Very good 3 star hotel (I have been in some of 4 that already wanted…).
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Very good breakfast (9th adults and children free, so great for families with children).
It is located near the center and Castellana 5 minutes by car or public transport, so you can leave your car in a free-to-air area.
The room was spacious and clean.
The only drawback, not being able to enjoy free Wi-Fi in the room.
We'll repeat for sure.

Nothing special, the bathroom has a bidet. The TV is about 20 "little one, in the room for 2 there is only 1 chair. You can't smoke, no balcony you have to go down the street to smoke. Breakfast costs 9 euro and Wi-Fi im Room 4.5 a day. It is far from the center and the metro is about 1 km away. Do not recommend.

Great value for money. Friendly staff and polyglot. Recommended breakfast (juice, coffee and toast). Close to places of leisure and restoration. Easy access by taxi, Metro to 10 minutes. Luggage storage Service After having left the room very useful.

Good hotel in general. The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly. As in other hotels, there are missing plugs next to the bed (yes, available under the window). As for its location, removed from the center and somewhat uncomfortable to get around by Metro, as the nearest stop is somewhat distant. The service of bar and breakfast I do not think because I did not use. Nearby there are restaurants, supermarkets, etc…

Nice and friendly, good value for money although it is a bit of a walk from the center.

A quiet location, the rooms are very good, the attention very nice, only downside that they do not have parking of its own and is a little to desmano of the centre, the rest very well!

Bad Hotel, there is no hairdryer, no fridge, even there was only one chair in a double room. The bathroom was clean and the breakfast was very clean. The breakfast was very good. The food is disgusting. More than that at night the Italians were not allowed to sleep, very noise and the hotel staff did not comment. I would not recommend this hotel. I did not like anything: (

Fatal… I wrote an email the day I booked (5 days in advance) asking if there was a charge or if there was a problem with bringing pets. No one answered me until the day when I could no longer cancel that reservation. L Room Cost 58 and I had to pay 78 euros. Say we come from 2 different hotels in the north and none of us charged extra. The floor in the tub is dirty and the room smells bad. I'll put in a claim sheet tomorrow. I don't repeat or pay.

Spacious and bright room.
Although it costs to heat and I did not find it at the optimum temperature on arrival. I had to leave the heat pump on while I went out for dinner to acclimate the room. Although I must admit that it was quite cold in Madrid those days.
I find it very cumbersome to charge you for the Wi-Fi today (although if you book online give it to you, I find a basic service today as not to offer all guests) nor did I like that there are no plugs by the bed, nor that the beds are separated by a furniture fixed to the wall (in short, q you can not put the beds even if you want) also, for the price, is a hotel more than apt to rest.

It's comfortable and quiet. It is correct for its category, though without great pretensions. There is parking on the street by the area without time restrictions or payment.

Comfortable beds, great bathroom. Nice neighborhood. A bit far from the subway and the Internet is not free.

Hotel with very bad service, carried a pet and at no time left alone, we spent with my family one night with triple room, which we have to change for smells to strong tobacco. In the new room the extra small mattress very uncomfortable. They were invented that the pet could have broken a teapot, to find it in bad condition. While using it we worked properly and without any anomaly.
They invent a false claim, to load on our additional €20 card.
Outrageous for the fact, not for the money.

I don't usually frequent hotels, but I was in a situation that required it urgently and saw good reviews. Luckily they had a free room and it was in very good condition. You have what it takes, but I get it. The service and attention of the receptionist excellent. You can borrow hairdryer and iron among other things. In addition to good price it is well connected. There is a bus stop nearby, a bit of a subway mouth, a supermarket until 00:00 or 24 hours I don't remember, restaurants, Burger King and dominoes. I'll repeat if something like that happens to me again.

Location is very quiet and comfortable to find parking. The room is quite spacious although the closet is very small. Maybe add also that seems all a bit old and spoiled, though it all works. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Compared to the other Travelodge, this is by far superior. The service is much more effective and fast, they are interested in the guest and for giving you the best information possible so that you can have a pleasant and safe stay. Unlike the other Travelodge.

Suitable clean economical for work or for those who do not have special needs.

It is quite well, but the bathroom must be improved. Curtains at the shower instead of a screen at the 21th century!

Thin walls. Very vigorous and noisy lovemaking in adjoining rooms at around 5:30 am. Other than that, comfortable and spacious rooms.

Basic Hotel very basic, yes in a good area, well connected, and with several establishments around with restaurants, bars. Bus stops at the door that take you downtown in about 20 minutes depending on the traffic.
The weather in the hotel overall very warm but in the room quite less (I passed a bit of cold and let the front desk vary times).
Wi-Fi key with extra cost of 3 ' 99 € which I was quite surprised.

It is a basic hotel with a good breakfast, very complete, and with a very friendly, friendly and attentive staff. I would recommend if you want to go to a meeting in any of the ministries that surround you!

Nice clean Hotel. Staff very helpful. The room was specious. It would be helpful if there was a fridge in the room as I needed to buy my own breakfast stuff and some drinks. Otherwise good.

An OK hotel, not dissimilar to the better Travelodges in the UK. Friendly staff. Just one chair in a double room seems a bit parsimonious, but no significant complaints. The breakfast is good value.

Location is OK — local shops are good when you find them. The hotel itself is typical Travelodge — a bit Spartan, but functionally fine. Good value breakfast. It would have been better if our double room had included two chairs rather than one.

Nice place. Good Service. Big rooms. You can take a bus near to go to Cibeles and Puerta del Sol.

For the price, it was a good deal. Clean rooms but Wi-Fi was not included in the rooms though.

Located right in front of a bus stop which takes you to the city easily. Breakfast isn't included and you have to pay for Wi-Fi. Service is like any other hotel.

€ 4 Wi-Fi! In the 21st century… They don't have or set of shaving or Bath gels… NOTHING. All the extras are that pay them.

Hotel as is commonly said, good, nice and cheap. Spend a night here and everything was perfect! Bathroom well! Room well! For 45€ a good choice. What I recommend to spend a couple of nights.

It lies very well. The area is very good.
It is a hotel to spend the night and point. Since this away from madrid. We moved in moto and quickly reach everywhere. But drive or walk must be a torture.
Pity that the Wi-Fi is 0.5 megabytes and only arrives at reception. And you have to pay to have one in the room.

The hotel is very good, the classic breakfast of bread, sausages, egg and cereals. Although it is very removed from the center of Madrid (about an hour by metro and 30 min by car)

Really enjoyable place. The employees are nice, it is very cozy and the rooms are very tidy and clean. Overall a very calm place to spend the night.

I did a three day trip to Madrid, the hotel is well served by buses, clean. Everything as expected, but the fact of charging 3.90 (and not for the 3.90) for the internet, nowadays must be overcome.

A hotel very correct, with a lot of movement of young people, without pretensions of any kind, the furniture is simple and functional, but clean and comfortable. Highly recommended if your budget is not very high.

It has just enough at a razobable price.

Very cleanly. Good beds. The room is equipped with a really good working air conditioning and heating. All the walls, furniture, sanitary ware, looks new, not zaûzannymi. The firm četveročka. Of the minuses, little TV channels, no fridge. From the pros, many free outlets. Can be charged and phones, and camera, and reserve akkomulâtor, at the same time, and not pulling out from the shower.

It was expensive for the service they provide only give you 1/2 hour free internet per day, and if you want more they charge you.

Aug 6, 2011. Family and I spent 7 days at the Travelodge Torrelaguna. Good place to stay outside of downtown Madrid. PROS: (1) Very helpful staff. I noticed in reviews of other hotels that staff can be a bit arrogant. Not here; (2) Rooms were clean, generally had an IKEA decor; (3) the shower water pressure was fantastic, better than at home; (4) easy to get to from the Barajas Airport. Take the 200 bus from the airport to its final destination (Ave de America), then board the 122 bus and get off right across the street from the hotel. Very easy; (5) the metro (Barrio de la Concepcion) was a little less than a half mile away. Very easy walk. The metro system is similar to Washington DC and very easy to figure out. The metro and bus system are all 1 euro no matter where you are going. Metro to downtown takes about 25 minutes. You'll need to change at least one train. Very simple; (6) the 53 bus stop is right outside the hotel and will take you downtown (about 25 minute ride).
