Lovely place, rooms in top floor have fantastic views. Rooms are clean and comfortable, food above average. Only down side is noise from kids pool and pool bar/entertainment area under central rooms goes on till late so patio door has to be shut.

The actual hotel is lovely in a fantastic bay which is beautiful. Staff friendly. Clean rooms. Good food. Pools too small. Full of unsupervised kids until late hours so very noisy.

It was the best hotel that I've ever stayed! We had a room with excellent view, the room was very clean and spacious. I stayed along with my husband and four years old. My son just loved the pool, he enjoyed the time to the fullest! The hotel has a service called "Kid's club", where they arrange games for the children three times a day, each for 1.5 hour. And the staffs taking care of the children were really good at what they are doing. And in the mean time parents can relax for a while :) Also the breakfast was fascinating, beach is very nearby. Overall we loved our stay and want to say that the money well spent! Really recommended for people with (and of course without) family.

Its a pure zoo, benefits britain eat your hrart out, kids running wild while parents get pissed on the all inc.

Absolutely divine hotel but the area itself is no good for walking difficulties I had to pace myself and to be fair was knackered the whole 4 days had a great time overall but wish I'd read up on area first.

Fantastic hotel they were the best staff I have had in any hotel I have been too, definitely will be back.

Great hotel, we stayed in a sea view room on the 3 floor, we opted for all inclusive and it was a great choice, the food quite varied but still very good, super breakfast, the pools are not heated but they are both very nice, Definitely recommend. The Snack bar great. Very friendly staff and always willing to give you a hand. Soft animation for children The Miniclub is accepted from 4 to 12 years. Very close to the public bus stop A11 goes to the airport instead 104, 105, 106 all go to Palma, the frequencies are very high about every 10 minutes pet Palma every hour to airport. Near a beautiful beach not even 400 meters wide, is equipped with umbrellas and chairs to pay that free.

Absolutely fantastic, exceeded expectations. Great family hotel.

Great place of high standard with staff that goes extra effort for the guests amd children. Beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. Excellent choice of food that suit adults and children. The pool is always in the shade tjat can be a good thing that children won't get burnt while being in the pool all day. Although I did find it very cold. The children entrainment were brilliant and my children loved the music, even I joined in. We are going home with great memories, thank you to every staff including the cleaners, gardeners, bar staff, reception staff and the entrainment team.

The hotel was very nice and the staff were very helpful however usually you take comfort in knowing the hotel bar is only a stones throw away for you to relax sit back and enjoy a drink. I ordered a malibu and pineapple juice and to my disgust one drink cost me €8.10 which meant for one round of drinks for me and my wife it was €10.60 and this was the complex we had already paid to stay in. I expected at least a discount for residency in the hotel but no — nothing. I would definitely book the hotel again but the bar prices did put a dampener on our stay as a whole.

So I am so dissapointed. Every morning breakfast was the same eggs and beans, lunch and dinner as well. Hotel staff eat together with hotel guests. They don't smile at all and look like very angry. Drinks and ice creams need to ask and ask. Snack bar very poor (tomatoes were not fresh). Kids swimming pool water was very cold. Entertainment very very boring. Location not good it was very high to climb. Desserts look like from Lidl (cookies, no croissants). Rooms very dark. Only clean and refurbished and only nice view. It is 4 stars hotel but actually is seems like 3.

Excellent service rooms are lovely with a great view of the sea air con is brilliant keeps the room nice and cold even if you have the balcony door open.

Broken switch open to the bare wire, bathroom smells like a cat has urinated in there and food strewn all over pool area due to being all inclusive. Sticky flooring round pool bar, very noisy. Evening entertainment poor. You have to put deposit for a TV remote as not in room. Breakfast however Is rather good although do not forget to take the stamping card given on arrival. If you holiday without kids this hotel is not for you Also Wi-Fi is available for only one hour of your stay, having to pay for extra hours bit cheeky I thought.

That work there and I like to give service, expectacular! How I wish that I be treated if I am on vacation!

Modern facilities clean and welcoming staff prepared, great food, rooms with lovely sea view which say we recommend it to single families and anyone who wants to spend an unforgettable week.

It is a Apathotel very full, with unbeatable views, excellent. It is located in a quiet area, 5 min. Real-playa de son maties. It has a swimming pool for adults with two children and the other is more child with 2 slides and small trickles of water. At the end of June you can park well. Phenomenal for families. Educated people and hotel staff very friendly. Utensils very clean. It is recently renovated. Summary: very very good.

The staff here have been amazing. From the reception staff to the waiters to the entertainment staff, they've all been exceptionally friendly and gone out of their way to provide whatever has been asked of them. The food has been good, and the room relatively spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. The animación team have been utterly fantastic — the range of activities is great, and they really get into it with gusto and encourage people of all abilities.

Excellent 4* recently refurbished modern hotel. Rooms have good kit, very comfortable. Mixture of British and Europeans. Family amenities cared for which might not be the ideal Match for older couples, plus situated up a steep roadside isn't great for anyone with access problems. We enjoyed our stay in May 2017, 1 week after opening. Some finishing snagging can be expected before high season. But don't let this deter as it's a fab place. Plus magaluf starts 1 street away so can expect it to get a bit livelier on weekends. Would go back.

We stayed here the past 2 years. We had a fantastic holiday. Could not fault it. All staff was friendly and went out there way for you. Kids really enjoyed their time here too. Especially with the kids club staff Sarah. Kids cried when their had to go home and was demanding to go back to see her again. So hopefully she will be there in 2018 when we have booked. It is an all round good family holiday and loving the new look of the hotel. Xx.

Excellent hotel with panoramic views over the bay and Palmanova. Brilliant food and good rooms. Pools ok but not big.

Have been twice, always nice.

Just got back. Place has changed (for the better) since our last visit. Great for the kids. My Gkids never (hardly ever) left the pool. The food was excellent. Not sure what Mr C. Was on about it being 'samey'. Breakfasts don't change much from hotel to hotel. It's basically (assorted) sausage, egg (boiled, poached, scrambled, fried, you name it) and bacon plus various assorted meats and sauces and far too many biscuits and cakes etc for my waistline. Can't go wrong with that! The dinners were superb! No repetition in the week we were there. Kids drink as much coloured slop. Err slush they can get and show no signs of aggression or strange tufts of hair appearing unexpectedly about their person so I guess the colours must have been fairly natural. Staff were all friendly as far as I was concerned but I'm a great believer in that if you treat them politely, they will reciprocate. Excellent.

Ok hotel nicely situated gives a nice vantage point over palma nova bay. Food could do with more variety as it's very samey from day to day. Staff are very helpful. Could do with the odd smile every now and then without the tourists they would not have a job.

Amazing hotel never been to a better hotel than this very big pool in fact it has two pools very nice food. There is nothing more I can say about it.
