Great place very close to shops and the beach is there too.

A nice older, very clean hotel. The staff is very friendly and there is nothing missing. I'm happy to come back.

Slightly older hotel, but super clean, great and attentive staff and a magnificent view. The party mile is around the corner and yet you don't hear about it at night when you have closed the windows. Eating is accustomed, but it's because you adapt to the main clientele of the English — so it's perfectly fine. Always happy.

Could not get Internet connection in our room we had bed and breakfast the breakfast was OK but was luke warm with no microwave to reheat we stayed in caribe and had to walk out side to get to flamboyan dining room. Rooms were specious with good maid service.

Nice staff, views and OK parking… Easy access to the beach… What else can you ask for. Not the best beds though.

The hotel is next to the beach and has an excellent view. The rooms are very large and the restaurant is good enough. The service is all around good and friendly but not everything in the room is properly cleaned, probably because of the size of the rooms themselves.

Very good hotel the rooms are big close to the beautifull sea this hotel gives you everything you need and more I will defently be returning.

I don't recommend resting there. It's noisy at night. The staff are not friendly.

Deuce — only due to the beautiful view from the window. The rest is a solid zero. The place is teeming with crowds of inadequate youth, the noise from which intensifies and reaches its peak by 3-4 o'clock in the morning. The feeling that you are in the stands during a football match, not in a hotel.
The hotel is like a student dormitory, with appropriate "renovation" and entourage, as well as a kitchen. Thanks to the tour operator Join ap for having moved us here for the last 2 days of rest.

The hotel has good cleaned rooms… but does not deserve 4 stars at all… the food is 1 star… because after my experience I would not return in this place only for this food issues… no diversifity… is a isle… no sea fruits food… only patatoes… bad cooked vegetables… 1 type of pasta… cheap fish… and can fish in 7 days holiday only 1 time I recieved paella… I found expired youghurt, mould on top of the cream from the strawberries tart, the left over fish I find it into the omlete next day (yeachhhhh). No fresh fruits… in 7 days not at all watermelon, or melon or grapes… most of the fruits was from the cans… disgusting… I lost few kg on my return… is not worth it to have all inclusive with this hotel! Better self catering honestly!

I would only give this hotel 3 not 4 stars. Beautiful views of the sea! ACTION; SPA IS TO TEUER AND LOHNT NOT (1h a day, you have to reserve, and it only has room for 7 people)

▪️5/5 — Location — The hotel's location is perfect, it was built litteraly on top of the beach ▪️4, 5/5 — Bedroom — I've stayed in the Hotel bedroom with sea view and I have loved it. The television is good it has got good channels! The beds are nice and you can wake up with the wonderful sea view! The pillow was small and just one however that view saved it all and it's not that bad! The closet is big. You actually have "pool beds" in your bedroom to tan yourself. In the bath the glass is too small and you wet all the floor if you're not careful ▪️4/5 — Staff — The receptionist were amazing and super professional. The staff is nice. The majority of the staff of course that's why that's an 4 and not a five ▪️5/5 — Decoration/ Cleaning — I didn't check anything dirty it was everything super cleaned. I did a little trip and I marked my bedroom with "please clean it" five minutes later and the cleaning ladies were in my bedroom. The decoration is very nice! I showed the hotel to my friends and they called it "fancy" ▪️4/5 — Food — The bar is quick and practical! It was a self service policy in some drinks for all inclusive Costumers and I have noticed that very people in this hotel have it! The buffet is good you have international food and don't get me started with the fruit and the dessert … P-E-R-F-E-C-T ▪️5/5 — Pool — It might seen small at the starting but the pool is perfect sized, and if you get bored 25 seconds and you are in the beach!

A Lot of the staff was always angry. We had ants in our bed. The All inclusive was a joke, they use way to cheap alkohol that tastes bad. The drinks are so small that you need to get more so often that There always are a so many people at the bar, that is takes forever to get your drinks. There are No pool bar, so you need to go 2 floors Up to get drinks. There are No tables at the pool, so if you want to Play cards or board games, you need to go to the bar. At the bar There are only 3-4 tables in the shadow, that are always taken. So you can only sit in the sun and the music is so loud that you cant talk. The food is only semi okay, cant see how they get 4 stars. There is a bar at the beach, but it is not in the All inclusive, so you need to Pay or walk the stairs 3 floors Up. The hotel is placed at the party Street in Magaluf, so There is noise All night Long, and puke in the Streets.

This is the worst hotel ever do not stay it will ruin your impression of this location. Staff is awful they don't care bc they are constantly busy, service is awful and rude I'm still waiting for extra towels bc their shower floods Everytime you take one. My grandmother's place in Italy has better reasources and it's from the 1800!

Hotel cleanliness is appalling. The first day we arrived there were ants crawling all over our TV unit. The air conditioning is shockingly bad and when we complained about it we were told that it was working fine. I disagreed with the receptionist and she said 'if you know so much about air conditioning why don't you fix it yourself. ' The receptionist with blonde hair is a lovely woman and very helpful whereas the woman with short dark hair has disgusting manners and a complete lack of respect for paying customers. I would NOT advise any families or groups of young people to stay in this hotel.

Staff quite rude, the rooms not very clean, location very good, food good… not great, had Fried potatoes every day, the spa very small. Good site for the end of the course, although you have to pay for Wi-Fi!

I would honestly struggle to find highlights of the hotel. Not only was the food and cleanliness of the hotel appalling, it was inappropriate for both families and young persons due to the noisey location and the blatant bias against young people. A £30 deposit was demanded that we were unaware of. When my friend briefly returned to the room with a friend to get her bag, a staff member took her passport and kicked her out for the whole night! She is eighteen years old. When she asked how she could make a complaint the following morning, hotel staff threatened to take her passport to the police! This meant that I was unable to relax or sleep all night due to worry. I would advise against visiting this hotel strongly due to the horrible treatment by staff.

Friendly staff, very clean hotel!

We love this hotel. This is the second time that we chose it. In the line of the Beach, very well cared for, modern, comfortable, near the bus stop.

Room with a view was fine.
The bathroom could have been better for a 4 star hotel.
The buffet in the morning was great, but it suffered the quality of the food.
The reception was long, but it was mostly done clean.

Cozy, panoramic terraces only defect wi fi to pay.

Hotel on the beach, with excellent views of the sea and a small island. It also has swimming pools and services, spacious outdoor terraces and with sea views. Has a small spa.

In the middle of Magaluf and a few steps from the sea, with swimming pool and small SPA bookable for an hour.

Las habitaciones decentes, horario internacional para comidas lo cual molesta ya que los españoles no estamos acostumbrados.

Awesome! Excellent hotel, staff are very helpful, location is fantastic! The beach is sandy and with all kinds of water sports! In a party area, sorrounded by pubs and discos. But family friendly as well. The food is very good as well!

I was there in September and pool is really small. With"all inclusive" still have to pay for Wi-Fi, energy drinks or brand alcohols. Not much room around the pool. If u wanna good spot u need to get up early.

I have been coming to the flamboyan caribe for many years and this year, I think due to the refurbishment they were not ready for guests when we arrived on 26 April 2013. The balcony furniture arrived the same day as us, there is a constant sound of running water from the air conditioning whether its on or not! The new seating in the bar area is very uncomfortable with wooden seats (albeit with covers) but no cushions. There is no entertainment as advertised. The food is very basic and I have had to eat out a few times which was never the case in the past and something u don't want to do when you've paid for all inclusive. And finally, the tv's don't work! Which probably wouldn't be an issue for us but the weather is terrible. On the plus side, bar and waiting staff very friendly and helpful and although alot of things are out of their control, reception staff apologetic but friendly and efficient. Don't know whether I will revisit. Would be a shame to lose all its good points of previous years as location us fab.
