Out of all the hotel that we stayed during tour with the Trafalgar, I am sorry to say that this is the worst one! My friend had to sleep on sofa bed! The bed was not very comfortable at all. The staff were very nice I must say! The last dinner that was included in the tour wasn't a hit! So many people didn't eat it, a complete waste of food! I wish I could have stayed in Toledo instead.

A really enjoyable stay. A four night stay for leisure. Late arrival made easier by room being made up for sleeping with sofa-bed made ready. Reception were very responsive by email to this request. Breakfast buffet had good choices and helpful waiting staff. Bar likewise. We had dinner in the hotel and whilst not special it was a perfectly pleasant family oriented affair. Pool was very well maintained with lifeguard in attendance. A better than average forecast experience for the price paid.

Sorry to say… but this hotel did not meet my standards. First, the AC in our room did not work and we had to move in the middle of the night to a new room by ourselves. No help provided by the staff. Second, we found a hair in the coffee cup during the breakfast buffet on our last day there and it ruined the meal for us. The hotel charged 2 euro for bottled water at the front desk which seems high to me. The carpets in the upstairs hallways did not look like they ever been vacuumed and we never saw a vacuum or heard a vacuum cleaner running during the entire time we stayed at the hotel. Our stay was for 6 day’s in June 2018, The desk chair in our room had so many stains on it, I could not get myself to sit on it. I would not recommend this hotel unless you are on a very tight budget, and don’t mind the above issues. The hotel is 45 minutes from the center of Madrid by bus which you can get close to the hotel. The staff was very nice but the owners or general manager need to spend some money and do a better job of maintaining the property.

Fourth day into an eight night stay and so far not disappointed. Check-in was a breeze with friendly check-in staff. Ever ready to give you pointers. Rooms are kept clean, as is the bathroom, and staff are very pleasant and friendly. There is a hot powerful shower. Also, bus stop to city centre just outside the hotel. The hotel's burger and chips are to die for. Update Our 8 night holiday is over. Nothing more to add to the above except that, perhaps, the TVs in the rooms need to be upgraded; that shouldn't be a deal breaker though. I certainly be going back when I visit this beautiful city again.

Friendly helpful staff, great decor, excellent facilities (bar, restaurant, pool, free Wi-Fi), close to public transport (bus into the city €1.50 pp, taxi €10 or the Metro for a few €), amazing breakfast buffet, delicious restaurant meals.

My room and my companion's room were too hot, as if the air conditioner didn't work. I hope it will be fixed soon.

Hotel is nice, especially for a short stay. The rooms are large and the beds comfortable. My bathroom was clean, with a hot powerful shower over the bath. Well stocked mini-bar. Breakfast staff were very friendly, typical Spanish style (mainly breads, cheese and hams, but some hot eggs) Big down side is the in-room ironing. If you need to iron a shirt, there is nothing in the room. You need to go to reception and get one of their "mini-ironing boards". My daughter has a bigger play one. You have to set it up on the desk and do small sections at a time, whilst sections you had previously ironed get crumpled again. Probably saved money buying these, but when you are staying for Business an ironing board is a must!

Impeccable room and with all that one is entitled to demand from a hotel of this type. Excellent breakfast.

Good value for money very clean and professional staff.

The whole hotel need to be refreshed. TV in the rooms are from 90's and no channel is working. The pool is closed and was not even mentioned on the hotel's website. We have asked to change our room because of loud noises of construction inside the hotel.

Right Hotel. It meets what you would expect from a hotel of these features. The breakfast buffet is more than correct for its offer and variety. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is a bit far away from the centre. The nearest means of transport is the bus. It leaves you at the door of the sun but, with traffic, it will take you 45 minutes. If you don't mind walking you have the metro station for sales to 15 minutes.

We were booked to stay here by our travel agency, nothing really wrong with it. The AC wasn't as cool as we needed it to be so we ended up sleeping most nights with the windows open. It is far away from the city center though and, unless you're familiar with public transportation in Spain or have time to figure it out, rather confusing to figure out.

Excellent service in all areas, especially friendly the lady who greeted us every morning for breakfast (thanks for the trays! ). Located in a quiet area with good mobility. Highly recommended for a holiday in Madrid (and because not also for a business trip. )

I find a good hotel, not luxury, obviously due to a moderate price. Definitely worth being here, especially if you're going to wait for a plane.

If you're working in Coslada it's the one place you can walk to the office. Big plus for me. Nice staff, reasonable prices and surrounded by places to eat.

Hotel on the outskirts of Madrid, good restaurant, lacks a Spa/gym. Friendly and efficient service.

Old and outdated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very good and the beds were very nice and the staff were very helpful and the room was very bad. The bad pillows. Correct cleaning. Location, poorly communicated by Metro. And on foot it is impossible to reach the shopping and leisure centre of Madrid. So what you save in the room, if you save it, you spend it by taxi. I wouldn't repeat it.

Although it is not centrally located it is well placed and easily accessible both by Metro and M30.
The guy and the girl at the front desk are very friendly.
The woman who is getting the people at the entrance to the buffet is very nice, smiling, let's make you happy the morning.
The rooms are clean.

The hotel itself is fine. The staff is super nice! The rooms are correct. The bed was very clean and the bathroom was good.
The only downside is that there is no pedestrian crossing. The entrance is the same for pedestrians as for cars and if you are a disabled person or have children in strollers can be dangerous.

We were dining 23 people on Christmas Eve and it was great. We had almost to wait between dishes, it was all very good. If you go with children they have a great times because there is an area only for children.

Friendly staff. 1/2 mile from Metro… easy walk. No safe in room. Decent breakfast but after 4 days of same buffet it got tiresome. Rooms comfortable.

The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean with a comfortable bed — I know what I'm talking — back issues. The view from the last floor was also nice although the windows were not possible to open. It was quiet, but do not choose the room close to the elevator. The hotel needs a small renovation but still it's a good quality/price rate.

It's a nice hotel. No shop for toiletries or snacks, no vending machines and not much close by in terms of restaurants. But it is comfortable and everyone is very nice there.

5 nights in this hotel m have enough to notice weaknesses: the noise from 7:30 am (vacuum and people who speak too loud) the walls of the rooms leave to be desired just like the carpet (dirty), the sofa bed for children is just for two kids In the early years only in addition to the cover probably pierced by moths and too small for two necessarily. Highlights: Breakfast at the top, hearty, everything you need to feast.
The restaurant is beautiful and good, worthy of a gourmet restaurant.

Recommended 100x100, perhaps the only bad thing is that it does not have a metro stop nearby, but it does have a bus line on the same sidewalk that closes downtown. The pool and the luxury restaurant. Great deal on the part of everyone. Ideal to go with children.

Room expensive 155 Euros not including breakfast! Room as expected (clean), staff very welcoming and friendly, facilities ok (outdoor pool) Food a little expensive (steak 23 Euros — 28 if you include a drink) Overall pleasant experience… weak 7 out 10.

Very comfortable hotel with a good restaurant and pleasant bar, swimming pool, etc. Very helpful staff. The location is a bit lacking in local vibe (ie none to speak of). Very easy bus service into central Madrid from here.

We had a very good. Good breakfast and very friendly staff.

We stayed at this hotel about 6 years ago and we had nothing to complain about. So I booked it again as a cheaper alternative to the hotels in town. The priority was a pool for the children. But when we arrived the state of the hotel was a bit of a shock. Dirty carpets and walls in desperate need of paint. The beds are extremely uncomfortable so I ended up with back ache though out what should have been a restful time. All the staff is very accommodating and helpful. However I will not be coming here again as I feel the hotel is simply not comfortable.

Fantastic hotel & very helpful reception staff. The location of the hotel is excellent, it's just 15/20 minutes from the actual city centre which is great. Overall I will definitely stay here again.

When I go to Novotel, I feel like I'm safe, this time I was disappointed. The sofa bed had a net on which was very painful to sleep for my children. The structure is a little dated, the shower gel and the shampoo in reduced ration (1 shower gel x 4 persons), the same applies x the coffee. The Wi-Fi slow, in practice unusable. Too bad.

When you arrive the receptionist are very professional and deal with your reservation quickly and they are very helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The restaurant is good. The swimming pool is clean. Our grandchildren loved the hotel because it catered for them. Wi-Fi signal was strong in the room's.

Our special thanks to Sarah at the front desk. Sorry I don't remember her full name. She helped us with understanding the city and made it perfect for us. Thanks to everyone one there!

10 minutes (by taxi) from the centre and 10 from the stadium. Not bad location, great breakfast.

The structure of the hotel is not very recent and housekeeping could be done much better. The Wi-Fi, the breakfast and the courtesy of the staff, however, are very satisfying!

Primarily a business hotel. Staff is incredibly friendly. All staff throughout the hotel, from the receptionist, to the cleaning staff, restaurant staff, are smiling, attentive friendly service to you. Choose a high floor room, can see better scenery and room away from the elevator, where many people often walk.

The hotel was a short walk to the metro and had good breakfast. The staff were very friendly.

Was there on a business trip. The location is about 40 minutes from the city (2 metro lines or a single bus). The rooms were nice, specious. Free Wi-Fi is a must, but I must say it was leggy at times. Breakfast was good, but pretty crowded. I had to wait a while for the checkout well. All and all, a decent hotel, but if you're planning on visiting the city centre, I'd go for a different hotel in a better location.

Well connected by bus (53) a problem with the plumbing in general well to the ham breakfast rico rico…

We stayed at this hotel some years ago and we loved it. Subway is a few blocks away, bus stops are all around and it is a short ride up to Plaza del Sol or Atocha station. Worth the money.

Good value for money with free Wi-Fi (that works well) free breakfast, and children stay free also. As you can see on the map it's not very convenient for city centre tourists and there's not even a metro station nearby so we took a bus (No. 53) every day, which does at least go from right outside to the town centre in half an hour. We were given a room on the top (8th) floor which had a reasonable view but was opposite the lifts so lots of whining from the lift motors. The air conditioning didn't seem to make any difference to the room temperature whatever we set it to, and the room wasn't vacuumed properly while we were there. However all staff were friendly and helpful despite us not speaking a word of Spanish.

This good treatment to the public, it has some things that restore and clean carpets.

A hotel that meets all the requirements of a 4-star. Very clean, good rooms with many amenities, breakfast very good, staff were friendly and pleasant, affordable prices. The only thing that when I was some TV channels were not due to problems with the antenna.

Beautiful Hotel where the care and service are excellent. The use of rooms for event organization is optimal, all automated and at the end of the cocktails on the terrace overlooking the pool and the city are a delight.

Above average. For the price. I am in Madrid for business and I was looking for a change from the over-priced opulence of center-city five-stars where you can't remember what country you're in. While Novotel Puente de la Paz does not quite live up to a four-star rating, the hotel is a respectable bargain with all the necessary amenities including free Wi-Fi that's actually free. I would classify it as a full service 3-star. Surrounded by residential neighborhood. My room unfortunately had strong odor of cigarette smoke from other rooms. Otherwise a fine value.
