Nice clean hotel with friendly service.

Appearance somewhat old but good hotel. Very good location for public transport. The air conditioning is not very powerful. The rooms and bathroom are nice and clean. Breakfast was good. Very friendly staff. The receptionist felt that we had paid a very high price and decided to give us breakfast. I'm looking to make room with jacuzzi too, but they're gone. The elevator is a duse. At a good price this hotel is an 8.

Hotel located slightly outside the center of Madrid, but is provided with good connections (150m meter). The hotel's cleanliness is good and the rooms are nice, friendly and friendly staff. Breakfast is not very varied, but still discreet. Great value for money.

It has an easy communication with the rest of Madrid, this in a nice area to walk, the hotel has the right comforts a correct and clean service.

La ubicación para la zona es muy buena, muy cerca de la parada de metro. Algunas de las instalaciones necesitarían unas mejoras (Aislamientos acústicos y modernización de elementos). La habitación ocupada era pequeña pero muy cómoda para una sola persona. El personal muy atento y servicial.

I have been very comfortable, spacious room, with everything quite new and good care. I liked the towels, I never saw such good ones in a hotel. No shampoo, just gel on the shower wall.

Hotel Gran Legazpi sits in a great location. A few steps from the legazpi square and metro station. Very close to metadoro and a few bus stops from city center. The area is very safe and accessible. The hotel stay are useful. Room was very comfortable although you could catch a faint scent of tobacco, but I'm sensitive to it. Free breakfast featured a nice selection of typical Spanish food and and drinks. I would recomend it to anybody visiting Madrid for a few days and is looking for freedoms to move around and be in a safe and quite area while being connected to touristic places. The price is very reasonable as well.

Decent place with decent rooms, nearby the local legazpi metro which is fantastic to get to the centre. Rooms come with standard a. C. And with a TV. They have a laundry service. Breakfast buffet is lacking. There is underground parking which is 15€/per day. Somehow I still feel I'm paying more than what I'm getting in return.

My bed room was connected with a window to the next rooms toilet who was heavily smoking. TV had a non working Remote Control. Toilet is so small, was not able to close the door if i'm in. Curtain ripped of. Mini Bar fridge empty. Hotel closed the doors at 12 o'clock and did not mention from where we can get in. Breakfast has only 5-6 types of products (no vegetables at all) and orange juice that you have to bag for. Im staying over 170 nights a year in hotels, this was one of the worst.

Good, but not too much. It has the advantage of your situation, but you need to improvements in furniture and the rooms, at least the one they gave me, they are small and somewhat irregular. They have parking but you have to pay it apart. The buffet offered breakfast is a bit thin but not bad. As always in these facilities, the Wi-Fi doesn't work too well. I recommend it to all those who seek above all closeness to the center of the city.

Long since a few years I spent on it and the impression that I took it was unbeatable. Rooms comfortable, clean, cosy and well-stocked bathroom amenities. Service very attentive to any time and willing to meet any need. The price also very affordable so it is a good place.

I was a few years ago two nights and I liked it so much, they are all super ordered super clean, excellent service, have variety in the breakfast and if not you can have breakfast in the surrounding area since it is very well located next to the metro that has two lines the yellow one that takes you to the Centre of Madrid and the grey line. Great place to spend a few days, good quality price.

I was a night and dorm also I aver if I return this weekend with my partner, is a hotel that has it all, Nextel cleaning a bed I already want it for me, antienden very well I am super encantada has a good view that precisely gives to the slaughter in madrid, madrid Rio manzanares Park.

The best madrid hotel and very clean.

I selected hotel Gran Legazpi because it was fairly cheap, close to the city centre, has private parking and good public transport access (the hotel is right next to a Metro station). I stayed in this hotel in the first week of June, 2010. I think Gran Legazpi provided excellent value for money: our rooms were very clean and always cleaned quickly during our stay, and had good silent airconditioning. Staff is friendly and helpful, day and night. The bathroom in my room was not luxurious, but adequate, with a good hot water supply, the usual equipment, complimentary shampoo, etc. The private parking is a large covered parking garage attached to the main building of the hotel. Gran Legazpi provides a simple continental breakfast for 6 euro per person. This was one more plus for me, because breakfast facilities are not so common in Madrid hotels in this price range. Some of the staff do not speak English at all (restaurant, parking attendants), but the reception will help out — they speak their languages and are willing to translate if communication problems arise. One woman on reception even has a strong American accent.
