I booked it at the last minute and had an upgrade without asking. Very friendly reception and the bed was giant and hard, as I like. It is very central, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby, as well as Madrid Rio. Just has a fairly quiet street next door and you usually have a place to park.

Great location and very friendly staff (thanks Victor! ), but the parking lot is ridiculously tight and the beds are too firm and uncomfortable. Also, the wireless internet is very slow. Uploading photos to share is painful!

Very nice hotel with big quiet rooms and bathrooms, fast internet connection, very good location. Breakfasts are extra paid, but nice cafeteria next to hotel is cheaper and better option.

Very good place is very nice and there is very good atmosphere. The people are very nice and behave very well with Tigo. The food very good and the bars are excellent just like the restaurants. I really like the site.

Wifi could be a bit faster, but that's not really important. The bar server is really nice, and the rooms are very large and comfortable. The sheets could be a bit cleaner, especially the pillows, but overall really enjoyed the stay.

Fantastic hotel, both facilities and workers in special Jose (Maintenance)! Especially good deal.

Next to the Metro and Renfe pyramids, the Q allows you to move quickly to the center…

Great hotel with even greater personnel to make your stay memorable. As an IHG club member my room was upgraded to superior, and it was a pleasant surprise. Early checkin was also appreciated. Rooms were clean and quite functional. Location was just few steps away Piramides metro station which was very convenient.

Very good service from the receptionist and from the services of the hotel that offer you things like razor blades, or other things you have forgotten at home. Very good location with a Metro stop literally 10 steps from the hotel entrance. Very comfortable beds, buffet breakfast varied and rich.

Attending a meeting in their lounges and the air conditioning was quite cold by the end of November. Furniture a little old.

It offers very good accommodation with a varied food service and excellent quality. Location within a quiet neighborhood with good accessibility. Totally recommended.

Enjoyed the location whilst not in centre is right next to a metro stop so easy to get to places and also to walk to la Latina 15 min away. We had a one bedroom suite for 2 it would have been better if there was a sofa bed in the separate seating area. However, the room seemed much bigger than would have had in the centre of Madrid.

Four stars for the breakfast selection. The place is a bit far from the centro, but accessible via metro (right beside the hotel). The staff were trying hard to be helpful but language barrier is a big issue. Restaurant selection nearby is very limited. Spent the first night hungry because we cant find a decent place to eat because it was Sunday and all were closed. Perhaps if the hotel has food service aside from breakfast that would be good. Other than the breakfast selection, I would rate this place 2.5 stars. Bathroom equip with bidet… that is something to try.

For the price with was a great hotel. A little dated as far as decor but an easy walk to plaza mayor, la Latina and beyond. There is a metro stop right outside that was convenient as well.

A room was improperly booked and the staff bent over backwards for us to make sure it was resolved as quickly and fairly as possible. Rooms are relatively spacious and quite comfortable, though I prefer a stronger air-conditioning. Very accessible to public transit. Would recommend.

Great staff. Hotel decor quite dated (especially bathrooms). Food at the restaurant is poor. However, it's great value for money… Right next to a tube station so really convenient for the airport or town centre. Rooms are very generous sized and perfect for a family. I would stay again.

Una comida inolvidable con los compañeros de trabajo. Hotel bien comunicado, situado en la glorieta de pirámides, a las puertas de la boca de entrada al metro y cercanías, con destino directo al centro de la ciudad, museos y aeropuerto. Ideal para pasar una semana y conocer Madrid.

In October this year, I lived in this for three days, the hotel is old and does not meet your expectations of a Holiday Inn hotel, double room is a little small, suitable only for couples to live, is not suitable for family living. But the staff are friendly and can speak English. Location is ideal for business travel, I do not recommend traveling to live, because no activities attractions here, unless you want to go to the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, two minutes away from the hotel. Only one device can use free wireless network, the speed is very slow, it's annoying.

Grear location on the 5 line which drops you in the center of Madrid. We arrived early and were allowed to check-in early. The rooms were rather large for Europe. The place was really clean and staff was extremely friendly.

I ordered a king size matress and they put two matresses together. I paid them extra money for explicitly not doing that and they did anyway. Something good about it is that it is really close to the underground station.

A family was staying and we take something in the cafeteria with the treatment was good.

Service was nice, but it was a little bit far away from the city centre and the main tourist attractions. And also, this is an old hotel, the air conditioner was really noisy, if we close it at night, it would be too cold to sleep. Without breakfast, it was not as good as the holiday inn express.

Visit Madrid always has seemed the most at Christmas, streets, lights… this year I'm back and I'm happy but not only the city but also the hotel. Staff professional and very well equipped, spacious, well soundproofed and warm. Felt us magnificent reception center bussiness since some morning had to work. The coming year, we will return safe.

As all the hotels of the chain has facilities rather than correct, large rooms equipped with all comforts. All very clean and staff very friendly. A hotel perfect to spend a few days in Madrid and if you are the Atleti already or I tell you! ;)

It is already the second time I stayed at this hotel. My partner and I are Atlético de Madrid and it seems to us a very well located hotel to go to parties and then go to the Center. It is very well connected with metro, proximity and bus. Rooms are very new and very clean, employees is very correct, and if you need any service extra offer it right away. Wifi works great and highly recommended breakfast also. We will continue hosting us here for value for money.
