Wonderful hotel! Great location.

Very handy to the attocha station. Clean and cool. Everything I needed after a long flight.

Clean and spacious, well located as central and 5min walk to main train station and shopping center. Could have more on offer in terms of extra services (food menu is limited, bar area is rather small, fitness room has 2 bicycles; 1 running mat; a few Dumbells), massage needs ordering 2 hrs ahead) overall nice hotel better than average but less value than other Marriott's Edit: food isn't a must try. Only if starving and no will to move out. Will feel you although small portion but taste isn't fresh.

Location: fantastic with easy access to trains. Staff: very personable. Whoever thought that modern industrial design works in a hotel is mistaken. The racks in the room belong in a garage! Our first room has ants in it and we had to request a change. The entire shower had transparent glass with no privacy. When you travel with teenagers it's completely impractical. The sink was flat making water splatter everywhere. Breakfast is like €16/person. In my opinion way over priced. It's impossible to stuff yourself with all the muffins/fruits/granola/cereal/juice/coffee!

Hotel in the center of Madrid. Next to Atocha station. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. With large TV and bar furniture. The toilet is very comfortable and the bathtub has a large shower. At reception the receptionists very nice and friendly helped us at all times.

That's simply Marriott. The excellent quality and up to standards wherever you go. Good location and excellent facilities. The staff is very helpful and professional and gives lots of attention. Spacious rooms. Impressive food. It was lovely staying. I do recommend.

As usual Marriott is fantastic! beautiful clean rooms. Great spa like soaps. Cozy bed and pillows. Walking distance to the train station and lots of great restaurants. All these amenities with a super staff! well done again Marriott!

Great hotel in a good location within walking distance of the station, on the street full of shops and activities. Friendly staff Very comfortable room, well furnished, not old, and quite spacious, with parquet on the ground. Bathroom large and functional, maybe only the sink is a little too small. The breakfast is very good.

Convenient hotel for business travelers. Rooms are not huge, but big enough and offer all the necessary basics for business travel. Internet is fast and reliable, room service meals are actually really good and with healthy options. My room had a large balcony with a view and a large bathroom with hot tub and shower combo. Location is convenient, staff is friendly. Prices are very reasonable. Will come here again.

Modern but utterly soulless hotel in central Madrid. The bathroom was large at the expense of making the bedroom cramped. Thankfully I stayed only one night as the room styling was one of the most bland I have encountered.

Very clean Hotel. Spacious room. All phenomenal until you arrive at breakfast and without noticing you had not included and you blow for 2 people 38. €50! Total holdup because they could tell you before you have not included and not wait for you to start breakfast for "Recordartelo"…

The hotel is very close to Atocha and 10-15 minutes walk from the centre of Madrid. It is very clean, but the facilities are quite old, the elevators very very very small, barely fit 3 people and the hallways of the rooms are very dark. You could use a modernization! And the woman who is in charge of the dining room at breakfast time could squeal when she is inside the kitchen… it is not good image to yell at your teammates in front of customers…

Just provide one small bottle for premium elite members. No icebox or ice machine. No iron box.

Spacious rooms with Jacuzzi and quality beds. Amabilísimos and professional employees. Full breakfast buffet, with lots of fruit and healthy products.

Good hotel of the Marriott chain always synonymous of quality, very friendly staff, clean rooms and without excessive noise outside, breakfast buffet type without excess has everything you need to start your day, close to Atocha station allows you to go Walk to the Hotel. We always repeat that we travel to Madrid.

The rooms are a good size and they are comfortable. The bathroom maybe something just in size but has full amenities. Huge TV and armchair in the normal double room.
The breakfast is very good.
The situation is excellent for travelers who come or go to Atocha, as it is a 5 minute walk away.

The hotel is in a less crowded part of the city but 15 minutes walk to the main square. Nice service and great atmosphere.

Nice lobby and room. Was lucky to get upgraded to a suite upon check in. Nice sofa and jacuzzi.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… had a business meeting in one of the conference rooms of the hotel. The service provided was good. My only complaint is the lack of windows in the room, which made it appear dark and not very pleasant to stay for extended periods of time. I didn't see the other conference rooms and cannot comment if they suffer from the same issue.

Amazing facilities! And really clean. Great staff, helpful and well educated. The only bad part is that the elevators are super small!

Great Hotel one step from Atocha station.

Great location. Very thin walls. Could hear TV next door which was left on all night. Also small beds. I'm experienced in traveling in Spain and Europe and used to single beds, but these were the tiniest that I've experienced. This hotel obviously caters to Americans and this problem would turn Americans away. Other than that, its a great room and a very nice hotel overall.

Best location in Madrid for a hotel, is in the middle of all centre's museum, the rooms were very big in comparison with other hotels nearby. The breakfast is also very good! I highly recommend this hotel to stay in Madrid! :)

VERY nice hotel and very nice staff. However, the COMPLETE lack of a functioning internet for my stay was unacceptable. The staff attempted to help by moving me to another room, it seemed to help but only for about 30 minutes. I tried with multiple devices and multiple browsers and simply, the internet would either not work at ALL or it would work so slowly that it was useless. FORGET this place if you have any need for good internet. I stayed last week and was planning on staying for FOUR days this week but after that disaster, I'm not doing it.

I only had a night there, but I absolutely loved it. I brought my family through Madrid and we stated at this hotel. All of the staff was superb and the rooms were very clean.

Upscale, updated good room, only downside no balcony as I'm a smoker.

The rooms were comfortable and spacious, however the hallway is quite noisy from other people's doors being slammed shut. That said, I would stay here again for sure. We didn't eat in the restaurant, but great neighborhood with delicious restaurants close by or grocery stores for snacks.

Address-a 4 *. No have sheets on the beds and there is much noise in the calle. No is sound-proofed the ventanas. En 7° woke me up the trafico. Tambien I always complain of not be able to close me with a good interior seal at the door of the hb. Solo manageable by the customer. You da insecurity. I ask a shoe to walk in hb… to see if it is possible to improve all esto. Un greeting.

Walking distance to Atocha station with roll-ons. Easy access to city tour across McDonalds at a walking distance across the rail station. Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms at reasonable price. Front desk arranged for tour to Toledo w/ pickup at the hotel. Cabs were aware of the location of this hotel. Fee nice restaurants (including the one in the hotel) around. Highly recommend.

Here in the heart of the district, but is easy to get a taxi from the downtown, just 5-10 minutes to arrive. Hotel and staff were very good, if you do not speak Spain language, otherwise, it is not very convenient. Tipping is not like in the United States generally, given by a taxi driver tried to tip it back to me.

The hotel was very close to the train station. Other locations other than great, it also has a great front desk but can't find good places to eat nearby, mostly Spain-style snack bar or bars, sandwiches and simple drink for company food. Most of the good restaurants are in the train station on the other side, but not far from it. Hotel room was spacious, clean and tidy my room on the 7 floor,

Only three people allowed per room. Free breakfast in the morning was excellent.

Close to the Atocha train station. We arrived late at night. Check-in rather quick. Got upgraded to a suite. Large and spacious room. Huge bathroom with walk-in shower. Everything great so far. Were told king size bed was in the room, however, we got two beds joined in. Wi-fi is paying unless you become a member of their rewards program. Breakfast opens at 7 am so good luck if you want/need to eat something before that time. Hotel is very good and had quite the pleasant experience, but it certainly could improve on some of their policies.

We have booked this hotel, a room with a cot for the baby, at the hotel I confirmed that Yes had wedges. We went to Madrid on the bridge, the room cost about 150 euros, arrived at the hotel, and is have no cradle. Taught them the reserve, which put all good of course, baby's cot. Then I told them to call the hotel by phone after booking, to be sure, and Rocio receptionist confirmed I had that wedge. It was this girl spray, and she is to stand as a fury, call me liar and he furious, he wouldn't let me speak. Up to her to put the leg, not apologised or. I will not never friendly, (DEW) staff unsure talk politely to customers, has a lot to learn, to work in this position, and is a 4 star hotel. Ultimately a disappointment. This hotel is in a great spot, less than a 5min walk to the Renfe station and City Metro. Many sites to see within walking distance. Hotel itself is pretty nice and has low rates. Rooms are great size for a city and nice restaurant/bar area in the lobby.

It is the first hotel in Madrid where I was and remember what great. The room and bathroom were spacious, comfortable pillows and very attentive service. The truth is that it is worth paying a little more and stay in a place like this that you know that you will not disappoint. It location not is wrong, because is beside atocha, but if come to spend some days and kick you Madrid there are areas that come best that this and where the hotel you goes to cost more or less it same.

without realizing my 5 year old daughter will leave a snowman between sheets and the service Lady to change them I take it. Well told at the reception and as it was the day that us chaud sent us to House by mail.

Positive: The Hotel is very stylish and modern. The rooms are very spacious and also the bathroom is large. Everything was very clean. We had requested at the time of booking as a safety precaution, a room to the backyard (for the purpose of noise), this we got as well. From the road there was hardly anything. The Breakfast buffet was very rich (Fresh fruits, cereals, div. Rolls/bread, eggs, Bacon, cheese, sausage and fish plate, fresh juices). We could eat really very tired. On the weekends Breakfast is served until 12 PM, the week to 11. The location was good, in a few minutes it was to a Metro Station, from where we reached all the attractions of Madrid in the near future. Negative: The heating did not work, unfortunately, so it was very cool in the room. Since we were mainly at night in the room and there were extra Blankets, however, this was not a major Problem.
