon booking I requested a quite area with certain things being needed and they wouldn't have been able to get it more correct. My son who is severly Autistic struggles with normal day to day things so going on holiday is a massive stress and worry and apart from the traveling he really enjoyed his holiday and was seen to be more relaxed than he has ever been allowing me to also feel relaxed along with his sister. The hotel is quite and luxury. It is a perfect place for couples to relax or for small families who require that quietness away from your usual Palma holiday club type of hotel, this is perfect. I cannot praise them enough and will certainly be returning. So it has the thumbs up from all of us and if you get the chance to stay, grab it, you will not regret it I can promise you this.

We wanted two rooms instead of a family member. During the booking process something failed; We were told that it was not the first time, so I infer that something fails at the programming level. I think with a little goodwill it could have been solved.
Room without a chair or something similar. Need to leave the big pillows for decoration and other things on the floor.

Anyway, for our part, we appreciate the fact that the person who received us authorize (without us asking) to leave the cars parked in place reserved to the staff of the hotel.
We dedicate ourselves with our friends to go from hotels around the island quite frequently. I mean, we have a basis for comparison.

The hotel is good. Rested two weeks ago, not a season. The people are few. On-1 pool with jacuzzi. Different showers, hamam, sauna. But in the season, for the money they offer, expensive.

Stayed for a long weekend to see my son and escape the cold weather in the UK. The hotel is modern and clean. Very helpful and friendly staff. We enjoyed the spa very much. It was lovely to have a great breakfast choice apart from the sausages. Being a big, modern building it can be a bit echoey, so people coming back late at night can be a bit noisy. My partner was disappointed with the orange juice too and would have preferred fresh juice, however, overall it was a great place to stay for us and we would definitely stay again.

The breakfast is very complete, the location is fine if you want to be close to portals to downtown Palma you should go by bus. It has good cleanliness and maintenance. The only thing you hear the noises from the room to the hallways and floors up I was in low season I think Q in high season must be worse!

All right, we liked it without having anything to stand out in excess, ideal for a day. Correct value for money.

It was a super relaxing weekend and with great attention from the hotel staff, good breakfast buffet and good dinner.
It's a place to repeat. I'll do it!

The room was very nice, and it was very clean. The spa is nice, with the water warm, although at some hours there is saturation of people. We will definitely be back.

Honestly not a hotel I recommend.
The bathroom was very old and the room was very bad.
The cramped and outdated décor. To drink something in the hotel overly expensive.
The food just like in a very nice compound hospital but no taste whatsoever.
The pros: The hotel staff very friendly and correct and the price is economical (in low season) ideal hotel for people of the third ages.

All excellent except the temperature of the saunas in the spa already, which were very high and you could not even sit on them otherwise all excellent.

I stayed at this hotel three years in a row during the summer. The reception is very friendly but the "best rooms" are already booked several months in advance! The access to the beach is quite long but the hotel remains very well located. Portals is a 5min walk away, it is a very lively place with beautiful terraces and very good restaurants.

Very well! The breakfast is very varied, the staff is friendly (lacks a bit of friendliness and warmth at the reception) The hotel is well maintained, not quite soundproof, but it remains restful.
Its exteriors are nice, and the SPA and its staff are not to be missed, the Body Massage is a source of relaxation! In early November the hotel is its surroundings is frequented by a European clientele, very see no French… Displacement guaranteed do not expect to have a memorable view, portals us is so, so building bars.

The cold heated pool. The spa says that children can only enter from 14 to 15 H. And there were more than four children at 4 and 5 in the afternoon.

We spent five nights at this hotel and it is a recommended hotel 100%. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. The spa is small but very nice, I loved the shower of the scents! All great!

Went for a mini break in October. Staff are friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a family suite which was clean and spacious. Located 10 mins walk to the beach and marina. Used the excellent spa and gym (although a few free weights in the gym and a mat would be helpful). The beds by the pool were very comfortable and you can exchange pool towels every day. Stayed half board. Extensive choice and food good quality. We don’t eat meat but there was a huge selection of fish and vegetable dishes. A Vegetarian sign would be useful next to food if it doesn’t contain meat as we once bit into a Mexican dish which was located next to the vegetables only to discover it contained chicken! It would also be nice to have a large jug of fresh water in the evening without having to buy bottled water as the cost soon mounts up (water is free in the mornings from a machine). We will definitely return next year. Overall good value for money — the hotel is very clean, staff are lovely and friendly and food is very good.

No complaints from this couple. Everything was to our satisfaction, pleasant and helpful staff, facilities that met our expectations, and the hotel is well placed in the Portals Nous area. Would have no hesitation in staying here again if we were planning a holiday or short break in this area.

From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. Arriving very late due to delayed flight, food was waiting for us along with a lovely room. We paid for the top floor and were not disappointed. Ultra clean and well presented. Nice views. Every member of staff we dealt with were fantastic from the top down. Cannot fault anyone. My husband used the spa access included in our package and rated it highly. We also dined in the hotel half board. Breakfast was varied and nice. (Use the microwave to warm up some items. Normal for big hotels, they can't keep everything piping hot under the lights) and dinner was nice. Different choices each night so it wasn't boring and there was plenty to choose from. We thought we would go out some nights but we enjoyed the food we didn't! Nice location, plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance and with our hire car we were close to the main motorway to get anywhere on the Island. Would highly recommend and if we return again to Mallorca, it would be to this Hotel. Enjoyable stay, Thankyou.

Beds very uncomfortable but that is the only negative. Would definitely stay here again. Helpful staff, spotless rooms, great Spa, breakfast to cater for everyone. Location wise it was great & regular bus services, efficient taxis & car hire all in the mix. Lovely beaches within walking distance. Exceeded expectations overall.

I would struggle to identify an area in which they could improve. Value for money was exceptional and I would expect no better an experience for the cost of my stay. The staff were wonderful, especially Geovanny, who looked after us while we were pool side. Great location, great staff, skilled bar staff and very clean facilities.

Lovely hotel in a great location, close to amenities, attractions, the airport and Palma. Short walk to beach and marina. Rooms, public areas and pool area spotlessly clean. Great view from balcony. Excellent breakfast and dinner buffet including an amazing seafood buffet one evening. Friendly, welcoming staff, particularly the manager, waiters, bar staff & cleaning staff. Can't fault anything and would love to return one day.

Great place with friendly and helpful staff. Reception went above and beyond when I left my phone in a taxi. They organised for the phone to be delivered and looked after it behind reception until I collected. They will also call a taxi for you whenever you need. Ironing rooms available, great for me because I never pack correctly. Location is perfect for the beach and bars in Portal Nous. Rooms clean and spacious. Wi-Fi is great! Will be returning.

I really liked the hotel. The service and cleaning was nice, the food was great (except the room service — but it was still okay), it is a perfect size, because there is always room, and it is great for couples. Furthermore I got sick at my vacation and couldn't fly. The night before they didn't have any room, but would help us find one in another hotel the next day. Luckily they had a cancellation, and we could stay there. We should just switch rooms. Later that day I got worse, and I had to go to the hospital. Again, they were very helpful and got a cab within five minutes, which was really nice. I unfortunately got hospitalized, and the next day my boyfriend checked out with no problems. If I go to Mallorca again. I would most definitely consider going there again!

Great stay here been coming for over 5 years and lovely staff and hotel. Great kids play area indoor and outdoor. Also a choice of pools outdoor and an indoor heated pool too. Spa is lovely and varied and the location means you can get to the beach in under 5 mins walk.

The room was beautifully furnished following the upgrade however our room (005) only had one mirror which was in the bathroom, we really needed another full length mirror. The improvements though are much appreciated; tea/coffee, free safe key, beautiful towels, lovely bar and reception area. We stayed on a bed & breakfast basis but did order room service one evening and the food was good. Breakfast offers a good choice to suit everyone. We have stayed here many times and will keep returning.

We stayed here as a group of 12 for a hen do. It's perfect for groups with triple rooms and family rooms for up to 4 people. We were also astounded at what a bargain the place is. The price included a really full hot breakfast buffet and tokens for towels at the pool. The hotel is in the middle of the village at the top of the hill with nail bars, restaurants, gift shops and a supermarket only minutes walk away. To get down to the marina it's less than 10 minutes walk down the hill out the back gate by the pool (accessed by your room key). We had to be out of the room by 12 on our last day, but there are huge luggage rooms on each floor (ask for a key at reception) and a courtesy room with a communal shower. Most rooms have a balcony and all the basics you might require, except tea and coffeemaking facilities. If you're not looking for anything fancy, but want a place that's good value and easy, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Hotel wasn't overcrowded, we had nice room, bit worse view to the sea, but still acceptable. 1 less star coz menu was not big enough.
