Have stayed here many times. Highly recommend. Front desk staff helpful and friendly. Rooms are well appointed and clean.

Stayed here for two nights in the junior suite. Very nice room with our own private walk-out terrace! Close to the Atocha train station. Lots of restaurants nearby.

This hotel is related with marriott. But not marriott. This hotel is quite attractive to us. However shower room wall is transparent. So if you visit with family, not really recommend. However, to couple, fast Wi-Fi and huge bed, modern room style. Almost factors are good to reservation.

Horrible experience. As Platinum members we were expecting more. We requested for a room upgrade but were denied even though a junior suite was available. Unfriendly staff. Not helpful at all when we asked for help with planning our tour. The room had a clogged up sink, an ant on the bed, no blanket. To make it worse they didn’t even clean our room and LIED that we had left a do not disturb sign on the door! (I checked before we left and even after we got back, there was no DND sign on the door). No breakfast for platinum members! I cancelled my reservation at another AC hotel and will avoid going to AC hotels in the future.

A wonderful stay, my first time in an AC hotel. It's about
a modern and comfortable hotel. I had an upgrade standing on the seventh floor in a very large room with large terrace. Comforts including the nespresso coffee machine. Absolute plus the big shower and excellent sleeping comfort. The property is close to the atocha station and a few minutes walk from the reina sofia. Among the things to report in order to be able to print does not have computer stations but the reception helps you and can print your sheets. Then it does not have adapters itlaian sockets (Only Americans) but even here I was helped and addressed. Overall a fabulous stay.

Breakfast has no variety. When you ask if they can do something different to you, they say no. They don't have a variety of juices. They should at least lay hard or fried eggs, other fruits for salad, they only lay pineapple and melon. On Sundays if you arrive tired from the street and feel like eating something tell them that there is no attention in the hotel restaurant which is lousy, so you have to go out and look. The restaurant/bar staff are very friendly, attentive and willing to serve whatever you need (within whatyou have at hand).

We were in the hotel lounges celebrating my nephew's communion and loved it. We were treated great and the food was delicious. The hotel itself was very clean and caring, with very modern and functional décor. The rooms I did not get to try them but I would love to.

We liked it a lot. Modern aesthetics. Meets the quality standards of the AC chain. Rooms with the necessary (including hydromassage for the legs). Complimentary coffee and water in the room, which is appreciated. Close to train and bus stations and the most important museums. I'd go back.

Nice hotel, conveniently located near Atocha train station. 3 stars as it is rather far too anything worth seeing and the rooms are a tad small.

Excellent location close to most landmarks in downtown Madrid. The hotel is divided in two separate buildings what makes access to the rooms a little bit odd if your room is in the second building. Staff is attentive and very helpful and rooms, while a little bit small, are very modern and efficiently distributed.

Attended a personal event. Location is excellent for travel. Service, food and amenities are excellent as well. Only point of criticism is the typical for this type of venue: pretty much wherever you sit, you will not get a totally unobstructed view of the presentation wall. Assist from that it is a very convenient and logical choice for a personal venue.

The stay was perfect as always. Spacious, well-equipped and clean rooms. The room service was very good. Whenever I come to Madrid I try to stay here.

The location is not the best. The tree nothing particular. I hate especially when they assign you the room in the Dependance.

Relatively well located. 500m from the park removed. 200m from the Queen Sofia Museum. But 2km from the center but it is done well by walking about 25min.
The hotel is nice, convenient, clean. The staff are friendly and efficient.
An address to remember because the value for money is really interesting.

Good location if you're going to catch a bird. The area is not the best in Madrid, but you have the station a stone's throw away.

I stayed one night on occasion of a work meeting held at the same hotel. Good area if you arrive by train, not very far from the art galleries. The room was fabulous and the design was great. The breakfast was excellent. The facilities, parking and services of the hotel as well as the staff, excellent.

Hotel with very modern and functional decor. It is divided into two buildings connected by a courtyard where the restaurant is for breakfast. Breakfast is very good with a great variety of fruits, breads and sausages. Its location near Atocha station makes it very comfortable.

Of the best hotels I've been to in Madrid. Very close and to emphasize its comfort, tranquility and with a lot of attention towards the client. The location To put a counterpoint, the gym a little small.

Room was nice and clean. Although the shower in the middle of the room with glass sides so anyone in the room can see was a little too porno for my taste. Good good. Breakfast well stocked.

This was a great home base for walking Madrid. If you plan on traveling through Spain by train this has obvious perks. The room looks amazing and it is for the most part. The shower floors are fairly uncomfortable. Also if you placed in the other tower you have to take an elevator down and then walk outside then take an elevator up to get in to your room. Kinda inconvenient to be honest.

The service pulling bad, they called and woke up at 1.30 in the morning knocking at the door to give us a mint that had asked another customer, at 6.45 in the morning the TV was turned on in alarm mode at full volume… and not a single apology. We asked for the credit card that still do not understand because when the room was already paid and with very little joy in the face of the receptionist with alopecia… Disappointing, if it wasn't for the good company I had it would have been dreadful the night… ahhh and the cup with fecal waste! Filthy go.

It was the first time I stayed in this AC. First of all the price, as always subject to the demand and with rate company 159, €5 with VAT and breakfast included.
Close to Atocha station, about 400 mts.
The room very comfortable and with a spectacular shower though… in the inner building with what you have to climb in two elevators and many meters of way with your suitcases until you reach destination.
Honestly the breakfast staff found me unwilling to help and that wasn't many people at that time. Well, I guess a bad day or a bad time has it either.

Three days suffering from a tremendous noise from the ventilation shun in the bathroom. Two claims, no case.

Excess design, which makes the guest's stay uncomfortable because of its lack of practicality. Wi-Fi Payment in the rooms, something absurd nowadays.

AC Hotel Atocha is close to the train station, many good restaurants, but in a quiet side of town. I will definitely come back to Madrid, and I will definitely look at getting a room at AC Hotel Atocha. The room rates are fair and affordable.

Great beautiful chic hotel. Comfortable beds, walk in closet, large room. Far from the city center if walking but near major transportation hub so super easy to hop on a train for a few stops. Our room had privacy covering around the shower so very pleased about that. Breakfast was very good. Highly recommend!

Good 4 * hotel, located 5 min walk from Atocha train station. It has a multitude of services that correspond to the AC chain, and the rooms are very nice (big and new).
Access to public transport is very good.

Check in was great. The reception staff was very pleasant and personable. The rooms are a good size. I like the glass shower in the middle of the room. It’s great if you are alone or with a mate. Not great for sharing a room with a friend. This hotel was a little closer to the center of town but it still took me 30 minutes to walk to Plaza Mayor. There were plenty of eateries in the area and it was super close to the Atocha train station.

Updated hotel with modern look. Just one note for awareness… The gym here is a total joke. 1 threadmill and 1 elliptical in what looks to be just a big janitorial closet.

Standard room was quite small but modern and very close to the station. Best pick if you plan to take renfe.

Very Close to Atocha Railway Station and Metro. 30 mins walk to center of Madrid (Puerta Del Sol, Plaza Mayor etc. ) 15 mins walk to Prado Museum.

I must update this review, Jacobo, from the front desk, was able to accommodate us before we checked in. Although we were still stuck with twin beds, ugh. But the hotel is clean and modern. Very sexy! The food is good and the drinks are a plenty. Not accomodating at all! I came here wroth my brother to run in the rock and roll half marathon. I booked the room weeks in advance with 2 beds because I'm rooming with my brother. Upon arrival I was told that they only had a room with one double sized bed! So infuriating! No concern at all, I booked in advance for a reason! So disappointed! First trip to Spain not ruined but def hampered!

Hotel is very close to train station. Breakfast buffet was good. Standard price was 15 so it was a little pricey.

The staff were very helpful and helpful.

Their are quite clean and collected habitacciones but Wi-Fi is payment and its habitacciones are quite expensive to be in this location.

The rooms are quite well. Elegant, clean and practical. Great place for couples or solo trip.

If you have a problem with the smell of cigarette smoke, BEWARE. I was moved to three different rooms, all of which reeked of smoke, including one of the hallways. Turns out they allowed smoking inside the hotel up until 3 months ago. If you don't mind the smell, then it's a perfectly good hotel. I personally cannot stand it.

This place is super central but you pay for it. The shower is literally in the room which I thought was weird. There is very little insulating between the rooms. Other than that there staff is super nice, the location is great sand the price reasonable.

A quick walk from the train station. AC Hotel Atocha was very nice. Clean, quiet rooms. Very small hotel with only 5 floors of rooms and only 8 rooms per floor. Yet the whole hotel felt very high end which was great. Area didn't have a lot in terms of food and things but there is plenty just a short walk away. Staff was also very helpful and accommodating.
