This hotel is my absolute favorite on the island! Rooms are spacious, feel luxurious and also feel like home!

This hotel is a great choice place if visiting Las Palmas. It represents great value. The rooms are well appointed and kept very clean.

Perfect location for a short stay in Las Palmas. Just a short walk from the bus station (Santa Catalina). Directly in the city and at the beach. The rooms are small, but clean and functional.

A very modern hotel in a great location, featuring a rooftop bar with excellent drinks – especially beautiful at sunset.

Beautiful resort, lovely apartments, great staff, wonderful pools.

5 days all inclusive in Feb 25. Rooms are fine. Maybe a bit dated. Purple colour scheme a bit at odds with beautiful surroundings. Bed was VERY comfortable. Top marks whoever picked the mattresses.

In January 2024, my wife, my daughter, and I stayed at this hotel for the first time, and we were so impressed that we returned in January 2025.

The rooms were recently refurbished and very clean. I stayed with my family and everyone was completely satisfied. The location was top notch. Literally a min walk from the beach.

Nice little, serviceable hotel. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Bathroom and bedroom are also well equipped.
Location is perfect for Las Palmas stays.

Excellent location for the yumbo center and nightlife. Clean comfortable rooms. Stayed here twice. Would stay again. There is a naturist area.

The Ritual is a good hotel. Reception staff are really nice and helpful. The rooms are cleaned to a high standard and has good air-con and Wi-Fi. The pool is spotless and a good size.

Stayed here via jet 2 on a half board basis. The hotel site is awesome and the style, architecture and gardens are lovely and I think the best in the area.

Amazing 7 days, excellent service and amenities. Never felt busy, really relaxing and personal. 5 stars.

Lovely Co-working space with really nice people living there. Just book your spot at their website and you're good to go. They have decent chairs and some flat screens.

Amazing coworking area for digital nomads. Clean and quite space with fast internet connection, great breakfast and coffee. I coundn't ask for anything more. I'll come back for sure!

What a lovely hotel, great location and friendly, efficient staff! Great for walking to the Marina, where there are a few nice restaurants (one we ate in twice as it was so good!

I’m not sure why this is a 2* Hotel, the place is absolutely all you could ask for.

Location is very good, right on the beach. Everything you need is nearby.

Location is excellent with a choice of supermarkets within easy reach, and plenty of places to eat out. The apartment was very comfortable and spotlessly clean.

Staff was nice, fast and effective. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, they left us water, no comments.

Had a walk out early this morning looking for a breakfast, after finding that the Britannia pub DOESN'T open at 09:30 as advertised, we ended up back at our hotel and enjoyed a decent breakfast at

Nice hotel just few steps from the beach. The place is clean the staff are friendly and helpful. However the rooms are so small with no kettles and utensils, only a TV, fridge and a Nespresso machine.

Very nice hotel. Everything very clean and stylish. The beds were comfortable, not too soft like in many hotel. It also very close to the beach and in walking distance to the mall.

The rooftop bar deserves a separate mentionning on Tripadvisor! Its staff, cook Lara and waiters Laetitia and José, is just fantastic. At midday, you get a menu for 13€ only on this trendy rooftop.

Great accommodation, clean, modern and very comfortable. Fully equipped self catering with meals available at the hotel across the road, where the reception is located.

I stayed at this hotel for almost two weeks and really enjoyed it overall. The business rooms are spacious and even come with a small terrace, which was a lovely surprise.

We spent a lovely week at this hotel. Friendly staff. Nice modern decor and great location right on the promenade and beach. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend.

It’s a great hotel. Staff are very nice and always helpful. You can hear the sea at night and even thought it’s close to the promenade it’s never too noisy to have a window open.

I stayed as a solo traveller and wanted somewhere I felt safe.

I've been a little bit concerned when I saw reviews but they're not representing the real situation.
It's not a luxury hotel and the room is a little bit worn off but still looks good.
