Very small. No closet. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great location. Clean rooms. Easy check in.

It was a very noisy and very expensive. Not reccomended! Facing road and air conditioning not working. Sheets dirty with other people's hairs… Not a stay to remember.

The staff were so so friendly and helpful. We were greeted with a map and directions that made our trip special. They had infinite patience! The room was compact and very well designed, we loved the large shower head. The price and location was brilliant, such value for money. I would definitely come back and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Madrid on a budget.

* Close to Atocha station.
* Very small, but cosy double room.
* Mini toilet, not suitable for obese people.
* They cut heating at 12 night and do not activate until the afternoon (in these days of cold and Nevada do not see normal).
* Friendly and helpful staff.
* Cleaning of towels improved.

The hotel is very centrally located. Very close to Atocha train station (from which you arrive at the airport in 30 minutes) and the Retiro Park.
The room is very welcoming, perfect to spend a few days. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Fully Renovated Hostal I had a great stay in hostal with my family. It is fully renovated and all the amenities are new. Really close to city center and Atocha Station is only 5 min by walk. Highly Recommended and definitely will stay when I'm back in MADRID!

Good. It was difficult to find the entrance because the building was under construction. I stayed in a double room and it was neat and tidy.

Value for money good location downtown a utilitarian hostel designed to go to sleep with good cleaning.

Store on the comfort and also good, comfortable big bed, spacious room, nice bathroom and shower, but no hot water pot.

Hostal normal and easy for quick trips to Madrid. Normal service and fairly quiet (we were on a weekend in Madrid at Christmas) ; clean room and new bathroom. Very close to Atocha (especially if you come by train) and a stone's throw from the centre of Madrid. A small downside is that it would only have a roll of toilet paper in the room being two people and having to go into full morning to ask for, a detail to seem silly but I do not what it seems.

An austere hostel, but which meets the needs of any traveler that goes step by Madrid. The bed was large and comfortable and the shower seemed new.
In short: a hostel that stands out for good price, cleanliness and a good location (a 15 min walk to Puerta del Sol).

I have to admit that I went with enough reserves to Hostal Córdoba since although I had read good reviews, there were some pretty bad in this regard. I had to spend a night for taking a train very early the next day and the location of the hotel was ideal, as that from there he could walk in five minutes with my luggage. Apart from the location, if you say that the price I do not care, would lie; Hotels in the surrounding area, cost three times in the best of cases. Total, would be just one night.
They gave me a much better room than I expected, by size and services (high-speed internet, plasma tv). The bathroom was very clean, the shower was wrong and seemed newly renovated. The staff is highly competent and friendly (configured me my computer). At all times I was offered help and at my request, recommended us a restaurant nearby that we loved. I have to admit that he had never received such personal attention and that for anything expect me to happen in a hostel. Room is sound-proofed with respect to the outside, but as a negative point, heard the tenants of the side to enter or leave the room.
Two weeks later, we have returned to the hostel after the trip (I am writing these lines from room 105, which is even better than the first one that got me, the 118) and recalled us perfectly.
In short, would recommend Hostal Córdoba to all people, like me, looking on your travels somewhere downtown and easy/economical, but clean. A hostel should be that.

It seemed like a good place where to stay in Madrid at a price nothing abusive, clean and friendly, very close to the metro from Atocha station and a Burger King where almost opposite cheap dinner. I highly recommend it.
