Hostels in Madrid near Edificio GrassyHostel

So we are well past our hostel days! decided to stay here because of reviews and the crazy prices in Madrid. Booked a private room with ensuite. Hostel is clearly new and clean.

1000/10 would recommend. Super clean, beautiful, cozy, very comfortable, amazing bedding and furniture, excellent location, impeccable service, quite friendly people.

One of the best hostel experiences!
Very clean, with friendly and helpful staff.

The best hostel in Madrid!
The facilities are excellent, everything is spotless—from the rooms to the common areas.

I planned originally to stay here one night after travelling solo to Madrid, on the day I was supposed to leave the hotel I had my phone pick pocketed which contained a lot of things such as my

Very acceptable place to stay in Madrid. Reasonable, clean and comfortable with everything you need for a night or two. Staff very friendly and helpful. Will stay again.

Central to all the action, great value, not luxury but very thoughtfully decorated and comfortable.

Very nice little B&B with perfect location and some charm. We really enjoyed our stay.

Another fantastic weekend stay here, the staff are all are very friendly and the hotel is in the best central location for a break in Madrid.

Good prices. Great location. Nice, helpful staff.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5
I stayed 5 days at Hostal La Zona and had a great experience. The beds were very comfortable and clean, the place is quiet, and everything is well organized for a pleasant stay.

It is more like local residential and we love their building wood front door and staircase. They even free provide coffee and biscuit. The budget hostal is closed to Grad Via and metro.

Excellent location near mejors metro stations, shops, bars and restaurants.
Very good Wifi connecton and the Fridge was appreciated.
Could use more power sockets in the wall.

I loved this place! Centrally located. Comfy room. Good bathroom. Easy to come and go. Good security. A really great value for the price.

Great location on a pedestrianized street near the Gran Via metro station with east connections to bus snd train stations.
Our twin room was small but clean and nicely equipped.

Excellent location, next to gran via, walking distance of shopping and turistica area, Lots of restaurants next to it, close to the Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace, pedestrian streets around, millions of

This place is fantastic. Really central, lovely staff, very clean, very quiet considering the location. Cannot recommend it enough.

This hostal very close to Gran Vía is a gem: everything was perfect, better than expected actually (accomodation, service, personnel, price, location, access to transport, etc.

Only one (really) bad observation about this hostel: there was an awful, nonstop banging noise coming from upstairs, I couldn't sleep. It sounded like some machinery.

I had a wonderful vacation staying in an apartment in this hostal. They took care about each detail and they gave very good customer service.

We stayed here for two nights in a large double room. The staff was so communicative and nice! Also the location is so good, we walked everywhere.
Rooms were clean and had all the neseccities.

I couldn’t have asked for a better hotel. Great customer service, clean rooms, central location, and great price!
Highly recommended.

I stayed 3 nights here. The location is very convenient and the reception staff provided very clear instruction before/after your arrival.

Amazing hotel! Staff are super accommodating and friendly. Great location with a ton of restaurants and cafes around!

Excellent value for a 1 star hostal. Great location just a short walk from city center. It was raining when I arrived and a bit challenging to figure out how to enter as door is on second floor.

Amazing location near everything. The room was a big size and the refrigerator was a perfect bonus for the hot Madrid summer. Nothing like a San Miguel Siesta. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Imbatible location. A friendly staff give you a kind service. The price is good for a renovated room with mini refrigerator and secure box inside the closet.

Beds were extremely comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. They kindly let us check in early and stored our bags at 10 am so we could explore the town freely.

Quiet, clean single room facing the court.
Have not tried AC as it was chilly at night.
Bed was comfy. Had warm water for showering.
I would definitely return.

From business point, this is a fantastic place. Easy to reach from Atocha station. Room with TV and table, super basic. Easy check in. World city and top location near parks.

Great stay, though more of a "bed without breakfast" than a hotel.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel was very clean, the room was a good size, and everything was well maintained.

Although it doesn't provide breakfast, it is conveniently located close to bustling streets. Just a few steps away are cafes and restaurants, and the rooms are cleaned very well.

Nice hotel at the center of Madrid. You feel like living and working in Madrid as it is situated inside a building. The room is good. The bathroom is old but good.

The location is ideal and with temperatures above 30c we were delighted to have individual room air conditioning, a small fridge for drinks and a balcony door to jet in fresh air.

Perfectly located hotel in Madrid. It's in the centre of the city. It's very good value. The rooms are larger and clean. They are not luxury rooms but it's a value-based offering.

Really nice hotel, location is terrific (Gran Via 5' walk from Plaza de España), clean rooms, comfortable room, beds, pillows and sheets really nice.

The location is perfect, near the main street with a lot of restaurants and stores. The staff was friendly, the room was good. Everything was very clean. I really recommend this place.

I stayed here for 2 days during my madrid trip. Its all private rooms and although small are sufficient for two people or solo travellers. Bed and bathroom are good and clean.

Very close to plaza espana — 5 mins walk, 2 metro/subway within walking distance, buzzing neighborhood, 15 minutes walk to the Palacio Real. Small but quaint room with a small balcony.
