Great service, eaven out of business hours.
Very helpful staff speaking English so communication is possible eaven if you are tourist.
Everything was great in the rooms and parking spot is safe.

Stayed overnight here. The residence is above commercial units and so there is only an entrance doorway visible from the street. There is a lift as well as stairs up to the bedrooms.

This place is a hidden gem. Beautiful view, spacious apartment, lovely breakfast, and super friendly staff. The beach in the town is also absolutely amazing. We’re totally fans!

A charming residential guest house set in the heart of the beautiful Basque country. A family run establishment that offers guests a relaxing experience with a warm and friendly atmosphere.

We arrived through a thunderstorm. It was very late. We got a really warm welcome and we had a meal prepared for us. It is clean, comfortable and so peaceful. I would highly recommend this place.

What a beautiful B&B in the middle of nature. Made with so much love, you can feel it in every corner. We were walking the Camino and more than happy to have found this hotel.

A dream place!

We have been there a week ago and it has been a GREAT stay. A wonderful setting, a beautiful house and magnificent decoration.

I was greeted by the super friendly host, along with some cute big dogs.
The hotel overall is really luxurious for its location, and not only that. The rooms are spacious.

Stayed here for two nights with family and it was a very good experience, the room came with everything you need including a hairdryer plus it was immaculately clean and comfortable with friendly

Two nights here in September, room 51 (fifth floor, great view). We could not have enjoyed our stay in this historic hotel any more. What a great position on the esplanade!

This is a great hotel with a superb view. I booked the room at the Front of the hotel with the ancient balcony overlooking La Concha. Extraordinary Experience! Staff super friendly!

The hotel is good and excellent for its price. The breakfasts are tasty, pets are allowed, and everything you need is available.

Stayed at Hotel Antik in San Sebastián for one night while travelling to Galicia and it was a good choice.

This is a bit outside the city centre, but easily reached via the bus (line 5) and a small walk.

I spent 12 nights in this wonderful hotel. The hoel staff including he receptionists and people at the restaurant were great. The room was really comfortable and provided valu to the money.

Important note the place is very modern, and we had a bathroom all glass. There is 0 privacy as the door does not even lock and you can see the shape of the person that is using the bathroom.

We have visited Bilbao many times over the last 8 years. This is the hotel we look to stay as our first choice. The hotel is in the best location to visit Bilbao.

Situated in the old town, this beautiful small hotel was a real find. Each of the room have a historical movie figure as a theme and are beautifully set up and finished to a very high standard.

This was one of the best small hotels we’ve had in years. Easy access via a numeric keypad, well constructed and renovated building, super comfortable beds, and very quiet location.

I stayed one night in a Single Room with 1 Double Bed. The location is very good, within a walking distance from Bilbao Intermodal station.

Pros:
1) The place is easy into and out and you don't have to deal with the city traffic.
2) The rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable.

The hostel was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped for basic needs. The room was spacious enough and comfortable.

I had a very good stay at Cats Hostel. The neighbourhood is very cute, and only 30 mins walk from the centre (it’s a nice walk along the sea).

I loved that there was no noise at all in the house. I could sleep very late in the morning, the owners were so careful until I woke up. Very very attentive.

This is definitely a hidden gem. We absolutely loved our stay. The hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful.
