Me and my friend had an incredible time at this hotel. Despite some bad weather, we were well looked after and catered for within the hotel’s facilities and by the wonderful staff who work there. Sun or no sun the hotel is always thriving and there is always such a lovely atmosphere. The bar staff work incredibly hard day and night and are always happy to see each and every guest. A massive thank you to George — please try his amazing sangria! 😊 We will be back!

Had a dream time in Mallorca and stayed at Martinique. It is a beautiful hotel! I don’t have any complaints, only that there is music in the pool areas, but I am a boring introvert sometimes, so never mind me! Thank you to all amazing staff for looking after us so well!

Stayed here last month, after a very long 18 months with covid etc. It was nice to finally get away and enjoy a well earned break. We arrived late in the evening and was welcomed very quickly, and very politely by the reception staff, normally with all inclusive hotels you don’t hold much hope for the amenities such as food etc. How far wrong could I have been, the food was some of the best I’ve eaten. The hotel is very clean, fresh and airy. It was also good to see my misses catch up with some of the staff as they went to school together. It is exceptionally located close to the beach, but far away to be able to enjoy some peace and quiet.
The pool was very nice, I spent 90% of the time we was at the pool just day dreaming and trying to float. Would I stay here again, and the answer is yes, I would definitely book here again if I was to go back to Majorca! Thank you for the enjoyable experience! 5 stars from me!

Loved our stay here! I was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews, but I was polite to the staff and received nothing but the same in return. Particular thanks to Sante at the bar/restaurant who was super patient with us trying to order stuff in broken Spanish 😅 but all of the staff were really lovely and welcoming. The whole hotel is gorgeous and spotlessly clean throughout, room is comfy, pools are stunning (if a little cold! ), great access to beach, varied food… couldn't really ask for more! Would definitely come again, thank you to all! 🥰

Fantastic hotel, lovely staff, clean, modern and accommodating. 9 mature woman had a fab time. Special shout out to my George on the bar for always looking after us! Don’t hesitate.

To be recommanded to young people who have enough with a bed to sleep & some food.
Great location, just a street away from the strip but due to that there wasn’t a quite night at the hotel (drunk ppl make a lot of noise😂, haha) A lot can be improved in hygiene.
It’s like they clean a lot, 10 people at the pool in the morning but if you look good it’s not clean at all. The rooms are a mess, our bathroom was like a swimmingpool because there was no shower window & the doors where in mold due the water. They bring new towels & make up the bed but cleaned? I doubt it.
Public toilet at the pool where cleaned regulary 👌 You can go to the pool at 10am but can’t have any drinks before 11n. Strange? Food is good, have eaten worse at other hotels.

Lovely hotel but the woman who works in the pool bar is quite possibly the most miserable person I’ve met in my entire life. She should not be working in hospitality. Apart from that lovely stay thanks xx.

My partner and I came here for our first holiday as a couple, unfortunately at the end of our week in magaluf, we tested positive and had to quarantine for 10 days.
We decided we’d like to stay at hm Martinique for our 10 days, as this way we were able to stay together, and overall just preferred being able to stay in the same room as we’d been in for the week.
Before our quarantine, our hotel room wasn’t cleaned whilst we were out for the day, the staff — at a push, gave us fresh towels.
We were only bed and breakfast, the food wasn’t terribly great. Luckily there’s some great restaurants outside of the hotel.
During our quarantine — which we are now paying all inclusive for, we’ve been given breakfast — which is cold, stale and overall not very nice, lunch — which is also cold, stale and just not satisfying, and evening meal is the same. Each lunch and tea tends to be the same, a cold handful of chips, cold breaded chicken and uncooked white rice.
We asked if we could be told what the option for food is, so that we can decide for ourselves what we think we’d enjoy, and eat all of.
They did now allow this, we get what we’re given.
We get 2 small bottles of water a day.
In the evenings, we now just order takeaway from outside restaurants to fill us up, as we’re so hungry and just not able to eat the food given to us, as the standards are low, again, cold food, uncooked, sloppy and just plain.

It was me and my daughter, the first week of August and I have to say that, with all the problems that are there at the moment, we had a great time! Very kind staff, always helpful and ready to help you, exquisite food, good sized and welcoming room. The pools are beautiful and always very clean.
Close to the sea and all amenities. It's a hotel I highly recommend!

Lovely hotel but cleaners go threw your wardrobe and throw stuff out took my Louie Vuitton belt out the box and binned it absolute joke.

Hmmartiniqueapartment Security staff at this hotel extort cash from young 17-18 Y/O guests. Eviction and police threats if €150 wasn’t paid to guards. No receipts provided when requested. Kids left penniless and terrified, holiday nightmare. Guards Entering rooms without permission, searching suitcases and demanding guests open safes so they can see what’s inside. Shame on you!

Lovely hotel. Wasn’t impressed by the room we was given on first arrival but after room change we had a fabulous time. Lovely and clean it’s a shame some people have no respect for their surroundings as this morning the youth of today have made a huge mess of the outside area with cigarette ends and empty glasses etc! I’d chuck them out if I was in charge! The cleaning staff have made a good job of cleaning it all up though!

Much better, than expected according ranking. Clean rooms, new furniture. 3 water pools. 9 from 10. Food could be tasty.

This hotel is the best place I have ever spent on Holaday My mum was in hospital for 3 weeks and they took care of me had to pay but thay did not have to let me stay the food is there is great and I would love to come back again and I will next yr the staff are great helpful and respectful the hotel is clean all the time you can not find no where better in Magaluf if you don’t go you lost a good time.

I have stayed at this hotel roughly 17 times visiting twice a year. Why do I keep going back, because the staff are amazing the facilities are great the food is great and the rooms are spacious. We have never encountered any problems but I know if we did the staff would do their utmost to rectify. I have seen the hotel evolve and improve over the years to become a up market hotel and I personally wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else. Highly recommend.

Super good facilities, clean and tidied when needed. Lovely views, and everything was available that we needed. Jose and Felix were amazing bartenders and kept us comfortable and happy.

Hotel was nice, same like on pictures, staff friendly and helpful, a lot of drinks to choose from all inclusive, delicious food and everyday something new. Fresh towels everyday, and very nice smell on the lobby which I will never forget :) ) ) )

Some or most of the room s need properly cleaned had to get new room as the smells were discussing.

The hotel welcomes mainly young customers. Loud music proposed by the djs of the hotel that feels up to the inside of the rooms. The noise and confusion reign until after midnight. Food and discrete choice wide enough (NB on the outside-I don't eat deliberately Italian food, therefore my opinion on the food may be very different from that of other customers of the hotel. The all-inclusive formula and pushes many young people to take alcoholic beverages from the morning until late in the evening. The hotel has two large swimming pools and a pool for children outdoor and a small indoor swimming pool. The informal environment. The bus stop in the immediate vicinity (around 100 metres), lines 104, 105.106 and 107 connect to Magaluf to Palma in about an hour. Sandy beach at 150 meters from the hotel with the possibility of daily rental of beach umbrella is 4.5€ and the bed is 4.5€ (beach umbrella and 2 sun loungers 13, 50€). There are also free beach areas.

Wonderful holiday… animation for my kids aged 12 and 9 was really good with Lucy that organized games and matches in the massive swimming pool … Food was really good, buffet was always different … We had a really lovely holiday. Gabriella UK.

Hotel interesting, modern, well done Sin I guests English when a large casino so it is not suitable for families with children, cleaning poor, unfortunately, and if you are all inclusive with the kids, you have to pull them then drag them to your bar to make drinks for them that they want every person who shows on the tour can take a drink at a time if you want a drink coffee is a Fano history not all But most. Using the pools with the girls is dangerous, because the English they throw in the pool, play football and pay no attention those who have a part in the small swimming pool looks private occupied by two or three groups of them so we can't use from the other guests sin.

We have just spent a week at this hotel on a family holiday — the hotel is fine, pool is good but it is not a place for a family holiday and it should not be sold as one as it is not fair! I've never written a review for a hotel before but feel that I need to let people know that this place leaves a lot to be desired — lots of groups of kids drinking, taking drugs in broad daylight, leaving their ribbish and plastic cups floating in the pool, disgusting conversations in front of my kids, and today we saw lads with co2 balloons on the side of the pool. Absolutely no respect for anyone other than themselves and not a security or life guard in site. We're not prudes and each to their own, but in broad daylight in public and in front of children is just disgusting. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible! The hotel was very dirty, the room not cleaned. We returned the room had not been aired and smelt of cigarette. Even after the passage of the housekeeper, the room was still dirty. The white walls are stained from foods, traces of fingers. The pools were crowded. We asked for a refund and left. The price for a room like that, unacceptable. We strongly recommend not to.

First, we got an room with no toiletdoor. Second one, there was mold everywhere. Even in our room and downstairs in lobby on the sides. Pool closed 7, but they chased us up 45 min before. Poor cleaning, and the other we traveled with got an gold ring stolen from their apartment. In training room, there was running water from the ceiling, through the lights! That could be dangerous. All inn all, a shitty hotel. And we’re never going back here. And people say parking lot was nice, because it was free. Dont ever bother. Our car got the backglass broken with a stone, and they stole some new clothes we bought. After 23’o clock the parking lot were full of drunk people partying. And this hotel wasnt even cheap.

I visit this aparthotel for a holiday with friends, we have a room for 4, apart from some misunderstanding with the staff initially wanted to add 300€ to our reservation) for the rest, we are passing a beautiful living room, modern rooms, clean, precise, well-equipped for every need with large swimming pools. My only criticism of the pools, a bit dangerous to fell in the pool through a lowering of the soil very slippery. Shortcomings: clothespins for the clothes, the clothes that they are 2 mudande and a sock barely, ashtrays, place to rinse things out, but there is a laundry room in the internal structure). Beautiful location close to the centre and every service, also a supermarket adjacent to the hotel (prices exaggerated but understood)

Fab holiday great hotel. Great atmosphere food. Hotel staff wonderfully charming. Very helpful. They even have lifeguards which l thought was a tremendous.

Very nice on the surface but you have to pay extra to use any facilities ie football, TV etc. Water was pouring though ceiling one night in my mates room cause someone left the shower on and half the hotel was flooded. Very modern and clean tho.

The room had no soap, no hands, no shower, no nothing. When we arrived at night we warned, and they told us that until morning they would not give us.
The room had many flaws, the bathroom door and the room did not close, the shower tray was poorly installed and everything looked bad finished or in a hurry.
Upon returning at night, the security and reception staff were very rude and did not properly apply their security policy to check that we were guests staying at the hotel, being crude to us and generándonos many inconvenience. Unacceptable.

The rooms are large. I have chosen an appartment and it has all the things needed for a family with children. Balcony is huge with nice view also. At the moment I am writeing this review the whole hotel is undergoing maintenance but this didn't bother me.

Lovely place food is great staff are very helpful and polite and great out door pools enjoyed it will be back next year.

Very clean Hotel very good location.

We were set up from back to front. At first they promised us a different room, because the given rooms had only doors that were useless, we always heard EVERYTHING. Sleeping was impossible! I've been to a few hotels and have already spent many party holidays in many places. But what this hotel offers is the absolute horror. It's really awful to spend the night there, the staff is always lying to you to waste time. Nevertheless we checked out after the 3rd day, although we paid for 14… Security doesn't help you at all, everyone can just knock on your door and don't let you fall asleep. Never ever! never ever!

The hotel was Ok a bit tired in places and the room/apartment was very basic and had clearly been mistreated and patched up several times the locks on the patio doors were pretty useless and I genuinely felt that the room/apartment was very vulnerable to a break in which luckily we didn't have but reading other reviews where their room were broken into I can easily see why, the hotel in general was ok the all inclusive was very limited drinks wise and the food was edible but a bit bland and repetitive, the staff were ok but looked a bit pissed off at times and disinterested in working at the hotel, the entertainment at night wasn't very good and the music they played was random to say the least, the pool and outdoor area was good the pool was bloody freezing at first but once in it was ok the kids enjoyed the hot pool, the actual position of the hotel was a bit strange with access hard with a pushchair and on one occasion we were sure there was someone selling drugs just outside the hotel obviously isn't brill, would I go back there? Probably not but I did like magaluf and Palma nova so maybe a nicer hotel nearer to Palma nova next time…

Average hotel, fortunately that the staff put on their own to make the stay nice, beautiful swimming pool beautiful, a lot of activity in the complex, the problem: the Wi-Fi paying, they abuse, the same for TV, you have to pay the remote.

The hotel needs an intensive cleaning, especially in faucets, still the cleaning service very friendly. The beds are very uncomfortable and unstable. For the rest all right.

For Englishmen or people who look for wristband of cough included, they dispatch you fast and it is Garrafon.

The rooms were alright, nothing too special. Service was alright, they could have been more polite, but I understand what kind of people they have to deal with all day long. Personally, I was disappointed at the lack of forks, knives and spoons, a frying pan and worst of all, a corkscrew.

You have to pay the TV! The food is actually good, however if you buy all inclusive you only get drinks in the bar, they tried to make it better making one "snack" in the morning and one in the afternoon but I can want a snack without the snack time! The presentation is horrible.

First of all the hotel looks nothing like the pictures so don't be fooled. The rooms are in a bad state (furniture damaged, rust on metal objects and dirt that simply can't be cleaned off). The games room is dirty, the paint is peeling off the ceiling and there is a huge hole in the carpet as well as multiple stains. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

It's a good hotel, the gentleman at the front desk who looks like Pique is the best of all. The location is very good.

Am here at the Martinique at the moment. Pool area lovely. Not too busy. Food is quite good. Its very noisy around 10 at night when everyone is getting ready to go out. But slept fine. If you dont mind that its worth a visit.

For what u pay these apartments are great. I've definitely been to a lot better but I've also paid a lot more money. If your looking for somewhere to stay that's well priced and your not bothered about any luxuries then this is the place for you.

Place suitable for young people without so many problems to sleep well and relax or whatever else. Typically most of the Martinique clientele are English and Irish from the balconies you can witness all the bottles that fly people who throw themselves in the balconies of under choirs from balcony to balcony. In short, a real brothel run at night by a half-guard that makes running away laughing. Small apartments with large balcony housekeeping come to do them while you are still in bed (2 minute cleaning). If you go to Magaluf don't go to Martinique.

Definitely would not really recommend this place for family's! It's recommend 18-30 hotel an the place was full of wee kids! The music they played would put you to sleep! The staff are rude an the maids would steal your bloody hair of your back!

It's alright. Cheap and cheery would be how I would describe it. You get what you pay for.

A very nice hotel with lovely pool area and spacious rooms, however the air conditioning wasn't working when we went, which was a bit annoying.

Disappointed we stayed in this hotel, even with accommodation we did not like the rooms are in house, the toilet was not clean as it should total purity is low, the Internet is paid but had no internet, we have paid all inclusive we were not allowed to bring coffee in the room, even if we have paid them twice for coffee and the biggest crap was on the last day, when I booked the last day I was on, but we had to check out at 11 noon, we started 23 evening around day we stood at the reception until the bus came to pick us up in the evening at 21 o'clock, I do not know what is this policy of this hotel but they should consider the flight of people and not to earn as animals on the street, misunderstanding how they see fit to make money and do not provide for such things as take into account that their customers are not local residents when imkazhat to check out is not a problem the last day we screwed it up, big misery is this hotel to stop here because there is nothing to write. … We would never come back again.

If I could give less stars… I would. Do not stay at the martinique. Why do I say this? Well, the maintenance men stole, yes STOLE my handbag an hour before my flight from my room which included all of my money and my passport. There was a camera outside of the door where it was stolen yet I was not allowed to see it. Even when they told me to get a police report (so I did) they still wouldn't let me see it. Not only did they know it was their fault and didn't want to fork out so wouldn't let me see the recording but they also refused to give me a room for the night as I obviously couldn't get my flight. The Martinique staff are appalling and treat you like idiotic Brits who will be leaving in a couple of days so couldn't care less. It total the stealing of my bag cost me an extra £1, 200 for me to get home. Please take my advise and do not let the Martinique take advantage of you too.

Very nice, spacious clean room, only the air conditioning don't work, could maybe just have a little extra maintenance done. The resort bill loads a shops, bars and food places. We been to Maggers loads o times, this time end Oct quieter end of season but still nice. Will come back to Martinque.
