We nevertheless meet QQ difficulties on the 1st day with our room. Separate beds instead of a bed for two. Then air conditioning problem. Change of room on two occasions… Hard to land when arriving from the airport.

What a great concept. Very earth friendly. Employees are very nice and friendly.

Great attention in the checkin, breakfast, in the "Chill Corner" where you have at your disposal snacks and refreshments, during the stay, in the checkout, etc. The rooms are very spacious and in the breakfast buffet all fresh and good quality in fruit, pastries, coffee, bread, etc.
Very good value for money, there are plugs in the bathrooms, impeccable hygiene and super friendly employees.

This hotel has something hard to explain. You feel very comfortable and away from unnecessary luxuries, not lacking anything. For professional reasons, we visit my colleagues and I, we agree that we would not exchange it for any other hotel in Madrid. Very happy with this hotel different from the usual.

If you want to stay in a hotel and feel at home then choose Artiem. The only reason I didn't give enough it is that it was not perfect but it definitely had more charm and character then the 5 star hotel I moved to in order to be closer to the city. The room was very clean and the bathroom is fitted with an enormous rain shower. Bathrobes also provided. You get free food and drink which you can have in the lounge area or take to your room. The TV in the room is meant to be smart which is a great plus cos the only English channels were news channels but we could not figure out how to get it to cast etc. There is a small but fully functioning gym at the hotel with towels available for use. The location is a little outside the city centre but very easily accessible by public transport. We also used Uber and the car arrived quickly. I would 100% recommend this hotel if on a budget and even if not.

Excellent hotel experience: the rooms are large enough and well equiped (large bed, working desk, relaxing chair, big enough wardrobe, safe, rainshower bathroom, …), the staff is friendly and willing to help in any way they can, bar in the lobby offers free drinks and food. Rooms are clean, Wi-Fi is fast, breakfast is big enough. Parking is available if needed. Bus and metro stations are within walking distance.

Modern Hotel with very spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast, buffet type, being able to ask you to do at the moment tortilla, scrambled eggs… highlight the excellent treatment just arriving, personalized treatment and many details throughout the stay.

Awesome hotel! Staff very friendly, and helpful. They have went out of there way to help me find stores to shop at and restaurants to eat at, by going online to look it up, then marking it on a map for me. Super clean hotel, great food, with complimentary beer, wine, soda, juices, soup, pastries, etc. When I come back, this is where I'll stay again!

Excellent comfort in all facilities. The room was very clean The bathroom with a fabulous shower. In the hall you have drinks, pastries and snacks included in the price. I recommend it openly. 'll.

Lovely Hotel with very good service. What I like most is your relaxation area that you have on the floor of the entrance where, while you read the newspaper you can take all kinds of drinks and pica picas by courtesy of the hotel. It's the second time I stay in it and I'll repeat it.

+ Free drinks and sandwitches (this would probably save you €10 a day but as everyone is excited about it, I’ll include it too) + Clean + Free Wi-Fi + Nice breakfast (€16 each) — Uncomfortable bed and pillows. — Parking is almost impossible to use for a medium sized car. Very small and awkwardly designed. — No AC, even if it’s a hot night, it doesn’t matter. As it’s October, they decided to only have heating. — Messy bathroom, not really comfortable for showers and has no proper door. I really disliked it. — Staff don’t go out of their way to make you happy. I went to have breakfast at 9:45 and they didn’t seem to be happy with me showing up in last 15 min (breakfast is available 7:30-10am)

Highly recommended, both the hotel itself, its ambience, treatment, spacious rooms… make it a very good choice. The only downside I would put would be the bed, something "molded" but nothing serious, to say something. I said, highly recommended!

One of the best, at a great price. Easy access to airport and train stations. Rooms were clean and well appointed, modern, and quiet. The breakfast and lobby areas were very nice too, and the hospitality/beverage/snack area was a special touch. Can’t wait to come stay again next trip to Madrid.

Just arrived. I wonder if they would let me live here. Front desk staff was exceptionally friendly. Room is beautiful. Parking is very secure but bring a SMALL car and know how to use your mirrors to park. I recommend this hotel without reservation. Nice restaurants within easy walking distance. Not far from the major roadways in Madrid and easy to get to.

All'artiem of Madrid I did not spend 8 days of vacation but I experienced a stay experience for tourism difficult to repeat. No need to write anything else.

Artiem is one of best Urban Hotels I have ever been in Madrid. The staff is very friendly, Rooms are new, very nice decorated and full equiped and very spacious. Artiem even offers pillow collection for all guest to ensure you sleep well. Breakfast is amazing and Lounge area offers free of charge food and drinks all day long. There is no doubt artiem is best choice to stay in madrid.

Modern, clean hotel with exceptional service. Part of a small, family owned chain. Personalized welcome, handwritten note of thanks in room. Food and drinks included with room. Located 10 minutes from Madrid airport in quiet residential area. Great restaurant called El Pitaco located 2 blocks away, not part of hotel but highly recommended.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… The hotel is super well built and the staff is super kind. It has lots of space and people yet the rooms are like heaven. You can hear a pin drop. I recommend this hotel. Very high quality overall. The only down side is the surroundings but it was like 10 mins from the airport, by taxi and the same from city Centre. Taxis are super cheap too.

Very nice & cozy hotel. The rooms are very spacious with all the amenities you could expwct. The attention to detail is really good. Super friendly staff. The breakfast spread is exhaustive, and evening drinks are on the house! The only shortfall is the lack of dining options as the kitchen is closed after noon.

Rooms are large and comfortable, lobby with mostly free meals is great to meet or let the day end. Offer at breakfast is very good, also with freshly prepared dishes. Staff is very nice, the only point you could mention is that the coffee does not come from the cafes in the city and that the trip to the center takes a bit.

One of the best hotels I have ever been to! Very tasteful, stylish design of the house, spacious and clean rooms, super friendly staff and excellent breakfast buffet! Another giant plus: the snack bar in the lobby, where you could take your time around the clock, what you wanted! Simply a top hotel where there is really nothing to fault!

A great place to stay, we stayed one night in the deluxe double room, it was a great experience, very good breakfast in the morning. Recommended hotel, for sure.

A good hotel for a few days in Madrid. The rooms are spacious and there are snacks, food and drink free included.
There's a good gym and sports bag kit if you want to take advantage of in-room.
The breakfast is simple but with both sweet variety as were salted, juices etc.
He tried very attentive in reception, more the guy of late than a morning girl, but all very correct and polite.
Highly recommended. I will definitely come back.

Bright rooms, great Wi-Fi, duševnejšij staff, rich breakfast, free coffee and tea in the room and in the lobby (here is another free nuts, pečenâški and croissants with different fillings), near MRT, quiet area.

Brand new with enthusiastic staff. The breakfast buffet in the morning has healthy and and unhealthy options. The only reason I would deduce a star is because the location does not have any good bars or reasonable restaurants to go and get a bite before going to bed. The reception staff didn't have any viable options either and the hotel restaurant does not open for dinner. Free snacks and food options available at the reception self service bar but not up to par with breakfast or the room and service in general. They are adjusting and the hotel is honestly a good option in Madrid.

In a quiet and well connected with IFEMA — airport as well as downtown. By underground from Barrio Concepcion are 35 min. All wrapped up team FRESH PEOPLE who will do whatever is in your hand to make your stay something special.

The experience was rubbish. First of all the diner was frozen, had to wait for someone to show up at reception desk for 25 min and then 15 minutes for the barman to show up. The beds and pillows are very uncomfortable and cause backache. The breakfast. I wouldn't even call that breakfast, the toasts were off, the bread hard like a baseball bat, cereals have been there for weeks, even the milk for coffee didn't taste properly. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to nobody, the location is okay but the connections around madrid are always the same. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Since then you pay what it is. An old hotel, dirty and with a carpet within the room that it is better not to ask, since when is. But almost the worst of all is the cafe, a waiter monotarea who lost the good ways to the time that they put down the carpet. A 10 for the reception, but that does not makes one forget others. Would be best to look for another option.

This ApartHotel has been old and obsolete. The breakfast is very upgradeable. The donuts are good, but cereals are from one day to another covered with transparent paper (you can see this statement from the street). Hard butter. Little variety. Chipped paint. The cards are disabled if they come into contact with any electronic device. You can hear the vacuum cleaner the 09.00 in the morning. From my point of view, very upgradeable. Kindness is like the of any other site, nothing's as said in earlier comments. You need a change to improve my score in this regard.

Quiet, spacious rooms and perfect for families. Rooms have kitchen and utensils for cooking. The best staff.

For me, simply, the hotel. I've been to many hotels and I can assure that you are not going to find something like that for that price. Comfort, attention, worthy of any 5 star hotel quality and intimacy. And all this, for the price of a 3. Summer swimming pool and rooms with a few incredible finishes.

Comfortable room, free Wi-Fi, eats very well at an affordable price, bus at the door takes you to the Centre, great deal.
