Hostels in Madrid near Edificio GrassyHostel

We have spent the bridge of the Constitution-Immaculate in Madrid from December 3 to 8 at the Hostal Patria.

Hostel was central located close to nice restaurants to have breakfast, lunch or diner. Room # 5 was big and clean with terrace. Sound insulation could be better between rooms.

The door isn't obvious when you arrive in the street especially at night as there's several signs It seems that part of the building is a hostel and part of it is a hotel.

Hostal Sonsoles in Madrid exceeded all my expectations.

Nice place. The employees do not speak English which made it difficult for us as tourists. However the location is excellent. The room is basic but has everything you need.

Great value for money rooms.
Very basic, no kettle, just a tv.
Clean, amparo space. Has limited closet space, only one bedside table, but clean with comfortable bed.

The hotel staff is very friendly and will help you solve problems in time. It is located in the city center and has convenient transportation.

Located in city centre. Accessible by car in early morning to load luggages with minutes.

A great hostal. The room was a bit small for more than a 1 or 2 night stay but well laid out.

🙂Great location, walking distance to everything.
Space in the room to walk around and not feel claustrophobic.
Comfortable bed.
Desk to work at.
Wardrobe to put your clothes.

It is a one star hostel! Based on that we were super happy. Everything was very old, but also very clean and functional. Perfect location 3 minutes from everything.

Amazing location. Right at the heart of all the action around Chueca. 5 minutes walk from the Gran Via metro, connecting to all major stations across the city.

Great! My room was very quiet in the girls dorm. Very nice spaces to work/read. Shower was very hot and good water pressure.

This hostel is ideally placed, everything we wanted to see is an easy walking distance.
We were heartily welcomed and our room is excellent. Rooms are on floor. Three reception is on floor two.

Very nice experience. Very clean hotel. Delicious breakfast. Perfect location 5 min walk to center. Close.
To Opera tube. Cosy room. Air-conditioned. Room clean every day.

This place has a fantastic location, near everything (bars, restaurants Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor).

We have loved our stay here. The rooms have space and fresh air and I can even get in the shower without turning sideways! The staff in reception have also been so helpful. Would 100% stay here again.

Perfect place in the city center, lots of shops and restaurants in 3-5min distance.
The receptionists are very friendly and showed us attractions worth seeing on the map.

Rooms are small, but cozy and have everything you need for a stay. Hostel is located close to many important landmarks such as the Museo del Prado.

We spent 3 nights in Hola Rooms during our visit to Madrid. The rooms are spotlessly clean. Everything is in walking distance.

Very cute hotel-like hostal based on the walk distance to Gran via and Puerta del Sol. Rooms are modest but very clean with towels and sheets changed daily and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Amazing location! Rooms were clean and spacious enough.

Great spot in Madrid easy to walk around to anywhere from there. Room was clean and just what we needed for the night. Staff was friendly and made sure we knew how to get in before we got there.

Clean and quiet. The location is amazing and the room was very nice! We unfortunately had a rather small window so there was not much natural light or natural airflow. Air conditioning worked great!

I need to give 5 star, first of all we get room which is not really good and we wasnt fully satisfied with it and after I asked to change room, they offer me next morning another room which was

A basic room with all the amenities. Great location. Staff very welcoming; spoke little English. The room was spotless. Good air-conditiong. Few minutes walk to the Prado. They had a safe.

Very nice stay, it's a pretty homely place. The recepcionist is really nice and was always helping us.
If you go, the entrance is not much to look at, but once you're inside it feels really nice.

First off — I cannot say enough nice things about the owner of this Hostal. I was with a group of 9, and a previous reservation we had did not work out.

This was a nice place, nothing special!

For the price the room we were given was good. Fridge, kettle, Aircon. Very clean and quite spacious with large en suite bathroom.
