Really cute hotel in a nice, quiet area of Madrid. The decor and room service was really good. Our room had a pool view and some quirky interiors. We stayed here while attending the madcool festival and we're very glad we choose this hotel. We didn't try the restaurant or the buffet so no idea about the food. The bed was comfortable as we're the shower and toilet arrangements.

Great hotel, 7 minute walk to metro. Few bars and restaurants short walk away. Only downside the hotel bar closes during day at weekends. Staff great.

The hotel is nice and modern. The pool is communal, shared with a few blocks of flats and families come who live there. There is no pool bar, no hammocks and towels are paid for 2 euros. They get muddy because they water it at night or in the morning and it doesn't sun until 11 or 12. Looks more like an adult hotel, there's nothing for kids. There are rooms with kitchen, apartments, for an extra charge of 15 euros per day. You can leave the room at 4pm, 6pm or 20pm for an extra charge of 15, 20 or 30o. At breakfast there is everything and varied, to fried eggs or omelettes on the spot. Everything is very clean and the staff is very friendly. Although there is nothing interesting to visit around, if it is true that the hotel is great.

Second time we stayed. We were given a room with a lounge and with access to a kitchen, as the kitchen had not been requested it was closed resulting in a very cozy room with a very nice seating area.

It is a hotel full of character and personality. The style is very modern and everything is quite comfortable. My room sadly had no bathroom door and the curtain they put was totally ineffective in covering up the person in the room, we had a person present in the room and couldn't even go to the bathroom.

Very quiet, the rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The service is very good and overall the stay has been very good.

Great place to stay very nice rooms friendly and knowledgeable service and speak English just a bit far from metro.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was bad, the coffee was very clean and the staff were very helpful. The positive thing is that they gave you solutions to all the doubts and situations.

Quiet hotel in Chamartin district. Rooms are nice and of adequate size. Hotel restaurant offers good food. Close to metro Pinar de Chamartin with direct line to city center. Only issue was temperature in room during my stay in February. It was quite cold and needed couple hours to heat up the room to comfortable temperature with AC.

Good location. Hotel reformed quite well although there are details in which you notice it is not new. The cafeteria is very expensive.

It was a nice place the usual thing you can ser con that kind of places nothing unsual.

The hotel partially renovated, in the photos appears much prettier. Comfortable bed. It's in a residential area, away from downtown. You have to walk about 10 minutes to the subway.

The hotel is good, is well-matched with its range of stars, attentive staff, just need to polish some details. For example, they don't have toothbrushes in the rooms, and if you ask for it, you should do it every day.

Very nice place. Good restaurant. It is close to the M30, making it easier to travel.

It was OK overall. Room fine etc but restaurant was closed until after 7pm and general facilities locally were similar. This hotel is a fair distance from town but there are tube options into the centre. We stayed at end of September. Sadly the pool was closed by this point in the year.

Wonderful, quiet hotel in a residential area not far from the airport. Subway downtown a bit of a ride but therefore direct route.

Brilliant Hotel… The service is excellent. The only down side is their location. Far away from the City but close to the Airport. Perfect for Business Travel.

No service Rooms are very small and not as it appears on website. Pathetic behaviour by the staff at the hotel All the rooms are smelling with smoke. Not at all value for money I would recommend everyone to stay away from this hotel.

Nice, neat quaint little place. Central to metros. Extremely clean and comfortable. Reception and bar is great. All my special requests were delivered. We are international guests and English Spanish language barrier was non existent.

The hotel is located near the station of train of Chamartin and source of the Mora. Furthermore, Pinar de Chamartín metro is 500 meters, very well located. Nice and comfortable rooms, with large bed, cleaning and outstanding bathroom. You can park in the street. Negative that the parking is very expensive for to park in the street and you charge if you need spend a couple of hours. They have lost a customer for not having this detail.

Hotel con parada de metro a 5 min, personal muy atento, camas muy cómodas, habitación correcta, buena limpieza y tranquilidad. Facilidad de aparcamiento en la zona. Recomendable.

I haven't been but there a mate has hosted. It is not well situated (away from the Center, bad internet connection and repetitive breakfast). That if, said that despite having no very good room was quite silent.

A good hotel, correct service and neat room. Perhaps the only downside is the bad release this with the Center have to walk awhile. But in general it fulfills all in the quality/price ratio if you need accommodation in the area.

Although the hotel is correct, they could have the decency to warn that you are going to wake up a drill at 9am and you're going to have noise of work sticking to your room. From reception they told me that they knew from the day before (sure that before) and my partner and me we don't say anything when you arrive. Little professionalism, obviously we will not repeat.

My favorite hotel in Madrid until this weekend. I liked reach a room at 2 in the afternoon with 30 degrees on the street and find me with that air conditioning is not working. Answered us responsible for that to be centralized, be not activated cold up to within 10 days. The only way to fix it was threatening that or solved or we were going. That way we get that they activate it until 8 o'clock the next day. From this time, dripping heat. It seems a shame.

Without a doubt one of the best hotels that I have been paying less than 60 euros!
decor hire him overnight by atrapalo and everything Super, of last generation, 37 inch tv, kitchen included. Poscina. And located in a quiet neighbourhood but with pharmacy, super, I recommend it.

Good value for money. Nothing to highlight.

This hotel is wonderful, as well as not being very expensive pilla to 2 metro stops from chamartin, if you should come for business by train. The hotel has mini apartments, but very well decorated, and very comfortable beds, and with a lot of details that you will return.

A fantastic price. Nursery design. A quiet and elegantona. To repeat.
