We stayed here in August 2017 and as a family had a wonderful holiday.
— Rooms were spotless upon arrival and were cleaned everyday.
— the staff was amazing and friendly and brilliant with my children.
— food was lovely I’m very fussy but I had no complaints at all As a whole the hotel was brilliant and would definitely stay again!

The hotel is not worthy of the 4 stars! I’d say a 2 and a half stars! The room wasn't even cleaned up properly when we first stepped in! We found lots of hair and dust on the floor and in the bathtub!
The sheets were stained and the blankets were also dirty … unacceptable for a 4 star hotel! The bed is actually a twin bed that is very uncomfortable at night because the two beds can easily separate (not recommended if you have children with you). Other than that, you can hear everything from the other rooms which is quite unplesant at night!
The food was ok and various everyday but there weren’t actually english names for all the food. Some of it you will have to guess what it is before you eat it.
The waiters were very rude, they didn't understand english (most of them)! They even took our plates before we finished our dinner without even asking if we were done! I didn’t see this kind of behavior in other contries or hotels I’ve been!
The only polite people were at the reception!
Other than that, the location is quite nice and close to the strip and the main attractions in Magaluf, yet still a quiet area!

AMAZING — family fun from morning till midnight. Entertainment are just phenomenal. ❤️❤️❤️

Jimmy, Daniel, Carlos and the bar staff are fantastic, good fun and attentive.
If you like fish you’re into a winner in the restaurant. But the meals are great.
The entertainers Mercedes, Christina, federica are fabulous, plenty of activities to do around the pool and surrounding areas, not 100% 4 star but a clean and tidy hotel.
Water isn’t free for all inclusive. Which is a bit odd.
Great pool.
Just far enough away to be quiet but not too far from the town.

Would of been good, but every night it was just fish for dinner. Had takeaway every night. Other than that hotel is ok.

Rude security, no regard for people in need of help from emergency services, they just shun you away and talk to you horribly.

Hello to all: If you are looking for a good view of the hotel ATLANTIC PARK, here you have it. We are 1 marriage, q have been 8 days in the 2nd half of September to T. I. And all phenomenal. 10 the staff the hotel, reception, entertainment, Rte. Cleaning and "Above all" to the of the Bar of the swimming pool which are a wound. On the facilities of the hotel, everything very clean, including rooms, in addition, looks all very new after 4 years approx. Reform, it is +, our room still be smelled new furniture. The menus of the varied Buffet, juices, pastries, meat, fish, Frivolida — des, desserts, etc, the Snack-Bar, Nuggets, burgers, chips, etc, q for food is pretty good. Although, if there is q put some "small negative" and suppose q as the majority of Spaniards, is the timetable of the Rte. Very large breakfast, but the food, especially the dinner q is too early for our taste. The Shows would put + music, to the hotel a 9. Eli and Sergio.
