The hotel workers were very warm to us and we were really impressed by the state of art rooms, gym and swimming area. Our kids and all the mums enjoyed staying at this hotel and we will refer it to colleagues and relatives who will like to visit. Thank you Hotel Ilunion Atrium for hosting us.

Very good hotel. Very cool modern style design and very friendly staff. It lacks a bit of lighting in the rooms and the elevators did not work very well. For everything else perfect.

Excellent value for money Very helpful Staff. At Breakfast, I highly recommend asking for omelet or scrambled egg, make them at the moment, each time you appreciate more this variety in hotels, than the typical fountain of eggs, which have been ready for hours. A ten to the kitchen.

Very nice Hotel, modern, with very large rooms and bathrooms. Although it is located in the new "directional" area of the city and therefore a bit ' distant from the "center" is perfectly connected with the bus line 53, whose stop is 100-150 meters from the entrance. Clean and very quiet. Personally I had a great experience. Wanting to find a flaw I can highlight the lack of the bidet (at least in the room that I was assigned). I recommend it.

The hotel is comfortable, clean spectacular. The people who work there have a very good deal but we had dinner one night and there were a couple of dishes like the tabouleh that we didn't like anything because it was bland and the vegetables were not fresh.

The water is not so hot in bath. Air conditioning works so noisy like a aircraft. Hair drayer works 1 minute and stops you have to wait 3 minutes to use again. No kettle in the rooms. Just 2 bottle of water for first day, for next days just 1:). The breakfest is extra but not reach.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and clean rooms. Location is in a business district to the east of Madrid. 15 minute walk to the metro, but buses pass directly in front of the building. No irons in rooms and not available from the hotel. Swimming pool out of order April 2018.

Here in Madrid for a conference. Location isn't very accessible to the main convention center. Facilities are good.

Extremely nice business hotel. Very spacious and the reception was very helpful. I was here since the Indian Embassy is in Madrid and we had to visit them since our passaports were stolen at Barcelona Airport. The reception helped me to give me all photocopies of my documents and went beyond their call of Duty. Great Place and yes they make the impossible possible!

I really recommend this place, the best staff you will ever find in all of madrid and Marcello is one of the bests servers at the bar very attentive and diligent with the customers. Yurisan he's always ready to take your order and he will always deliver your food professionally with a smile.

Hotel modern and very accessible for people with disabilities (as you would expect in the Ilunion). Spacious and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The good location, despite being outside the M-30 is well connected to the center with buses which makes it easy not to depend on the car. The parking was free, I do not know if for being Christmas or is always, but is very grateful in Madrid. Excellent value for money. We will definitely repeat.

The hotel is modern and the rooms are very comfortable and very well decorated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. On my last stay I had a problem with the hot water… there was no… and I had to shower with cold water on the last day (things that can happen). Every time we travel to Madrid, for work or for leisure we stay here and we will not stop doing so. The best thing about this hotel is the staff, of course, lovely people who make the stay much better, if possible.

Very modern and comfortable Hotel. Spacious rooms and good restaurant and cafeteria. Very suitable for driving, we had free parking on weekends. Generally quite recommended.

The room was not very clean (crumbs on the armchair) but the bed is very comfortable, the room spacious. The restoration is not terrible (proportions of the menu of the week a little low, no more than three choices…), the breakfast is more salty than sweet (white bread only, no dough to spread. ). The staff are helpful and friendly.

The hotel itself was very nice, the rooms were spacious and well isolated in terms of noise. The breakfast (if you have one included) was also very good. The only drawback we found was the distance to the metro station but there is a bus stop just around the corner with regular buses that can take you right to the city center.

Perfect customer service, great room, bright and with a very comfortable bed, also in the minibar there is a bottle of water "gift", something that is appreciated after the trip. There is free parking although it is not difficult to park in the area as it is very well located. A 10, we'll be back for sure.

I like the hotel. Rooms are spacious, breakfast is great, and staff is kind. However, a few times I found technical issues with hot water and heating/cooling system, which were fixed by the maintenance service.

I have had the most wonderful time here at this hotel. The staff can't do enough for you. Which makes you feel good. The Area that the hotel is in is great lots of shops and bars and I felt safe walking around at night on my own. I would definitely come back here.

Lovely hotel. Great rooms with cleaning service daily if required. Beautiful spacious reception area with seating indoors and out. There's a cafe too but I thought the food was over priced for what it was. I certainly would not recommend to eat there but the staff are very pleasant both on reception and in the cafe although only very few have good conversational English in the cafe. I was amazed to read that over 40% of staff at the hotel are disabled. The hotel was very well geared up for disabled guests. The gym was adequately kitted out for a short stay. The pool is not large but was plenty big enough to cool down in. The major down side is that although there is bus and metro transport nearby most journeys into the centre Madrid took almost an hour which is quite a long journey there and back and cabs are about €14 each way.

The hotel is very close to the city centre. Bus access to 100 m (45min from the centre) — Metro Access 1 km (more flexible than the bus)

Great Staff, bit of a basic room. But pool and gym are very good. Haven't eaten the food. But from what I hear it is great. All I wish is that the room was better equipped (microwave or kettle or iron etc) but was good value for money. Would stay again. And is in a good location.

I booked the room on hot wire for my long layover in Madrid. The first room they gave me had a broken knob on the AC so we couldn't adjust the temperature. They moved us, kindly, but the upgraded room had two AC controls and one of them had the same problem. They offered us the mini bar for free, but it was warm, which was a little gross. We opted to just stick it out the night. I will say the staff was nice and the lobby was slick.

Nice friendly staff at the front desk are very helpful and generally have a good understanding of English for those of us who have terrible Spanish! The location is a little ways away from the downtown core but we were hear to settle down for 2 nights before flying home. For that purpose it's great. The parking is plentiful and priced fair (free from Fri to Sun) and it's close to the airport. The rooms are modern and comfortable and breakfast was quite good. If I'm ever back in Madrid, I would stay here again and I would recommend this hotel as a great spot if you're flying in Madrid before heading out to tour through Spain.

Modern establishment but quality problems in the room: Noisy air conditioning, buttons in the bathroom that do not work…

We had dinner for a Christmas party with the company. The raw vegetables, the meat yummy, but the service left to be desired. Probably having so many people got a little annoyed, the professionalism left much to be desired.

I got to hotel Ilunion Almirante after spending one terrible night at a different one down the road. I left the other one because it was not suitable for wheelchair users, despite the fact they had said it was. So I moved to Almirante and enjoyed a clean, modern, huge room, fully accessible for wheelchairs (including big roll-in shower). As a person who deals with accessibility in daily work I was impressed to notice they had also reserved higher tables in the dining room for disabled, lift with voice announcements, marks on the floor and other features to make the hotel accessible for people with different disabilities. The manager Victor and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was great, just around the corner from Gothic Quarter, La Rambla, public transportation and more. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you have special needs as far as accessibility. Thank you for your assistance. I definitely know where to come back to in Barcelona! Dani Garmise Israel.

It's around 10:00 pm now the hotel in Barcelona is only managed just by 2 person! The reception guy and and just one other person doing everything else: running the restaurant, taking orders, cooking … It's crazy!

The stay has been more than satisfactory. The deal, super correct and solicitous at all times. About the kitchen, nothing more to add: varied and very well prepared.
The facilities, very correct.
Our stay in Menorca has been highly enjoyable.

4 stars only on the card on arrival I find grate closing air conditioning precipitated by the Tesoffitto, kitchen sufficient nothing of exceptional clean room but with some flaws, walls peeling furniture scratched…

My sister back in September and I spent 3 nights at this hotel. From the airport to the hotel is very easy. Sitting in the airport bus 200, approximately 5-10 minutes to the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was big and clean. We haven't been to bars and restaurants, but there is always a lot, so there should be good. Hotel is quite far from the city center, but a 15-minute walk away and Metro station outside the hotel or you can take bus 53

Hotel is far away from the Centre of Madrid (bus, subway has gone a little too far), but staff very nice, we had a lot of fun. Bed was big and comfortable. Air conditioning effect is also very good. Bathroom is very spacious and allows us to relax. Swimming pool is very good, but we think that the water is too cold, and couldn't have a good time. The gym facilities are not bad, but there is room for improvement in, you can add air conditioning. Hotel will provide two free bottles of water a day, which I really like. Wi-Fi is also very good.

I was in a seminar of Sagitron company. As for the facilities of the hotel I was pleasantly surprised the possibility of loading of cars electric in the parking lot but not so much the few seats available. The location was downtown near the Avenida América interchange. The other facilities were correct and the friendly service. Highlight the number of seats in the finds. My serious note of a 8 out of 10 for lack of meeting rooms.

15 minutes walk from the nearest metro station, it's too far away. And the acces Wi-Fi is too bad in the room, line down every 5 minutes at night.

Care when you pay in cash… XQ we did the payment the same night and the reception you forgot to give us the receipt and put it in as paid program and the next day us digieron q had not paid q If there if we were to keep the money in the wallet when we were sure to have already paid q was the q yevabanos in the portfolio and we had q back to get money… The hotel very well… Dryer did not work ainq they told me q me lo areglarian and did not already q q I said not to worry. Very good hotel and comfortable but I yevao a disappointment with the payment xq leave us as people q thank God do not need leave without pay.

Hotel with rooms and the bathroom is new, spacious, clean and comfortable. Away from the centre of Madrid but 12 min in taxi. Very friendly staff.

The hotel is in a good state of conservation, of modern style, the gym very good, the breakfast buffet spectacular and the hotel staff very friendly and willing to help.

The hotel is a monad to its architecture and its decoration, are spectacular, but without a doubt, the best thing is its restaurant, although it is always full and with a little bit of noise, the quality of their dishes, and above all the attention of staff, makes you repeat time and time again. A plus? Never have any problem to change a dish slightly to adaprarlo to different ibtolerancias and allergies, and your terrace to take a good you in the summer, what more quiet.

The perfect room, very spacious, light and total silence. The only thing to note is the breakfast, very limited and little varied. I have repeated and I'll keep going. To the previous comment of Patricia, say less than 100 meters you will find a bar menu of the day, a gambrinus, a buffet, chinese, japanese, Italian, and even a supercor.

The hotel itself is OK, beds are comfortable, very clean and it is quiet.
The buffet breakfast was varied and full, I can't say the same thing for breakfast without being buffet (coffee and pastries mini), lunch or dinner, the quality or the amount wasn't expected for a hotel with 4 stars and these prices. It is also generally far removed from everything, and you'll find it very difficult to find somewhere to dine nearby, the bus takes an hour to let you near the Center (to go to the Centre itself must take at least one more) and to reach the metro should walk 20 minutes.
For that reason I put 2 stars, believe that take advantage of not having any establishment close for lunch and/or dinner to decrease the quality of the food, and at the end you have to pay € 15 for a hamburger very poor and desaboria and a bottle of water.

Little is excellent. Fantastic our stay. Very cheap for the quality of the hotel. Although this away from the center that allows you to rest well. This is besides madrid. Metro will reach all parts. Exquisite staff and especially water free. A hit is the truth. Repeat safe.

On the ground floor it has a pleasant bar and a terrace even more cozy, perfect for a beer during the warm summer afternoons in Madrid, with Wi-Fi is available.
Tranquillity absolute, hardly pass cars in the surrounding area, is a very quiet area.
Away from the Centre, but well connected. In the corner of the hotel bus stop (line takes you to Sun). Stop underground at about 800m (far if you go with suitcase, but giving a walk it is not so much. )
The rooms are comfortable, good bed, nice and large bathroom. TV and free Wifi (good coverage in the rooms, with password) and individually controlled air conditioning (although somewhat loud, best night turn it off).
In my room, to name some, the maintenance should be a tad better (tap shower and toilet paper stand were almost loose) and cleaning was good (clean moquette, sheets, pillows) Although furniture had some dust (the room would be empty awhile).
The breakfast buffet is good, varied, with a little bit of everything. Pleasant staff, arrived late because confused time and they allowed me to have breakfast without problems, while they were collecting.
In general, pretty good, quiet, comfortable and staff very attentive.

I've been hosted here this past weekend and very quite. Very calm zone, to 10-15 min walk from the Metro station. There are some valuable information not given in the page where hired it, or I didn't see it, which are:
-On weekend parking at the Hotel is free of charge.
-Breakfast if you're not wearing it hired, is €5 per person.
He would repeat again.

This modern hotel situated very near Arturo Soria and the Center trades Arturo Soria Plaza, it offers its guests comfortable accommodation in a quiet area of Madrid, but at the same time very close to the Centre by car or transport.
