Hotel Samos

Loved our time here at Hotel Samos, rooms were lovely and kept clean, hotel staff were really helpful, the food was fantastic and there are so many areas and beaches locally to explore and enjoy. We went during the off-season and it was just the right amount of hustle and bustle for us. Had a wonderful time and would definitely go back again!

Lovely hotel with lots of storage space in the room. Rooms are cleaned to a high standard. Spa was great but hard to access with key card provided by reception. Both times I attended my card would not gain me access and you get greated by quite an unfriendly woman…
I would definitely attend again. Great entertainment team and swimming pool.
Cons :
The 1€ drink charge for plastic cup at the bar… they refund you the 1€ when you hand back the cup.
— lifts feel a bit unsteady (the see through lift is fine)
Food in buffet is more cold than hot.
Not enough Restaurant staff — tables dirty.
These cons did not impact my stay though! 5 star.

In short, it was very good with only two trivial niggles. Coffee machines and sound proofing.
Room.
My friend and I booked the standard accommodation with all inclusive. We arrived early. The website mentions you can arrive before 15:00 if your room is ready but there are no guarantees. Thankfully our room was ready but I'm pretty sure after over-hearing a conversation that they have a holding place for your luggage if your room is not available. The room we had was immaculate and serviced every day and we were allowed to take advantage of all inclusive food and drinks immediately. The room comprised of a bedroom, shower room and a balcony with seating. There was a complimentary bottle of "something" in the fridge, sweets too which was a nice touch. Our room faced the back (no pool view) but it was lovely, quiet and private and I think we preferred this Vs overlooking the pool. My only niggle with the rooms was as others have mentioned. The sound proofing could be a little better. We had guests in the adjoining room that decided to have a bit of a party on our final night and it was quite loud. The wooden headboards don't help neither when you have energetic amorous people next door but it was short lived :) This is no reflection on the hotel though, these people were loud. I think it was just bad luck on the last day. Just to emphasise too… the hotel isn't full party animals.

An amazing hotel! I have never stayed in a better 4-star hotel. The rooms were very clean, with a bright and fresh environment. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. One of animator Raymond — legend!
There was a huge variety of food, and everything was prepared deliciously. Simply wonderful!

It was pretty good the only bad thing is the shower head, and that the air conditioning in the dining room was very loose. Otherwise it was fine I stayed 3 night full board.

Very clean. Short walk to beach, amazing food … Marian was lovely and the younger barman.

The hotel is in an ideal location. Close to everything, you can walk everywhere. Hotel service smooth and friendly. The food in the restaurant is delicious, and the animations for adults in the evenings at the highest level. We would love to visit this hotel again.

Lovely place. Clean, rooms cleaned every day, towels changed every day. Staff nice and willing to help. Good and varied food.

Great holiday, staff were lovely and helpful. The Entertainment team were by far the best. Always smiling and engaging, the reason why we want to come back!

Had the best time at this hotel, very clean, friendly staff, plenty of sun beds, amazing breakfast with lots of choice. Next door to BCM nightclub, and a 5 minute walk to the main strip of Magaluf. Beach was a 3 minute walk. Would highly recommend.

Friendly, good value for money, brilliant location, helpful staff, cleanliness is exceptional, great food.

The food is very repetitive and cold, they do not put fruit only apples, pears and bananas, they say that the fruits are washed but everyone touches it so very healthy it does not seem.
The dining room opens at 7:45 a. M. A little late if you want to make excursions that start at 8, 30

Fabulous hotel, came here 2 years ago and its a cut above the rest of hotels in magaluf.
