We booked a “Deluxe Room with Guggenheim views” for 5 nights and were lodged in room 52, on the 5th floor, a room facing the street and indeed offering a nice view of Guggenheim museum and its iconic

This is a gorgeous hotel, perfectly placed for the bus station. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was quirky and we loved it. The Wi-Fi was great, the shower was great.

Excellent clean hotel, 20 minutes walk to town and 15 mins to bus station. Hotel is well run and has clean rooms. Breakfast offered plenty of options and fresh eggs and omelettes cooked to order.

Clean and good facilities. But the best is probably the service. Great staff everyone you meet is so service minded.

It is located in the middle of downtown Bilbao, within walking distance of almost everything you want to do or see around town.

+ Close to metro station and easy to get around.
There are two parking areas in the underground parking.

This is not in the heart of the center but still very close — with Barik card there is a great opp to go to the center or to the famous bridge by train — metro station is near the stadium.

This was an unplanned visit due to our vehicle breaking down. What a lovely hotel, extremely friendly staff who go above and beyond to help. The rooms are spotless, as is the whole hotel.

We had a great stay at this apartment. It’s very complete and has everything you need for a comfortable stay — a functional kitchen, cozy living room, well-equipped bathroom, and two bedrooms.

We loved the apartment where we stayed. Large windows that opened and let in a lot of light. Comfortable bed and pillows. Plenty of fresh towels. Cleaning staff were efficient and quick.

A city stop with two children (9&12 years). Family room was very spacious, clean and modern with all toiletries included, robes and slippers. A comfortable, peaceful night and a continental breakfast.

Great professionals with exquisite treatment!

Bright airy room. Friendly manager. We parked a hundred metres away on the street for free. We could have taken the metro into town but walked instead and what a good idea.

It is a very nice old infrastructure hotel.

Pros:
1) The place is easy into and out and you don't have to deal with the city traffic.
2) The rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable.

We stayed in the ibis budget Bilbao city hotel in May. The location of the hotelwas ideal and close to the supermarket, cafes and transport.

Absolutely recommended, without hesitation.

We stayed here multiple nights in October and LOVED it! The hotels staff and food/bev was amazing. The appointments were fine and welcoming and the location is ideal.

It's ideally located directly above the Bilbao Intermodal Bus Station and from the airport it will drop you here.

We stayed for 4 nights and booked a triple room with my friends. We took 1 bus directly from the airport and the bus station is exactly where the accommodation is — Bus Intermodal.

This was an excellent place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. It was in a great location just a few minutes walk to the metro.

Lovely, quite apartment in block next to University accommodation, a bit out from town but good metro connections and very safe. Young staff very helpful and friendly.

Nice place to stay for a few days. This is a capsule hostel which means there are no rooms in the usual sense of word. But these capsules are nice, clean and comfy.

Lovely stay, I tried a few sleeping pods in my life and to my suprise (looking at the cheap price) these ones were so pleasant, most comfy matress and pillows, doors are not completely soundproof but
