Blood on the bedroom wall, plank of wood nailed to bottom of broken bathroom door. Gave us teacups with no kettle and then the next day the cleaner took the teacups away and didn't replace them. Our apartment door had a crack wide enough that we could see into the corridor when it was closed. There were arguments and disagreements amongst younger drunk guests CONSTANTLY every night and I didn't once see a member of security defuse a situation or appear when a fight broke out. The noise from the stage every night is expected and it added to the party atmosphere but I didn't feel safe walking through the complex grounds on my own, the streets were calmer. The pool was only opened from 12 until 7 and the food on offer wasn't great. The drinks were a complete rip off, an absolute joke. We bought tokens for five beers and each beer came as a half pint, but within each cup there was literally a few mouthfuls of beer and the rest was head. The beer was San Miguel, which I like, but I can't stress enough how little beer was in each half pint cup, literally a few mouthfuls. The rooms are bright and inviting but when you look closely they're not up to standard. The staff (not the security staff) were friendly and they have a genius wrist band/door key so you always have your key on your person but this didn't make up for everything else. The area is fantastic, great location, but I will never stay at this place again, never.

Actually very nice hotel for young people with a lot of Parties with nice music (pool Party and stage with Dü) very nice ambiance. Very good all inclusive with good food. The place is more for party and fun, not perfect for how is seeking relax.

It's not a 4 star! Lousy food, lousy drinks only the music is worth it. As much a 2 ' 5 star. Also in the room/bathroom There were leaks, the wave pool was not working and the floor was in very bad condition, you cut if or if. The food/dinner that makes it sad… The music is OK! It's the only thing. If I could give 0 stars, I'd give them.

Hotel to flee! THEFT of personal BELONGINGS in the rooms (known problems in view of other reviews always the same targeted rooms). DEFAILANT security system and INCOMPETENT PERSONNEL for problem management. Information retention and no help from hotel managers to find solutions. UNACCEPTABLE money machine, no consideration for customers spoiled holidays!

All inclusive, varied buffet, clean room.

Even though this place is full of all ages for me in my 40's I didnt enjoy it. Id rather have payed for a day pass than staying for the week, music is pumped out of loud speakers from morning till 5-6pm and was just repeated daily (same tunes). Once you've been on all the slides once there is no need for 7 days of it. I took ill on second day and although I dont know what caused it I have my suspicions, I go to Majorca 3-4 times a year and have never been ill before.

Real buzzin atmosphere. Food is good / drink is good but never have I stayed all inclusive that ends at 8pm. And I don't mean you can't use your bans past 8 I mean they shut everything at 8. Although on the flip side if you be been drinking in the sun to bangin tunes from resident dj all day your gonna want to be going to a club etc. All in all a good hotel.

It is a hotel with a very good facility and room that are like an apartment dining room and bedroom, with plenty of atmosphere and at the same time in the evening quiet, the open bar ends at 21 and very near the streets of the feast. We will return.

Went for day to water park to meet friends staying there. Hotel is of a high standard all facilities are good. All inclusive drinks and food from 09:00 — 21:00 food is ok but not exciting. Water park is brilliant.

Frankly not recommended request refund.

Reasonably quick check in. Reasonable food. Reasonable drinks. Generally reasonable. Out of ten… Not bad. Nice place to eat and drink.

Best place for magaluf experience its cheap rooms are lush food nice every so I. Had a pool view and the water slides ate ace!

I hurt myself in the pool getting off the slide and despite the continual reminders, the hotel you never answered me for the insurance.
While I was unconscious they took me to a private clinic there in Magaluf, and now I have to pay 1220 euros for 2 hours of medical care!

Been twice had a great time will retire good location clean Gud food Gud staff bright n vibrant. On both visit manager was very helpful way better adult only need I say more and manage to sleep comfy too.

When he finished the concert of David Guetta threw us out right away without having the ability to redeem the tickets of consumption, and that we wanted 2 waters, because that night to a lot of heat. Recommendation not to buy bouchers tickets that if you don't drink at the time, " you can make a shit " that was as well as he replied to me the responsible of the bar for drinks.

Hotel is rubbish, very expensive and shoddy service. The buffet food was unacceptable.

The security men totally unkind just look grim as if you were a criminal, never go there again and then watched the video where the young man wants to protect his girlfriend and was smitten together by the security men, never again.

Great hotel! Firstly, I've read some of the bad reviews and it's mainly from elderly complaining that people are drunk, too much partying etc. It is advertised as a party hotel. What do you expect? The hotel is excellent, depending on what you are looking for. We went on a lads holiday of 9 and it was honestly an amazing experience. We opted for the all inclusive deal which meant we had free alcohol for the week every day from 10am till 8pm. Breakfast lunch and dinner buffet all with a wide variety of foods which changed every day. There was always something for everyone whether you were a meat eater or vegetarian. Sun beds are all free to use, they have multiple pools scattered around the grounds with a big mail pool in the middle with several slides for your leisure. House keeping are very prompt and efficient, you will always come back to a clean room. The venue has a lot of exits which is handy. There are many mini supermarkets at each exit and direct routes to the main strip no matter where you exit from. The hotel is in a good location. Staff are very friendly and all are ready to ensure you get the most out of your stay. This hotel is definitely aimed at young adults — middle aged adults looking to PARTY and have a GOOD TIME. Do not book this hotel if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful get away with land mark sites. You will be on of the reviewers saying "Everyone is drunk".

Nice accommodation. Food choice was limited enjoyed what they served but could have done with more to choose from. The bar closes at 9pm. During the day there was a bit of a queue at the bar since they only had one bar open.

Ideal place to enjoy your holiday and see a dj that you like. Magic!

I love the BH Mallorca. It has everything to spend time incredibly well on the island. Water park, pool parties and concerts with people like Craig David, Steve Aoki, Martin Garrix and David Guetta. What a luck we have on the island!

I stayed at this wonderful hotel a week in August. It has a pool with slides and two others without. During the summer they perform internationally acclaimed DJs. I had the pleasure of listening to Steve Aoki and Axwell and wholesale. A place where fun is the order of the day. You can eat as much as you want from 9 a. M. To 9 p. M. That hotel is a joke. Do not go there if you would like to have nice service and good drinks, I will never, ever go there again. Hotel below any standards, bar staff — joke, they are speaking spanish to you even if you are speaking english, reception and security is the only positive thing in that hotel.

Absolutely savage spot. Of course a bit noisy at night but wear earbuds and it's fine. The food buffet was excellent for every meal. Always something to choose from. The pool is amazing with great slides you don't need to pay into any water park for thrills.

It was really great. It was me and 5 of my friends from 3 to 11 September, we had the room view stage, a crazy thing. Too bad that the internship was already closed on those dates, but really beautiful already so.

All staff is really friendly, they are concerned all the time to give your the best time and information about the hotel. The rooms have nice decoration, they are a good size and really clean. The hotel is located in a good area with everything around it. Bad thing is the guest can't control themselves, are always drunk and fighting and at night u can't sleep because of the noise.

This is not a 5 star hotel, but for us the young ones is even better! You can enjoy live music of your favourite DJs. It is full of people who want to enjoy the best expertise in festivals and parties. So, not a 5 star in comfort but if I'm a 5 start girl you can't have as much fun as in here.

Hotel for kids. Pool Party, music, fun, big drinks. Certainly not a relaxing resort, but fun-filled. Nice rooms, great service. Poor food in the opinion of an Italian, excellent for other nationalities.

A paradise for those who travel with friends and want to have fun h24hr. I recommend the all inclusive package to take advantage of all the hotel services, i. E. Meals, drinks, park and concerts at the stage. Cleanliness of the rooms great, staff present and helpful, some pools where the pool parties are held instead they are not very clean cause Brits who drink in the water. The Evening concerts host the best DJs in the world and offer a truly evocative spectacle.

It's a nice safe environment for youngsters and young at heart a like. The themed nights in the kitchen is great. However the same breakfast everyday can get a little boring after 3 days. Overall its clean, fantastic housekeeping staff, fresh towels daily. Im not going to complain about the noise because I expected it.

The hotel is really big, it includes more pools and also some slides. There is an internship area where international DJs perform. A few steps from the sea.

Great location for young people. Very tasty food. Comfortable beds. Yes, maybe loud until midnight, but that's Magaluf. All the advice.

Great caution is required here. The security wont ever to beat up young girls and when interferes the friend he is beating too! And you go to ground then woe that enter a still the skull!
That I dread at the idea is a guest again in this hotel and therefore in danger of life goes.
Especially since the operator rather than the security exchanged no he has only asked that the did rnicht not again work there… And the rest of the Securityfirma?
So you'd better number Agnes rgehen udn somewhere else check in. Unless one is doctor then get delivered to customers virtually in the holiday.

As a precaution before the ambulance call, caught you definitely need these.

This hotel employes very dangerous guards who assults their guests with leathal force. I was going to book a nice holliday but I found a brutal video from the hotel instead. They viciously attacks two guests and one is seriously injured! STAY AWAY!

The staff of the hotel are a scandal. After the case before that were laughing about. I'm Schokiert. With this action, you ruined my vacation. I will no longer visit this hotel. Women clubs.

Very bad personal unkindly and aggressiv. Rooms are Not clean dust on almost everything. Lots of hairs in bathroom. And ofc the security is a bunch of dangerous gangsters Who like beating up women and men without giving a f*#$

Security staff is abusive towards guests. Hotel management who hired them has mismanaged the issue. Police are involved and hotel rumoured of trying to bribe injured not to goto police. Check the news and their Facebook pages for details. They are vanning people and getting posts removed but this is all true.

Before booking this hotel go to their Facebook page! Last week a Dj was badly beaten and put into hospital by this hotels security staff. He was booked for an event and was asked to leave the hotel (though he had a day pass). 3 security guards then beat him and continued to do so whilst he laid on the floor and was kicked to the head. You will find the video of this beating on facebooks do will also see my friends face, so you can see how badly he was beaten by this hotels security staff. Not only this, but one of their security staff also commented on a post and congratulated his friends on the beating of the artist, whilst continuing to say that English tourist deserve this beating and should F*** off back to England. A very very unprofessional hotel!

Perfect location, good experience, good facilities… A very nice hotel and to enjoy, with performance by Steve Aoki at one of the indoor venues, parties, water park, swimming pools for all applications, GYM, two dressers, various bars…
Bad: ineffective cleaning service (fee-entering), hard beds (not too much to ask a mattress that is not comparable to asphalt) and its buffet and the pool, with all the feast of Magaluf, breakfast or you smell it, the food you get just for dinner or you're tired, or shower or out there… good thing is 5 meters from one of the various outputs a Turk with good kebabs and pizzas well price. Also has a super to the side, the beach a half kilometer and BCM opposite. The hotel is in the perfect location.

Good place to stay at. Excellent service when needed, even at the all inclusive bar. And really nice food at the hotell. Well served.

Got relocated here as bcm hotel is closed best thing ever it's 10 times better food is lovely will definetly be returning xxx.

Flumes are brilliant, food is surprisingly good, everything's really clean. Great party atmosphere all day.

Great weekend with a top bunch of lads (stag weekend). All drinks and food are all inclusive, but there are time limits as to what you can get and when. Breakfast 9-11, bars only open 11am to 8pm, so take plenty of cash because you will be going out in the evening. You can get food in the afternoon and the selection is nicely varied and consistently good quality. Worth a visit.

Especially if you like acoustic slides and concerts in summer. The hotel has been recently remodeled.

It is a hotel made for the q is… For the party. To eat badly and always the same. Thighs d chicken overheated, unpalatable and sequisimos… Breakfast, sota, caballo and King… Dinner until 8… And like open bar. The day q arrived at the morning drunk people x 2 (d) lobbies popping doors… No you can prepare picnick for eating out or having the all inclusive… Well, television… You change d channel 2 times… And shuts… A shame d site…

Hotel was outstandingly clean, rooms were brilliant and very modern. Only downfall was noise around 5am-7am on a morning it was like a zoo although security were very good and tended straight away where necessary to quieten things down, would definitely come to bh Mallorca again a brilliant brilliant 4 days away with my partner one to be remembered although thunderstorms didn't spoil anything the slides were spot on too.

Wasn't a resident at the hotel but got a ticket for rudimental yesterday! Amazing day and night! Drinks were cheap and venue was great! Hoping to book a room next time as a balcony overlooking the stage would be brilliant! Can't wait to see another gig here!

Dormitory! Cheap style, but clean. Everyday same food. Cool — if you like a party. Everyday. But if you want to stay in some nice, quiet place, it is not a good choice.

Just got back to day 01/09/2014, pool ok rooms poor no aircon, not even a TV in the rooms. This hotel is 30 years passed it sell by date rate it — 2 out of 10
